Pros: Plenty of shops and dining right outside the door.free ample parking is nice.warm afternoon cookies.
Cons: Lumpy beds, warm water for tea in lobby at mid day.
Pros: The staff went the extra mile for our comfort. Very helpful and congenial.
Pros: Jennifer memorized my name from the moment she checked me in, so even after five days all I had to do was tell her I was checking out and she took care of it without me having to say anything else. Very fancy hotel with great staff.

Cons: The couch in the room was unconformable because it was a fold away bed, needs to be replaced with a real couch.. The bed room shouldn't have a window that looks into the hall way out side of the room.
Pros: I liked the staff the amenities and comfort that was offered by the hotel
Cons: The only thing I didn't like from the hotel was the check in process and the parking. This process wasn't bad by no means it just seemed to a bit crazy and hectic

Pros: We were first timers to Myrtle Beach and since it was a short trip we were wanting to splurge and not drag our camper. We were beyond pleased with the value of this Resort. We had a fantastic Ocean view at a really nice Resort for not much more than the local campsite. I would for sure recommend staying here if you are not into the "Ocean Dr. strip scene" because unlike the hotels there you have privacy.
Cons: The pillows they were too flat!!
Pros: This is what you expect from Marriott. Beautiful Ocean Front Property just steps from the ocean. My adult daughter and I were upgraded to an ocean view room that was fantastic. We enjoyed the Spa here very much. The staff was attentive and helpful.
Cons: Added fees. Pay close attention to the fine print. There were many additional fees that add up quickly.
Pros: The public areas and amenities are fantastic. Definitely the best option (ONLY option) for luxury accommodations in Myrtle Beach.
Cons: The room was clean, but spartan. It did not match the look of the rest of the facility and definitely needed updating.

Pros: The front desk staff and breakfast crew were fantastic! Very welcoming, kind and helpful!
Cons: The room smelled as if someone had been smoking in there. The water pressure in the shower was awful! The towels were very rough and there was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom (3 tubes of body lotion). Not good to discover this once you are already in the shower!!!
Pros: Location was decent.
Cons: Hotel was under renovation and was extremely dirty. Check in was less than pleasant and the room key would not work. The 4th floor where I stayed smelled like a dirty ashtray. There was no bottled water in the room.
Pros: Short cab ride to the beach.
Cons: I had booked a few days in advance but when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not ready. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant to deal with as well.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Limited dining options

Cons: Cheap towels, restaurant not open very long. Long wsit for elevators
Pros: The pools ,the room was big enough ,the housekeeper was super nice ,she took good care of us and our room,,,
Cons: What I think I didn't like was they didn't explain some stuff to us like where the elevators were and if we need it coffe in our room we had to ask at the lobby, and that they had a gym at what time we could go there or how to get in, other than that it was ok,,,,
Cons: People trying to limit my vacation to sell me things
Cons: Lack of hot water in shower
Pros: View. Is nice.
Pros: We like the swimming pools and location
Cons: Didn't like the fact one of the elevators was out of service for the whole weekend
Pros: I liked the beach access. As well as all the pools for children. Also the attached bar. The room was very clean and had great views!
Cons: Parking, parking, and Parking!!!!
Pros: Very clean rooms, great veiws from the ocean tower suites
Cons: Upon entering building was greeted by an front desk employee that acted and looked like she didnt want to be there. Very strange layout of the way to get to elevators for the ocean tower rooms.
Pros: Rooms are spacious, good location has a lot to offer families.
Have stayed here a number of times. Will stay again.
Cons: Only problem we had in the number of times is the last time we stayed here they tried to charge we twice for the resort fees, the only reason they didn't is when I told him I had a copy of the receipt where I had payed it then he said he had made a mistake that I did not owe it.
Pros: Very friendly staff and beautiful views!
Cons: Roaches around the pool area.
Situated on a quiet, beachfront hotel strip 4 miles north of downtown Myrtle Beach, this resort is 5 miles from the shops of Broadway At the Beach.
Pros: Nice place very clean and affordable, at least this time of year. I can't comment on how it would be during peak tourist season.
Pros: It was greate!
Pros: I really enjoyed the ocean views,as well as the very close beach access. The staff at paradise resort were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the hotel restaurant was only open during daytime hours.
Pros: Everything was great!!!
Pros: The room was excellent with an indescriable view. the staff was helpful and always ready to help. we would love to come again.
Pros: I like the rooms and the facility.
Cons: Parking was a bit challenging, but overall it was OK
Paradise Resort is a great choice for your beach stay in Myrtle Beach, putting you near activities like surfing/boogie boarding, parasailing, and water skiing. The outdoor pool and indoor pool provide a splash of fun, and guests can also take advantage of a fitness center and a spa tub. Sandals Restaurant serves breakfast. A lazy river and a poolside bar are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: This property was great. Beach was large, many pools on the property that could be used. Everything was clean, well manicured and inviting.
Cons: My only negative comment is that you have to be very careful navigating the property. Especially at night it can be very confusing. Make sure to follow the signs very carefully.
Pros: The location is great. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The accommodations were great and clean.
Cons: The add on resort fee.
Pros: that they offered shuttle service to thier spa and pool area and other local businesses that were near the hotel
Cons: the staff was impolite when asking questions about the room..when asked if there was an open room they seemed a little distracted from me and it appeared that were more concerned with getting people checked in then worry about the problems.. plus they wrote down the wrong room number for me and had to go back into the lobby and get it rechecked which went a little bit more smoothly with a different person assisting me
Pros: Loved location. Shuttle available. Maintenance had to come and change filter for ac. I ook a while to cool the room. Worst part of the trip: dirty coverlet at foot of bed and dirty bolsters had been taken off the bed and put in closet. I like Kingston plantation but I would not stay at the South Hampton again if possible.
Cons: See above
Pros: The villa was great didn't know what it would look like.
Cons: I didn't like that we couldn't have the pleasure of eating the breakfast and the happy hour at Embassy Suites, but got to enjoy the other perks they offered. I was a little disappointed about that . Was our first time using Kayak.
Pros: The location and the amenities like the restaurants inside the hotels
Cons: The villa we rented was outdated, looked old, had a dead water bug when we walked in, wasp nest on our patio, patio was not upkept, I wouldn't stay in the villas again only in the embassy suites on Kingston plantation

Pros: The room and hotel is nice, very comfortable beds, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming to you. It's a great place to be when r&r is much needed.
Pros: Location was great and convenient to broadway at the beach. Staff at check-in was very nice and hospitable!
Cons: Beds were horrible. Ever time you moved even a little you would hear a loud squeaking; I was somewhat concerned that I would end up on the floor after the bed collapsed. Beds were also lumpy and uncomfortable. One of the worst marriott brand hotels I've stayed at.
Pros: soft bed and pillows
Cons: Pubes in my bath area. questionable cleanliness.
Pros: Great, comfy beds and pillows. Toiletries provided and of good quality for those of use who always forget shampoo, conditioner, or both. Staff was amazing and felt secure staying there.
Cons: Wasn't close to any of my destinations.

Pros: William at check-in was great to work with. This was a quick family trip and the room was great( bed was very comfortable).
Cons: Paying to park
Pros: Were a family just passing through to our next stop. Hotel was clean and located halfway brtween broadway and boardwalk so everything was a short drive away if needed also if youre there for business at the convention center its right there
Cons: It is competing with other local resorts for beach location or water slides so itll always lose if youre looking for more fun in the sun.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet had some stains.
Cons: Not actually ocean view room even though booked such, very rude staff.
Pros: Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful, room was extremely clean, no musty smells that hotel rooms sometimes have. Beds and pillows super comfy.
Cons: The room did not have shampoo and only 3 towels. Front desk had lack luster service when we checked in.
Pros: Our stay at the Sheraton was perfect. Although we booked on July 3, the rate via Kayak was affordable and cost us 197 compared to the 279 booking through Sheraton would've cost.
The hotel is in close proximity to the oceanfront, restaurants, and Broadway at the Beach. So close in fact we were able to walk to the oceanfront and enjoy July 4th on the beach!
The hotel staff were prompt, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean and had an oceanview. It was great!
Cons: Well, Kayak is a third party, so you will need to secure payment and ensure the hotel has your reservation via Kayak's Customer Service Department.
But they were accommodated and got us all squared away. I would definitely book through Kayak again.
Pros: The hotel was close to the beach without being in the middle of ocean blvd and all its crowds and traffic.
Cons: The parking was inconvenient. You had to pay to park, and the garage was not directly connected to the hotel. You had to take the elevator down to the pedestrian walk way and walk around the hotel with all your luggage. It would have been nice to bring bags in during the check in process and then park after, but parking in front of the building was extremely limited. Although the room was nice and clean with a great view, I wouldn't say it was worth the price.
Pros: It was very fancy with very reasonable prices.
Cons: It was very crowded.
Pros: Customer service
Pros: The staff
Cons: Toilet leaked on the floor all night. Had to use lobby bathroom
Pros: Rooms were very clean & staff was very friendly. A 5 min walk to the beach from the hotel so it was very convenient.
Cons: No breakfast included

Cons: Kids next room banging on railing at 7 in the morning.
Pros: Out front between the resort and the ocean. The pools / spa / grounds area.
Cons: Beds were a bit rough to sleep in. Kinda springy.
Pools could open earlier and stay open later.
Pros: We liked the proximity to the beach.
Cons: When booking this room, I did a great deal of research. I read reviews, I scanned hundreds of pictures, studied accommodations and compared them to prices. This hotel had beautiful pictures and some pretty good reviews, so we decided to give it a try. The first thing we saw (and smelled) upon arrival was giant dumpsters of trash and men were shoveling it out of the building into the dumpsters. We checked in just to use the pools because our room wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. We had to go find parking across the street before we could swim. The hotel was very crowded so we walked around for awhile looking for a place to leave our things. Before we could find a chair, a security guard asked us where our arm bands were. We hadn't been given any armbands so we had to lug all of our stuff (including our eight month old daughter) back to the registration office to get them. The resort boasts it's number of pools but each of them was warmer than some baths I have taken. We eventually ended up at an indoor pool where a lady was sitting right next to us smoking. After a couple of cours our room was ready. I was excited because it was advertised as ocean-front. When we got into the room, our balcony overlooked the parking lot. There was a mini fridge which we had planned on keeping our sandwich meat and our daughters food in, but it didn't work, so we ended up traveling to and from the ice machine several times to keep our things cold.
Cons: Loading and unloading zone. Too small and no help by staff. Traffic jam area!
Pros: Location off beach was wonderful! We traveled off-season, so traffic on Ocean Blvd wasn't an issue, but it would be during peak season. Parking is located in structure across the street and that was OK (prefer connected, but it's on the ocean front, so...).
Cons: The Breakers ain't the same Breakers! Beware there are two (or more) towers -- North and South. You check into the North tower and it's all clean and wonderful looking, but if you're staying in South, it has more of a Motel 6 feel to it. Old, outdated. The three things that keep it alive are: Oceanfront views, price and housekeeping staff. Our phone didn't work, and (oddly) we didn't have a shower curtain, but they got right on it. Also, the beds are immediately there when you open the door, so be aware while dressing. Parking during check-in can be congested. Staff was harried -- took incoming phone calls before people standing in line (my pet peeve), but our check-in guy was cool and accommodating.
Pros: The rooms and housekeeping was good.
Cons: People drinking in the pools with kids
Pros: Breakers Resort failed to bill Hotels.com for our stay which was purchased two months prior. Breakers had billed us again for the stay and I contacted Hotels.com the following day after checkout to investigate the billing problem. They contacted Breakers and resolved the billing issue. Breakers later contacted me and apologized for the billing issue and explained they were crediting our card account and waived the standard resort fee.
The prompt response was much appreciated!
Enjoyed our stay and will recommend Breakers Resort
Pros: Some construction going on but other than that it was perfect. It is off peak so I understand doing the construction now. The staff more than made up for any of that inconvenience though. Wish they had a shuttle service to Broadway at the Beach for shopping and entertainment.
Great winter rates on ocean front suite. Would love to come back with the kids this summer.
The Breakers Resort is just steps from the sands of Myrtle Beach, and a 6-minute walk from Captain Hooks Adventure Golf. The Market Common is a 15-minute drive downtown, while Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is a 13-minute beachside walk. Ripley’s Aquarium is 6 minutes by car from the hotel.
Cons: my reservation was cancelled and i had to pay much more for the room. and have not been reimbursed
Pros: Affordable price, good amenities, clean, well maintained
Cons: Poor customer service for others with me although I (personally) received good service, limited parking at registration, long wait/lines for registration
Pros: Enjoyed complex had everything we needed not even 10 minutes from everything You might want to do.
Cons: My stay was excellent enjoyed the town, however the staff leaves something to be desired. I work in customer service so I do know everyday is not going to be the best. But after I left the customer service desk I hated there were no other hotels available, would have been willing to take down grade for better service.
Pros: The indoor lazy river, the location was in great distance from a lot of attractions and the view of the golf course was nice. I enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with dishes and pots.
Cons: The cleanliness needs much improvement! The carpet in my unit was very stained, the sofa smelled of urine, there was hair in the showers and on the floor, the cushions if the counter stools and dining chairs were very stained, the master had 2 twin beds that were detached from the headboards. My husband and I had to push them together to sleep next to one another, the patio door screen kept falling off track, the patio vertical blinds were missing several pieces where there wasn't much privacy and the tvs were out dated.
Pros: I enjoyed the closeness to the beach about a three minute drive from the villa. There are multiple sections of the villa and each one come with its own pool. So the pools are never over crowded. We had a perfect view. The condo already comes with towels ,soap ,dishes eating ,utensils a small amount of laundry and dish washing detergent. Which was quite nice
Also the checking in and out was quite and the receptionist was very polite.
Cons: Im really afraid of bugs and on the second day of our trip I found a cockroach in the middle of the living room floor dead I was very disappointed. Also you are RESPONSIBLE for WASHING YOUR OWN DISHES the the people before us left my boyfriend and I there left over pasta. I was also quite disappointed with the fact that the bed was indeed like many other reviews I have read said two twin size beds pushed together this made sleeping indeed uncomfortable. Overall it was okay !
Pros: I like that they have great rooms, a lot of pools and great parking. its easy to check in and out .
Cons: I didn't like that on the second day of my stay I saw cockroaches in the living room and kitchen it was only 2 of them but still not nice to see them crawling around.
Pros: Room was overall great. Beats staying in a hotel and is cheaper.
Cons: King bed was 2 twins pushed together comfort was questionable
Pros: It was excellent
Cons: We have no concerns
Pros: Our Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the fact that it had two bathrooms and a large tv in the living area.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the staff gave me wrong directions to the condo my son was in. Also they could have communicated better the directions to our condo and given us the requirements for checking out etc. We did find helpful information when I happened to read notes posted on our refrigerator and a bulletin board in the condo. wifi code for example.
Pros: I loved the privacy, the property was beautiful. It was a great value for the price. Everything we needed was in the condo, from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer…
Cons: The "king size" bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together. That was the worst bed I ever slept in. We kept falling in the crack. They need better beds. I dnt knw if all of them are like that, but if they are, they need to do better. That was AWFUL!!
Pros: It was nice and peaceful. Had fun with my family. will be coming back next month with my family.
Pros: Our stay was great!!!! I don't have any complaints.
Cons: The $22.00 resort fee in addition to the $100 deposit.
Situated in Myrtle Beach, this golf hotel is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Myrtlewood Golf Club and 1.8 mi (3 km) from Broadway at the Beach. Heather Glen Golf Links and Treasure Island Mini Golf are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: The place was kept clean and nice. The location of the place was close to the water park, wal-mart and a shopping center. I was very glad to see another way to the beach without going into the heavy traffic.
Cons: Not much of a gym and the pool could be a bigger.
Pros: nice, clean, friendly staff. Make sure you have a car; there is no where to walk. You are right next to a highway. Definitely feels more like a place to stay when you're on a work trip. They should definitely get better internet.
Cons: Internet was really, really slow. At one point in the middle of the night it stopped working all together. I called to report it and went to bed waiting. They got it working by the time I woke up.
Pros: Clean facility, good breakfast, helpful staff
Pros: Very clean

Pros: Location, water parks and access to the ocean was good
Cons: The service was poor from day 1 till I got home and is still poor.
Day 1 - dirt or something around the toilet and tissue roll was broke. Fan above stove broke. broken knife in drawer. gave knife to lady who cleans rooms says not my job.
day 2 - Called about fan - still no knife returned -no one showed to fix fan- elevator stopped working, stuck on 3rd floor
day 3 - called again about fan and knife - no one cleaned room called for towels twice had to go get towels from main desk. got knife around 4pm
day 4 - no one cleaned room again, called about fan, now someone shows late that day.
day 5 check out, daughter left phone, called at 2 spoke to a fairly rude female, who showed no concern with taking my name or number and said some might call me tomorrow. called back at 6:30 and spoke to a very rude female who tried to hang up after saying the cleaning people went home at 4. I told here I called over 4 hours ago, she looked it up and said they found it but the lost and found person is gone and want be back till Wednesday and there is nothing that anyone can do. So I am still waiting to get my babies phone back.
Pros: Convenience, location business center and staff
Cons: Comforter on beds, seems outdated
Pros: I like that it had a lot to offer to families and was beach front!
Cons: I didn't feel that everything was clean. I SPRAYED my bed and that was about the only thing I sat on. The couches looked stained and my brother who slept on the pull out bed said it stinks.
Pros: It was very clean place to stay.
Good for toddlers
Cons: There is two sea crest hotels
I though i was staying in the one infront of the beach but instead they gave me a room that was not ocean view
I thought that was not good since i payed almost $600
Pros: The rooms were huge and comfy. We were right by the children's pool area, so I expected it to be loud, but it was not. The beach was great. We also enjoyed the Malibu beach bar and the entertainment at night. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
Cons: There were some areas where the ceilings and walls needed some cleaning. The pool areas were very nice but were always very crowded.
Pros: Very child friendly. Lots of things to do to entertain small children. Definitely a good family atmosphere.
Cons: Oceanfront queen suite was crowded for four people. I had stayed at this resort before and with the oceanview room with two queen beds we also had a sitting area with a sofa that gave us the extra room we needed to be more comfortable. Oceanfront was not worth the compromised space.

Pros: Very comfy bed and hot shower. Beautiful view.
Cons: Parking, my car got written on referring to my sexuality, derogatory. No breakfast, no hot tub. Still $200
Pros: The hotel was very nice, but I'm not a picky type. That said, I slept in the hotel and was very comfortable. The room felt very clean for a hotel that sees a hell of a lot of traffic all year. The hotel bar was nice and the food was good. The hotel was pretty much at the southern end of Myrtle Beach which would be nice during summer months if you don't want overcrowding on the beach. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
Pros: Staff was very nice!!!
Cons: Was very disappointed as I booked a king room and upon checkin none were available. Bathroom door squeaked horribly. Refrigerator leaked into the floor and needed defrosted.
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the Springmaid Beach Resort. It was my first time traveling to Myrtle Beach from Chicago and my room and view did not disappoint. My room looked right out onto the ocean and included a private balcony. The rooms were a very nice size and comfortable.
The staff was great! Trey, the front desk clerk, was very friendly. After, I checked in I went to the bar in the lobby and Trey came over knew my first name and asked me how everything was. It is unusual for hotel employees to do that in my experience. Randy, the bartender, was also very friendly and extremely hospitable.
I enjoyed my time in Myrtle Beach and am looking forward to planning my next trip there. I will be staying at this resort again in the future!
Cons: I was confused on how to get to the front desk/lobby area at first. Not many signs but was able to locate it after a couple minutes.
Pros: Excellent room and right on the beach.
Pros: Room was clean, comfortable bed. Very nice view from balcony, grounds were well kept.
Cons: Would liked to have had a hot tub available.
Pros: I liked the cleaningness
Cons: Didn't like that the office checkin was a bit far off, it shows a disconnect btw management and clients.
Didn't like that the hotel didn't offer any water spots like jet ski rental or boat rentals.
Didn't like the fact that there was no decent restaurant in the facility for breakfast, lunch etc. It meant you needed to leave the hotel often for quick stops which takes the relaxation out of the vacation
Pros: Nice oceanfront view. Right on the beach. Loved the tropical sno stand. Kids loved the mini golf.
Cons: Pools not cleaned enough. Construction going on.
They changed full size refrigerator to very small compact one.
Cons: Paid for a room and didnt get what i paid for
Pros: Was a clean and nice room
Cons: Staff were horrible.
Pros: I liked that they have their own pier. And are right on the beach. The room was nice.
Cons: Outward appearance of the hotel is not very nice. Elevators smell so do the staircase. Pools are nothing fancy. VERY limited parking
Pros: I pretty much liked EVERYTHING, the bed was amazing , the view was beautiful access to the bear and the pier was perfect.

Pros: Hotel staff was relaxed but attentive. Rooms were clean spacious. Kids love pool and lazy river. On quiet south end of myrtle beach away from boardwalk very close to airport. Great for laid back stay with small kids...teenagers will hate it cause its on the quiet end. Good value for price. Would stay there again.
Cons: Only negative i could find was the free breakfast buffet where guest could not take food back to room which made no sense since rooms had kitchens and were set up for extended stays and cooking anyway. Dining area was not big enough for a large crowd either. But thats only big complaint
Pros: We loved the helpful gentleman who assisted us at the front counter, how close the hotel was to the beach and other attractions, the fact that the suite had all sorts of extras such as plates & a full refrigerator, etc. Although we did not get to indulge, a full breakfast was offered and we wish we would have gone.
Cons: We didn't like the fact that housekeeping ignored our "do not disturb" sign and woke us up at 9 after we didn't check in until after 2am. The air conditioning unit in the front room of the suite didn't work so it was extra hot at all times. Only one of our two bedside table lamps had a working switch so we had to keep unscrewing it and then moving it to the other one to control the second lamp. The air conditioning in the bedroom was motion activated so it would turn off while we were asleep. (making the room very warm)
Pros: 2 rooms with 2 beds 2 separate flat screens large bathroom 2 separate patios to sit. Very spacious. Not far from strip either.
Pros: Service was great, attendants all friendly, room clean/comfortable.
Breakfast was good, as would be expected.
The jetted tub was very nice at the end of the day.
Cons: was charged a nominal purposeless resort fee, it was winter, few guests and the temps were in the 30's...it was only $4.
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The office staff was very friendly.
Cons: even though you had to cross the street to go to the indoor pool, we had a great time.
Pros: Room was too small. It was clean enough. Could hear people above us come in around 3:00 a.m., guess late arrivals, showering, moving around for a long time.

Cons: When I called the hotel, they put me on hold for at least 10 mins only to hang up after. I called multiple times and no luck. The room was not made up well. There were bunch of hair in the shower and floor. The hotel couldn't even provide complimentary water when you paid $250 a night? Are you kidding me? You gotta paid $3.95 per bottle. Ridiculous! Upon checking in, I was asked for a credit card. The receptionist didn't tell me a thing why she needed it for. My credit card company sent me an email of a transaction of $50 from the hotel. When I asked the front desk, no one knew. I got charged again the next day. No one knew again and said wait for a couple of days. Upon checking out, the lady said oh it shouldn't have been there to charge you. I said so why it happened. She sid it must have been for an accidental charge. I said I traveled a lot but never experience this before where the front didn't inform upon checking in. She didn't even apologize just saying both charges would eventually come off. Beach chairs and umbrellas cost $40 for rent. So bring your own if you don't wanna pay for them.
Pros: Great rate, right on the beach. Nice pool and good food. Security. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Starbucks in lobby.
Cons: Rooms need renovating. I've stayed in motels nicer than our room. Carpet is old, no TV remote in the room, bathroom was mediocre at best. There definitely needs to be an adult only area at the pool. We frequently found ourselves relaxing in the jacuzzi only to be disturbed by a group of kids. Shuttle service to and from the airport would have been nice too to save yourself from a $30 Uber.
Cons: That I had to drive to the indoor pool
Pros: The beds and pillows were really comfortable. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels where the beds were hard like a rock, so uncomfortable. I also love the location, it doesn't matter what room you choose you will have a ocean front room, that's a plus ;)
Cons: The bathroom grout was supposed to be white. It was literally the color "black" no exaggeration. That to me is a sign that they don't clean very well. I was to discussed to walk barefoot it. The room was also a little out dated, my room had a hole on the wall, next to the socket. Any other time I would of complained but I was to tired to complain so I just dealt with it. The comfy bed made up for it ;)
Cons: Checking out they were going to charge $8.00 a day for parking. I could not find anything on the web site about parking. The front desk took the charge off of my bill which I thought was the right thing to do.
Pros: The exterior of the building & landscaping of the grounds give this hotel the look of appeal. Once you go into the main lobby you will still be impressed.
Cons: The room was in need of remodeling. It had that 80's feel to it. The balcony that we had gave us a water view so that was a plus.
Stay away from the breakfast lounge. The view is what you pay for to stare at the ocean and pay as much as a dinner for mediocre food.
Pros: Not much to complain about at this resort. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. And the scenery was mind blowing. Definitely will be returning.
Cons: Maybe have more staff working on busy checkout days, like a sunday.
Pros: Everything. My favorite part was the view. That night I sat on my balcony and it was so quiet and peaceful, you only heard the waves crashing. My son had a mishap in the bathroom, I called the front desk and maintenance was there in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so friendly as well, not only staff but other hotel guests.
I will definitely be coming back!
Pros: Loved the staff! Super friendly and helpful!
Cons: The indoor pool facilities are at another location
Pros: I loved the restaurant and would go there to eat even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. All staff in the restaurant was fantastic. As for the room, the view was amazing. We were on the 24th floor with a view of the ocean. There were several pools onsite that during the right season would have been fantastic, or if they were heated.
Cons: We stayed from Friday to Monday, I had to call for room service because no one showed up by Sunday morning. The lady at the service desk was arguing with me instead of just saying I will get someone to come up there. I wasn't yelling or angry so no reason for an attitude. Sunday night my husband and I were tired so we were ready just to go back to the onsite restaurant, get all the way there and realize it is closed and we were not told it would be.
Then also Sunday morning when we went to the onsite Starbucks the lady working was not friendly at all, she actually made a rude indignation sound when my husband ordered his coffee.
Then Monday morning when we went to get coffee again, because the tiny pot in the room in not sufficient, it was closed for construction, again no notice. I feel like if you are going to stay somewhere as nice as this Hilton that we should have been told on arrival, to avoid confusion. Lastly the covers on the bed were extremely rough to the touch and I really wished I was sleeping somewhere else.
Pros: Virginia at the reception desk was amazing. She was very welcoming friendly.
Pros: i liked the cleanliness of the of the location as a whole, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: the restaurant was extremely over priced

Pros: staff very friendly, always love the dog friendly aspect of la quinta
Cons: floor of bathroom had a smear of something... not enough pillows, requested extra, they were all out. bed was a bit firm for my taste. shower water pressure and water temperature was the worst experience. ive never had a more disappointing shower at a hotel
Pros: Worst staff on the planet.
Cons: Went to check in. Idiot behind the desk could not find our reservation. Was not interested in searching for it. She was extremely rude and short with us. Ended up leaving and staying at a best western. Worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. The young lady behind the desk was extremely unprofessional and lacked any skills in customer service. I personally have several years in operations management and if my employees were ever like her, they would be terminated immediately. She even insulted my wife when we called her out for her lack of professionalism. Not sure how this one made it through the interview process.

Cons: The bed was like sleeping on rocks. The overall appearance was dated, the bathroom was very clean. And worst of all the heater would shut off then a hour later would make a loud starting noise run for a couple of minuts then shut down again. This happened all night long
Pros: Everyone was very very friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, it was affordable, and it was very close to everything.
Cons: I didn't really like the breakfast....
Pros: Glad I didn't let existing negative reviews deter me! I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay here. Room was clean, location very near the beach, shower was legit, the TV was actual HD (not fake stretched like so many hotels), and the internet actually worked! So yeah, not sure how much better it could be for the price.
Cons: I think the area that was supposed to be vending/ice on my floor was empty. So that was a minor bummer.
Pros: Staff was super nice, location is a block away from the beach. A lot of attractions nearby and food joints.
Cons: The dogs outnumbered people 10 to 1 in this hotel. Apparently a pet hotel. Dog hair all over the carpets. Hair in the bedsheets and blanket. Furniture needs to be updated. Breakfast was pathetic.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. I am diabetic and all you had to eat was a waffle. They didn't even have "no sugar" syrup.
Pros: Hattie at the front desk was wonderful. She made sure we got all of the toiletries we forgot. Breakfast was really good and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was dimly lit and the shower curtain was kind of gross.
Pros: Staff was all friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Sheets didn't fit mattress. Cleaning staff didn't put bags back in garbage can. Refridgator didn't stay shut.
Pros: Nice TV
Cons: This is a "4 star" motel, I would hate to see the Myrtle Beach 2 and 3 star standard. It isn't a bad place but hard to justify 4 stars. The whole city seems old and tired.
Pros: Was priced really well considering it's only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room wasn't the biggest but was nicely set up. A very easy and relaxing stay with no hassle.
