Pros: The area is wonderful. They need a nicer hotel for this cute area.
Cons: The carpet is too dark and was so dirty our feet turned colors. They put me in the wrong room and asked me to move after I unpacked and was getting ready for a wedding with a small child. The refrigerator stopped working. The shower head wouldn't stay on unless you kept pushing the button. The rooms are so dark and depressing. I felt like it held filth it was so dark. They charged me twice and said they would try and fix it. I won't be going back again.

Pros: The modern decor was very nice. Room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Loved the sausage biscuit option late at night.
Cons: Prices at the bar were ridiculous. Had some out of control wedding guests on 26 Aug 2017 that were overserved at the wedding.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This gem of a hotel is located slightly off the beaten path but close enough to the city without the inconveniences. The interior design is fabulous. The attention to detail and focus on guest comfort is outstanding. I'd give the breakfast 5 stars as well. Looking forward to my next visit.
Cons: The dinner menu was a bit limited. Would have liked to see more small plate/ app selections on the bar menu.

Cons: Not much

Pros: Our king room was very spacious. The decor was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was huge! The best part was the utter quiet. From the time we entered our room, we didn't hear another sound - no one talking, no TVs, and no doors slamming. We also appreciated the quiet air conditioning. The staff was very friendly, too! All Hilton hotels should at least meet the standard of this hotel. We've stayed at Hilton Garden Inns that didn't even come close to this!
Cons: Honestly, there wasn't one thing that disappointed us.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fresh take on a hotel. The art was a fun experience, though I'd prefer some variety as it was all pop art. The decor was modern but still warm and fun. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Several great upscale bars and restaurants steps away.
Cons: The location left something to be desired if you want anything beyond great evening eateries or the theatre. No breakfast places around or any shopping minus Tiffanys or Macy's. It felt odd that difference sides of the sand city block can vary between lux and sketchy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Art everywhere, bizarre delights sprinkled throughout. Great restaurant and right around the corner from Contemporary Arts Center. Wonderfully colorful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love 21C. They always have the best people.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comforable, beautiful room. Big cherry doors on the shower and the toilet rooms. While it was the same old free breakfast menu they did it with top of the line ingredients. Name brand granola and Nutella.
Cons: No fridge. It was between a horse track and a 4 lane road. Lots of noise if you have a room in the front with the road. It was in a peculiar place to find even with my GPS. Their signage is small. The one thing that bugged me was that they charged my card $20+ in advance for room breakage or for snacks. I didn't like this and it marred the whole visit.
6.0 Good
Cons: When we returned to our room after the Reds game on Saturday night, it was very hot in the room. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working. I called the front desk and a lady came in to look at it. She did her best and was very apologetic, but could not get the air conditioner to work. She brought us a fan. When we awoke in the morning, we noticed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We checked with the front desk and she confirmed it was not working. Then we went downstairs to have breakfast and found there was no coffee available. The help said it was being made. It was about 9 o'clock in the morning, so we found this surprising and disappointing. The breakfast bar was pretty weak compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. No fruit or yogurt was available. I travel extensively intend to stay mostly in Hilton properties. This hotel Who minded me more of a Holiday Inn, then a nice Hilton or Marriott property. I was somewhat disappointed that the lady at the front desk didn't offer me any kind of rate reduction after finding out the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be fixed. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: the pool and hot tub was great. My daughter loved the shampoo.
Cons: The pull out bed was very thin and well used.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was so clean. And the staff was very helpful. The TV didn't work and they were ready to change rooms for me when I noticed the plug was loose probably from cleaning the room we were leaving early and made us fresh coffee right away
7.6 Good
Pros: Plenty of places to eat around town. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor use their bathroom. Our neighbor apparently had a very small bladder and the sound from the flushing all night was extremely annoying. Also, the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Pros: The only thing we liked was that it was located in the heart of Florence and close to everything.
Cons: Our room had a very strong "wet towel" like odor. Most likely from the older AC unit in our room. We brought it up with the staff immediately and since they werw booked up, the couldn't switch our room and brought us some febreeze. We had to live with it.

7.0 Good
Pros: location, room size, breakfast, evening socials, indoor pool, helpful staff.
Cons: I felt that the rooms and common area were surface cleaned, as I noticed dust on lights, headboard, and some furniture in my room and then in the dinning area all the ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust on them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, the room was perfect, staff were helpful, pool and breakfast convenient, and location offered many shopping options. Very impressed. Facility seemed like new.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a room on the top floor. We had a beautiful view! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The decor was very modern - we loved it. We sat down stairs near dinner, ordered drinks and they provided us with a menu to order food from a German Restaurant across the street. Drinks & dinner were delicious. My only complaint is their snack and breakfast area were expensive. The hotel stay was generously priced though. It’s very central to many fun shops and activities. Our room was clean. They had a heated outside area with lots of games. Overall it was a very cool hotel. We would stay here again.
Cons: The price of the snack bar, coffee, and breakfast menu were on the pricey side.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: New and very clean property, located steps from the Ohio River waterfront / levee and adjacent to restaurants and bars
6.2 Good
Pros: Decor and feel of the hotel was amazing. Lots for kids to do.
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable and “continental breakfast was a joke.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The modern look resembled that of the hip hotels in Europe. Cool vibe, great staff, happening bar with awesome unique specials added to the experience.
Cons: The problem with euro-style is the limited closet space, less than functional shelves, inability to turn on the powder room light without turning on the vanity area -which illuminated the bedroom divided section. Food options were super limited and pricey but, being in the middle of all the cool haps, we never needed to worry!

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati - Cincinnati - Building
8.8 Excellent (2,310 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Hyatt Regency is ranked as one of the Top 10 Hotels in Cincinnati on TripAdvisor. As of April 2017, we completed Phase II of $32 million dollar renovation, which included updating the guestrooms, guest bathrooms and installing new Hyatt Grand beds
4.0 OK
Pros: I enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the actual worked well
Cons: When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything downtown, shuttles to Jack's Casino. The room was spacious with a great view of the river and skyline. Like using the skywalk to connect to the garage next door.
Cons: It would be nice for the Red Roast Tavern to remain open until 2am on weekends. Had to go to the Westin for nightcap.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location!
Cons: No free parking or breakfast, extremely small bathroom.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Overall look of the hotel was nice and makes you feel at home. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room when they were not able to find my reservation. The rooms are nice and my view was awesome.
Cons: Having a hard time checking in due to the hotel failing to enter my reservation.
4.0 OK
Pros: The location is ideal for downtown events.
Cons: At 10 at night the lobby was loud and filled with smokey-smelling, loitering, loud people that had just come from Cincy Beerfest. I had reserved (a month in advance) AND confirmed (the day before) a king room with my wife on the night before valentines day, but they said they "only have doubles left", so obviously reservations mean nothing to them. After that major disappointment (especially for the high rate) we found the beds didn't even have fitted sheets, and the duvets used two sheets rather than covers, so both them and the mattresses were exposed. The beds were hard as rocks, luke warm water is the best you'll get, and we couldn't get out there fast enough. I'm sure they treat you right if you're a member, but I would never want to go there enough to become one. Never using Hyatt again. There are better downtown Cincy alternatives.
7.7 Good
Cons: Restaurant doesn't have many options for food would like to see more variety
5.7 OK
Cons: The sheets were very scratchy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, had my room ready as soon as I got there, room was beautiful and very comfortable, would definitely come back.
Cons: There was nothing not to like..... Instead of the weather ,it's freakin cold in Cincinnati in January
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Didn't like that there was no notice that river view was extra until getting to hotel. Was not stated in cost when purchasing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. The bathroom however could have used a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling as I could visibly see water marks on tge ceiling.
7.3 Good
Pros: Close proximity to the sport events
Cons: Somewhat pricey and the rooms are in need of some updating ... bathroom was pretty old
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. There is a cool macaw in the lobby that will say "hi" to you if you say hello! Free breakfast! Very friendly staff! There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Horseshoe Casino.
Cons: Our room was probably not used recently because the water ran brown for a few seconds in the facets. Pool is being worked on until Feb. 2016 so we could use the neighboring hotel's pool but it seemed like to much of an inconvenience especially in December. You have to pay for parking.

Pros: Not sure it was worth $200 but we had a good time. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Service was prompt and polite. Our room was clean and luxurious. Highly recommended.
5.0 OK
Pros: The front desk staff were friendly.
Cons: The internet did not work. They gave me an 800 number to call IT so they could trouble shoot. The IT called me back at 11pm and it finally worked on 1 of my devices, but not the other. The sleepnumber beds were awful, I assume they are worn out because I assume that sleepnumber beds are more enjoyable when they are new. There is considerable noise from the interstate. They provide ear plugs. I checked out 2 days early because I woke up with giant bites on my body. When I complained the GM was attentive and refunded the rest of my stay.
7.7 Good
Pros: View was great
Cons: Highway is loud, Can't do much about that.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Bedding and bathroom were very clean
Cons: Carpet was stained in several places. I understand from staff that carpets are being scheduled for replacement.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: There was a shirt still in the closet from a previous guest, and all in-house food stopped at 10p on Saturday. Cool hotel, great views, and the bed was super comfortable.
5.4 OK
Pros: Comfortable bed and nice view
Cons: Being lied to by front desk staff
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: We were stuck in elevator for nearly 15 min, no compensation, nothing, it happened twice after they reset it, quite disturbing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very clean hotel. And had everything we needed right there.
Cons: People at the front desk weren't very helpful. There was a fight being held at the hotel that first night. And no one told us I would have loved to go to that!!!
5.1 OK
Pros: Location and access to downtown were excellent.
Cons: Took our three small children to the pool only to find it exceptionally dirty with cloudy water. Everyone in our party had large amounts of foreign hair and filth on them upon exiting the pool. We also had issues with getting our room on the same floor as other family despite calling ahead and requesting this in the reservation itself. Ultimately this was resolved, but not without delay and much confusion on the part of the staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, pleasant staff and well located to major attractions. We have stayed here many times and will again.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, shuttle service, staff was exceptional, big refrigerator
Cons: I thought we were going to be able to see the river from hotel we could not. The grab and go breakfast I thought could of had more of a variety. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
5.1 OK
Pros: Great proximity to Great Amercian Ballpark, there was a trolley bus that took us to stadium for $1 each way.
Cons: Price was inflated due to ballgame, needed another pillow on bed, and bed was very hard.
