Pros: Art everywhere, bizarre delights sprinkled throughout. Great restaurant and right around the corner from Contemporary Arts Center. Wonderfully colorful staff.
Pros: Loved the fresh take on a hotel. The art was a fun experience, though I'd prefer some variety as it was all pop art. The decor was modern but still warm and fun. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Several great upscale bars and restaurants steps away.
Cons: The location left something to be desired if you want anything beyond great evening eateries or the theatre. No breakfast places around or any shopping minus Tiffanys or Macy's. It felt odd that difference sides of the sand city block can vary between lux and sketchy.
Pros: Love 21C. They always have the best people.
Located in Downtown Cincinnati, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Aronoff Center for the Arts and Fountain Square. Carew Tower and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: Booked night for a reds game was within walking distance from the park and everything you need was right there awesome time
Pros: Great location. Newly renovated. Clean
Cons: Cost to valet
Pros: Great hotel and was very clean.
Cons: When i booked the room it said two queen or one king. So when we arrived i was informed that they had no king beds available. This needs to be a selection so you know what you are getting when you book a room.
Pros: Cool building with brand new rooms. Modern lobby and design throughout hotel.
Cons: Still in a 'soft' opening, so there are some things that need to be worked on. Shower drained back into the bathroom and elevators had filthy overhead lights.

Pros: Rooms were spacious, well-appointed & had comfortable beds. Check-In staff was courteous & helpful.
Cons: We were traveling as a group of couples. We were told that their lounge/bar would be open until Midnight on Saturday. At 10:15 they were already "shut down". When we approached the staff about it, the bar tender was rude & the other staff offered suggestions of other bars outside of the hotel. We wanted a night cap in our hotel, which we were unable to get. They need to get their services/staffing issues worked out - or don't include all amenities at this time.
Pros: This hotel (and the Hampton Inn beside it) iis an incredibly creative use of.the Cincinnati Inquirer historical building, offering upscale accommodations at an affordable price im downtown.Cincinnati near the Reds ballpark and other venues
Cons: Noise from the sliding glass bathroom door, alhough aesthetically pleasing and space-saving, are acoustically impractical, in my estimation.

Pros: The Art Deco style, the live jazz combo in the bar; helpful & friendly staff, great location in the city!
Cons: A little noisy inside the rooms (street noise)
Pros: Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.
Cons: Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
Pros: The historic building was beautiful. The location and view were also excellent.
Cons: The hot tub in the gym was barely warm.
Pros: Hotel and staff were great overall
Valet was professional about their mistake
Cons: Valet lost keys to my car, had to locate employee from previous night stay and deliver car to my house
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location
Pros: Location! The staff! All wonderful!
Cons: The rooms are tiny. Nice, but tiny. Make sure you really like the person you go with! :)
Pros: Liked room but not view.... everyone is overly friendly
Cons: View. Room service should be described better, that cheese plate was disgusting. Some of people were very pretigious
Pros: We loved the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service extraordinary. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. Grand old hotel.
Cons: Set the thermostat lower in our room on the 28th floor, but the temperature was unchanged 14 hours later.

Pros: Close to the airport. Clean, comfortable room and bed.
Pros: The room was clean. Continental breakfast was about as I would have expected. We were just there to sleep for the night. That's all we needed.
Pros: Rooms was very spacious and very clean. The morning breakfast is a good way to start the day. We like the location due to it being away from a downtown area and was quiet.
Location has easy access to the greater Cincinnati area and the out lying areas as well.
Pros: The location was within 20 miles of every attraction in Cincinnati. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of different things to choose from. The wifi was very good in my room. I was even able to stream Netflix. The pool was nice too. There were several places to eat within a few miles. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I'm a smoker and there is no smoking rooms at all. Of course just about every hotel anymore is smoke free but I'm not the only smoker that travels. There were several others outside lighting up with me.
Cons: Excellent location; professional staff, very clean facility.
Pros: Nearly everything about out stay was perfect. The linens and carpets looked new and clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and had four pillows each which was great. The hot breakfast was an added bonus.
Cons: I had to take away a star because of the location of our room in the hotel. We almost asked to be moved after the first night, but by that point were we settled in and it wasn't worth the hassle. Our room was located on the second floor right on the balcony overlooking the front entry and breakfast area. Breakfast starts at 6am and the waffle machine has an obnoxious alarm, not to mention all the people coming and going and kids being loud kids. This made for rude awakenings every morning, and even thoughout the night. The room would have been great for heavy sleepers, but not so much for anyone who has functioning hearing. Generally I don't hold the hotel accountable for noise issues because it's other guests causing them, but in this case the issue was completely due to poor structural planning .
Pros: The room was nice, the bed was comfortable
Cons: I had to wait for my room at check-in
Breakfast was mediocre
WiFi was painfully slow

Cons: Sugar ants and beetles, horrible part of the city
Pros: The pocket door for the bathroom would not stay closed.
No restaurant in building.
Cons: Smart and gracious staff.
All-Suite hotel with close proximity to Downtown Cincinnati and Mt. Adams. Our hotel features Free Hot Breakfast, Free WIFI, Evening Lounge, Indoor Pool, Fitness Center, and Business Center. Each suite comes equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, sofa sleeper, and flat screen TV. SpringHill Suites is a hotel with style and color. Enjoy travel again with fresh amenities and little luxuries.
Cons: No free parking or breakfast, extremely small bathroom.
Cons: Restaurant doesn't have many options for food would like to see more variety
Pros: I enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the actual worked well
Cons: When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: The sheets were very scratchy.
Pros: The location is ideal for downtown events.
Cons: At 10 at night the lobby was loud and filled with smokey-smelling, loitering, loud people that had just come from Cincy Beerfest. I had reserved (a month in advance) AND confirmed (the day before) a king room with my wife on the night before valentines day, but they said they "only have doubles left", so obviously reservations mean nothing to them. After that major disappointment (especially for the high rate) we found the beds didn't even have fitted sheets, and the duvets used two sheets rather than covers, so both them and the mattresses were exposed. The beds were hard as rocks, luke warm water is the best you'll get, and we couldn't get out there fast enough. I'm sure they treat you right if you're a member, but I would never want to go there enough to become one. Never using Hyatt again. There are better downtown Cincy alternatives.
Pros: Everything, had my room ready as soon as I got there, room was beautiful and very comfortable, would definitely come back.
Cons: There was nothing not to like..... Instead of the weather ,it's freakin cold in Cincinnati in January
Pros: Didn't like that there was no notice that river view was extra until getting to hotel. Was not stated in cost when purchasing.
Pros: Overall look of the hotel was nice and makes you feel at home. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room when they were not able to find my reservation. The rooms are nice and my view was awesome.
Cons: Having a hard time checking in due to the hotel failing to enter my reservation.
The newly transformed Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers a twenty-two-story atrium hotel with an abundance of natural light. Experience a hotel offering every possible convenience under one roof, including the locally sourced Red Roost Tavern, Grab-And-Go Market Café, an expanded 24 hour fitness center and the city’s largest hotel ballroom. We also offer a 24 hour spacious business center with complimentary Wireless Internet.
Pros: I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.
Pros: Its in a convenient location if you are in town for business. Restaurants are within walking distance. The airport is a short drive.
Cons: Staff didn't seem to care much about anything. The room didn't feel very clean. The money for the value is lacking.
Pros: The staff was awesome and definitely took care of us! The location is great, right at fountain square within easy walking distance of many places.
Cons: The valet parking charge was kind of high at $30
Pros: Overall, the room/bathroom were clean and quiet - bed was extremely comfortable; full length mirror in room; great lighting around bathroom mirror; rain shower head; complementary water bottle. If you forego full housekeeping (Make a green choice), there's a minimal credit to use at participating food/bev places in the hotel or get SPG Starpoints - good incentive, Westin! Little perks like that are nice.
Cons: It is joined by other shops and free to the public. Dangerous entry late at night. Witness homeless people cursing guests out as they waited for the casino shuttle that partners with Westin Hotel and degrading females. Deserves more security by the door in that area.
Pros: Hotel was clean and very centrally located!
Pros: Comfortable, easy
Cons: Very loud people on our floor slamming doors late. Security did come and address the problem quickly
Pros: Rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of things...
Cons: Halls were a bit drab, music from the square was loud -it didn't bother us but older people may not like it. Probably should make sure guests are aware.
Paying what we did ... Wifi should be free!!!

Cons: Got there and room wasn't ready
and smelled bad .
The beds were unmade and the mattresses were off the frame and leaning against the wall. There was a white powder sprinkled on the frames .it made me think it's some sort of pesticide.
Pros: Ease of checking in and out
Cons: Just a tad noisy in the morning due to children running down the outside stairway.
Pros: Attention owners took with property
Cons: The fact they still have smoking rooms, and the non smoking rooms were sold out.
Pros: The continental breakfast was on of the best we had on our trip!
Cons: We booked this hotel because it said it had an indoor pool. When we arrived it had a closed, outdoor pool.

Pros: Hotel was wonderful clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great
Pros: Good breakfast options, spacious and clean room.
Cons: Kind of confusing to get to in the dark, not enough parking, didn't like the pillows.
Cons: The candy wrappers, used tissues, dirty cotton swabs under the bed . The out of date spoiled milk for breakfast. I did not like the dog walk area with all the lighting out. Sharing the room with the bugs was also not fun The crayons in dryer.
Pros: I did not expect a a kitchette, NICE!
Cons: Wish we had double beds - one for us and one for kids.
Pros: We had a two bedroom suite. Lots of room, the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel.
Cons: Nothing. Our stay could not hav been better. Anything we asked of the staff, they took care of for us.3rd floor didn't have ice machine, we called front desk & they brought up a full bucket of ice for us.
The free breakfast was wonderful. There were lots of options. One morning we were not able to sit because it was so crowded. I believe most mornings it would not be a problem.
Pros: The small kitchen in the room is very helpful.
Cons: None of the bedding was thicker than a sheet. Even in the summer, one standard blanket would be nice.
Pros: This was a nice, updated hotel room that included a little kitchen area. The breakfast in the morning was great! The beds are very clean and comfortable (this is coming from someone who is a neat-freak). The staff was very friendly.

Pros: The building, facilities, & staff were all very nice.
Cons: Very minor things, but our bathroom TV remote battery was dead. Also a notice before arriving at the hotel that the water pump system was going to be being worked on & we would have no water from midnight until around 6 a.m would have been appreciated.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and the location terrific. Very centralized location--easy to walk to area sites and restaurants.
Cons: The wifi internet was extremely spotty and rarely worked which was disappointing and made working remotely difficult.
Pros: Loved theroom, comfort and the bathroom. Also enjoyed lobby bar.
Pros: Location and very friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms were kind of small. Window to look out was very small.
Pros: Location was perfect. Right inside of everything. Valet is great!
Cons: The bed felt cheap and hard. Did not get any good sleep at all and you would think after driving 10 hours in the road that day it would be easy to sleep, but the bed was old as well as all of the furniture around.
Pros: The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and there was plenty of entertainment and restaurants located nearby. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel ultimately served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night.
Cons: The furniture was a bit dated and the layout of the room lacked any real appeal. The pictures online and the four star rating seemed to be a bit exagerated. I would rate the hotel three stars overall.
Pros: I am rating The Hampton Inn. Really nice hotel.
Cons: The Hampton Inn was a really nice hotel but it wasn't the hotel I reserved. I was looking forward to stay in The Cincinnatian because of the historic background and wasn't expecting at all not to be nofied in advance about their problem with hot water. We could have rescheduled our trip. They relocated us and it was a nice place (can't complain about it) but a modern hotel was not what we wanted.
Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and the bed was so very comfortable! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Looking forward to revisiting the next time we are in the area. .
Pros: The Location is prime. Perfect for downtown Cincinnati. The staff was nice and quick about check-in and check-out. The bathroom was awesome. It was big and remodeled with a giant tub.
Cons: The bedroom itself was not impressive. I expected a historic feel, but just got more of an old and musty feel instead. The comforter wasn't clean (had to brush it off before we could lay on it), and the room itself just didn't seem clean. There was also a sunlight which would have been fine, but when you looked up it was covered in dust and dirt.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Staff and front desk not profession. Make us wait so long and then can find room for us even we made reservation ahead! Scary inside as well! Not worth is pay this price
Pros: Staff was great!
Located in Downtown Cincinnati, this historic hotel is steps from Contemporary Arts Center and Fountain Square. Carew Tower and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are also within 10 minutes.
Cons: Limitrd guest. No visitors. No parties. No hot tub
Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. Overall this was a great place to stay and the price was just right. They exceeded my expectations.
Pros: The staff was nice. I liked the complementary breakfast. It was quiet and the area seemed safe
Pros: Good location, employee at front desk was friendly during check in.
Cons: Dirty bathroom, tv wasn't working properly and their is no ice machine.
Pros: Friendly front desk people, free cookies, updated, comfy, 42 inch hdtv and DVD player, pool was ok, fitness room was three treadmills in a very small room. Overall was worth the extra money and drive being in northern Cincinnati.
Pros: Average quality for the money. No major problems. Quiet location - easy access. Easy check out.
Cons: Not impressed on having to set up sofa bed for the kids. Would have expected 2 beds in the room as with many other motels - instead of one bed and one sofa bed. Also we had expected 2 rooms next to one another - instead we ended up down the hall - but at least on the same floor.
Pros: Good location, very nice accommodations and friendly staff.
Cons: Rubbery "scrambled" eggs.
Pros: Very large rooms with beds/pillows that could not have been better. Full kitchen, and a huge tv. Indoor pool was very well maintained and was at the correct remperature.
Cons: A hot tub would have been nice, but I'm really not complaining.
Pros: A decent hot breakfast open for three hours each morning. Good Precor equipment in the small fitness room. Full size frig, microwave, two burner stove top, and divided stainless steel sink.. Enough plates, glasses, silverware, and cookware to make warming and eating a meal in the room feasible. Good pay washers and dryers available in the laundry. Good wi-fi service. Good chocolate chip cookies available 24/7. Good front desk staff that seemed very responsive to the small issues we had during our 8 day stay.
Cons: The 'business center' had outdated computers and a printer that didn't work. Location is convenient for driving off 75/275, but not much of anything within walking distance.
Pros: The location was very close to the interstate and within a good driving distance to many shops.
Cons: The first night we were there, we discovered there was dried blood on the bed from a prior guest, and when I went downstairs to report this horrific discovery, the person at the front desk did not seem all that disturbed by my revelation.
Pros: It was good for the price I paid.
Pros: We felt that this hotel had a lot of great amenities for the cost, and our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel staff was always friendly.
Cons: We were placed in a room near the lobby, so the sounds of people were pretty loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep in.

Pros: Rooms and facilities were clean, hotel was quiet and location is convenient
Cons: The toilet in our room clogged and the man working the front desk handed me a plunger and walked away. The same man was working the front desk when I notified him of no clean towels in the pool area and he told me "Well it will be over an hour." Breakfast was good but we stayed for 5 might and there was no variety.
Pros: Hotel was gret I would definitely recommend staying there again

Pros: Great price. Room was and smelled nice and clean. Breakfasf was excellent as well.
Cons: Only negative was that we got to breakfast at about 8:50, and at 9:00 a staff member came in and just immediately started taking things away. I understand if it ended at 9, but atleast say somethinh. "Hey guys, breakfast is ending if you could wrap it up." Thats all. Dont just come in and take stuff down without warning. Cons: The room was very over priced for what it was. Our room was pretty small and the room didn't ever seem to cool down. The price could have been due to it being 4th of July weekend, but I feel you were really paying for the location and not the amenities
Pros: Room was clean and modern. Walking distance to pretty much everything downtown.
Cons: Shower knob was not working correctly. Water was coming out of both the shower head and the bath faucet. Bed seemed a bit firm. Bed was a bit squeaky too.
Pros: Great location. Friendly and professional front desk workers. Restaurant inside the hotel was subpar and the hostess was classless and unprofessional. Rooms were clean but old and in need of updating. Only 3 elevators for a large hotel, and they kept breaking down causing delays all 3 days.
Pros: The place smells like a sewer. Not clean and not what you would expect. Then they hit you with New York and Chicago priced parking of $30.00 a night.
I walked out and got another hotel. Not worth it.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Dirty, smelled like smoke, beds are terrible, no help from staff upon checking, couldn't find reservation.
problems with a broken bed
Pros: Great location
Cons: Over priced for quality of the room. Room wasn't as clean as you would like.
Pros: Good downtown location
Cons: Every single thing is outdated and gross looking. Carpet has stains, a/c unit noisy and musty smelling, towels cheap and old. Rooms are tiny. Basically a budget oriented dump with a good location. Even the restaurant/bar was a dump. Didn't want to sit in the chair in my room as it looked like it was in a frat house for 10 years.
Pros: The entire staff was great but the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The hotel seems a bit dated but it that didn't take away from our visit.
Pros: The location was awesome. Easy to walk around the city and see sights.
Cons: The first time I stayed at a hotel that gave you shampoo and not conditioner.
Mold in the shower.
My neck still hurts from their overstuffed pillows
Cheap itchy sheets
Pros: Good location
Cons: Poor restaurant
Pros: The staff was very friendly, accommodating and personable. Any requests that I made was handled promptly and efficiently.
Cons: The hotel felt old and tired. The elevators were ill equipped to handle the amount of people that were at the convention.
The award winning Millennium Hotel Cincinnati is the perfect choice for any traveler who enjoys the convenience of a prime downtown location, outstanding quality and superior service.
Pros: The kids liked the pool.
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
Cons: They were doing construction on the upper floors and had the entire water for the building off for periods during the day.
Pros: Close to the highway
Cons: The pool was closed for renovation but the website I booked the room through did not say anything about it. The pool is always the "main event" when we travel so we were really bummed!! The breakfast was absolutely disgusting with only a few options. Much less than other hotels we have stayed at. The room was not clean and the bathroom smelled. Staff was unfriendly and rude. Will never stay at a La Quinta again!!
Pros: The swimming pool and got tub was bigger than most similar hotels. Breakfast is also included in your stay.
Cons: I am not one to usually complain, but we were greeted by a friendly young man at the front desk who was quite obviously not wearing any deodorant. When we went up to our room, it had a very strange smell that we were unable to figure out. We did figure out the smell several hours later when my daughter attempted to pop a bag of popcorn in the microwave. She opened the door to a dish of foot (meat, vegetables, etc) that had very obviously been in there a long, long time. This was supposed to be my annual girls' night out with my daughter.----what a gross place to stay for a once a year event :(

Pros: Good location to Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark
Cons: The staff was rude and the room was disgusting. Basically as soon as we walked in we were disgusted. There were cobwebs all over the room, the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over the kitchen and the stove was still greasy from the previous occupant. Living area was aweful. The bathroom looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in a while as there was hair in the sonk and tub and toilet was insanely dirty. I would not sugest anyone stay in this hotel.
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful and for the price it was nice
Cons: There renovating so there wasn't a restaurant and its very outdated throughout as of now so hopefully the renovations are more than just the restaurant
Pros: Location to great american ballpark and downtown area. Very nice staff
Cons: Old furnishings and carpet. Not very clean. Restaurant was closed. Challenging walk from hotel to parking garage
Pros: Friendly front desk staff and very well located. My wife and I could walk everywhere. Great price for the location. Large room with Balcony
Cons: Toilet was not working properly so we asked to have it fixed twice. I ended up fixing it. Most recently updated room was still out of date. Bed was not very comfortable. Elevators also out of date.
Pros: We liked the location, the room was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was very dated.
Pros: the parking price is good
the person at the front desk was polite
Cons: -rusty fixtures in the bathroom
-bed feels like hay and cardboard (yes it is that bad)
-no comforter on bed
-old layout like converted projects (public housing thin walls)
-people up shouting all nigh off the balcony
-drunk and unrulies in the hallway (wifi signal stronger in hallway than in rooms
-if you have money to stay here use that money to go somewhere else
-not enough towels
-everything is old nothing changes since 1984
-cant use the kitchen as advertised (no use of stove top though the stove is there)
-gave us one flat screen and two of those old tv's with the bubble in the back
-never going back
Pros: The hotel was in a convenient locationand the check in was fine, but the room was disgusting. It smelled, the place was filthy with stuff smeared on the wallsand the tv's did not work.
Cons: Place was awful.
Pros: I liked the location. Everything was within walking distance which made it very easy to get around. I also enjoyed the size of the rooms; they were a good size.
Cons: When we arrived (approximately 4 o' clock), we were unable to check in because they did not have any single room ready with clean bedsheets. The lobby was full off people that has been waiting since the early morning. Staff had no idea what was going on and provided little to no help. Once we got our rooms, the keys would not work. The cafe food was forgettable and the decor in the rooms seemed to not have progressed after the 90's. I paid for valet in advance, but the valet guy made us park our own car AND then had to pay for parking. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Definitely not staying there again.
Pros: I like I had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, the balcony had a nice view
Cons: I was scheduled for a 5 night stay. A relative sided and I had to checkout after the second night, but I was still charged for all 5 nights. In a situation like this I could not belive they refused to not charge me for the other 3 night. Bad customer service. I would never go back.
Rooms wern't very clean either, and the oven in my kitchen didn't work.
Pros: There was a full kitchen, living space and bathroom. All the amenities that one needs to be comfortable. And iron mans ironing board, coffee maker, television with cable, a doorbell. It was like a small condo. I would absolutely stay here again for an extended stay. There was also a 12 pm check out. That's always nice.
Cons: The furniture and decor was a bit dated. And housekeeping came by too early.

Cons: Some minor repairs needed to blinds and AC.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Hotel was booked, pool was closed and AC was broke- in 90 degree summer weather
Pros: Nice that it had microwave and refrigerator iron & ironing board flat screen TV.
Cons: Bathtub need refacing, sink area need remodeling and the refrigerator not working probably it froze my food on the second shelf.
Pros: Decent location, nice TV
Cons: Lights flickered, hole between the carpet and the wall, and lights flickered, pool was closed

Pros: Close to family who is ill. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The smell was horrible. We were on the first floor and the hallways smelled like cigarettes so bad! My husband also thought he smelled marijuana coming from one of the rooms. The room itself didn't smell quite as bad as the hallway. It was dark and had poor lighting to see anything. The bathroom caulking was moldy. The next morning we had a roach crawling on the desk in the room. We were worried some may have gotten in our suitcase overnight so we had to empty it completely to check. After we got home I could still smell the awful cigarette smell in our bags and clothing. I will be looking elsewhere when I coke back to Cincinnati in a few weeks.
Pros: Nothing besides the fact that it was 5 minutes away from my place of business.
Cons: Disgusting room, carpet had holes, door into bathroom looked like it has been kicked in. Smelled like smoke even though I was in non smoking area. I'll be amazed if I don't get bed bugs.
Pros: The staff was somewhat helpful
Cons: I was charged 10$ more than price quoted and paid on my card. Looked at my statement and nobody could figure out why my debit card was overcharged. Bathroom tub was very dirty with mold in it. Television in first room didn't work. Switched to another room 1990 model tv. Was approached a few times if I wanted to buy drugs while I was at the pool where the sides were black and hadn't been cleaned. Very disappointed overall. No snack machines only soda pop. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Pros: It was clean. The front desk guy was awesome
Cons: I requested a non smoking room. There was smoking everywhere in the facility. EVEN IN THE NON SMOKING AREA. The room was filthy - and my children ended up getting bit by something- we can only attribute it to bed bugs. The beds were worn out to the point that there was foam mats under the sheets to help with the worn out beds. the breakfast that was offered was stale cereal and dry muffins. This was not a breakfast that we thought we would have been provided. which ended up costing us more than we anticipated because we had to go out for breakfast. Also to top it off the hotel is right next to a bar. Loud music and more smoking everywhere you went. These circumstances are not conducive for people with ASTHMA and small children. If I had known this was this bad of a hotel I would have never reserved it. Unfortunately we had to stay here because it was non refundable and also most hotels in the area were booked. I feel that I was taken for my money and will never book this hotel or any days in - in the future.
Cons: Holes in sheets, no remote, no hot water in morning, only half of lights worked
Pros: I purchased rooms for my employees. I moved them to another hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and service. Upon arrival there was a huge stain on the bedsheet. It appeared dirty. When my employee asked the front desk for service he was told they could give him sheets and he ccould do it himself. He made a report to corp.
Pros: nothing...except puling out of the driveway
Cons: Rooms smell of smoke. Beds are incredibly soft. Furniture is worn and dated. Cleanliness is non-existent. Just a dump
Cons: Staff facility horrible customer service worse hotel ever. I stayed in a cabin on the mountains of WV in February with no heat and it was 100% better then this dump site
Pros: Nothing good to say here
Cons: Room smelled like musty B.O. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE. And the pool was closed.
Pros: Easy check in
Cons: The hotel smelled of old feet and cigarette smoke. Didn't matter if you were in a non-smoking room. Breakfast left more to be desired.
Cons: It is so so so bad, the worst hotel I ever attended. The Indian guy who is the manager of the hotel was real weird and he did not respect anyone. The room had a lot of insects and was not clean at all. This hotel just wants to take your money and when they did that they don't care about the customer. I don't recommend it at all, just try any other hotels if you want something nicer and cleaner.
