Cons:air conditioner sucked, microwave didn't work, cockroaches found, rude front desk lady who every time I tried to talk she would interrupt me and act as if I was a bother to her, overpriced and needs upgrades terribly breakfast consisted of coffee and bagels and stale danishes
Cons:The room smelled of urine and mold. The shower head and faucet leaked all over the bathroom. The employees were rude. The pool was in desperate need of repair. The room was muggy and damp even with the AC on full blast. The refrigerator no matter what temp it was on froze everything inside it. When I let the staff know about the problems they just ignored me until I checked out and then the only thing that was addressed was the leaky bathroom.
Pros:Although furniture is older, the room was well-maintained and clean. Great value, easy access. Appreciated the usb charger as well as the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Friendly staff.
Cons:Continental breakfast could use better coffee.
Pros:Comfy bed. Close to Crystal River kayak facilities. Quiet. Reasonable cost. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. "Continental Breakfast" was coffee, tea, muffins, English muffins and bananas. No cereal or milk.
Cons:Very difficult for anyone not in top condition. No grab bars for tub, toilet too low, no non-slip surface for tub. Foodstuffs by bed on floor, what looked like plant matter was in both beds. Phone had crackle online always; front desk did not answer when I called; a.m. front desk person somewhat rude. table in room had broken leg, and chairs too low and uncomfortable. Had 1970's furnishings which needed repair.. A/C very noisy, but efficient. Noisy also even when not running. Picture had been removed above one bed and not replaced - holes still in wall. Hotel almost completely empty when we got there - I wonder if all their rooms were the same. Perhaps they don't have enough business to be able to refurbish.

Cons:There was hair in the tub, the sink and in the bed. Didn't like the old tv and the plug wouldn't charge my computer. Or cell phone had to get my own power strip cord.
Pros:It was a real nice little room, not super modern but clean and comfortable. A nice place as a base to relax and sleep at then go sightseeing or attend to business during the day then go back for a night. It's convenient to town and beaches, along with tourist sites. Has small frig and microwave, TV was so-so.
Cons:TV was old and poor picture. Very limited cont. breakfast. Could not find an ice machine. Price was a little high, but I guess in line with area costs.
Cons:Bare bones for sure. Breakfast wasn't even worth waking up for. Staff not very friendly. Bathtub was disgusting.
