Pros: The view was amazing! It was easy to get to off the freeway. The security in the parkinglot was also very good.
Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable. There was no breakfast. The t.v. in my room was messed up. The 100 dollar deposit is pretty lame. All in all I would pass in this hotel in the future.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Sure, the room had been cleaned, but that only gets you so far when you've got a leaking toilet and crumbling cinder blocks. It had a coffee maker, but no coffee or coffee cups, a tv, but it was so old only one button in three actually worked, a decent King mattress, but threadbare bed spreads and seriously lumpy pillows. But the staff was pleasant and the room was cheap and (roughly) as described. I got the sense they were trying to make improvements but the battle was so uphill it was futile.
Cons: Aside from the many caveats above, it's in the middle of nowhere, and not the nice kind of nowhere. We also had loud and somewhat frightening neighbors (lots of yelling, loud sex, doors being banged on and cries of "Where's my money??" at 3 am. That's really not the motels fault in my mind but it gives you an idea of the kind of place it is. If you really want as cheap as possible, and you don't have unreasonable standards as to what "cheap as possible" gets you, go for it. It's a place to sleep and you (probably) won't get murdered. If any of that gives you pause, go elsewhere.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, courteous staff, and great location.
Cons: parking garage was full, so all that was left was Valet at $40/day or parking 2 blocks away in a city owned garage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very accommodating
Cons: the staff from housekeeping just sent the roll away without putting up the bed. He just left it as is without asking if we needed help
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and had all the things we needed.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was the parking experience. We did valet parking and it was $40 per car. I thought I saw that it was $30 on description. It wasn’t a big deal but just not what was expected.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Yes unfortunately the hotel staff did not plan ahead to ensure the hotel parking challenges was identified. Several near accidents almost occurred due to not having adequate traffic control for mandatory valet parking. Thank God management reimbursed us for a portion of our room rate. I personally felt they could have done more. The hotel is still a beautiful hotel. They do need to steam clean the sofa area. Very spotted from coffee spills. I would also recommend valet parking on both sides of the building. Also during peak hotel bookings hire law enforcement for traffic control. Plus hire more valet attendants.
Cons: I came for a getaway valentine weekend which I feel the hotel was definitely not prepared to handle the influx of people all of which checked in around the same time. The hotel was also under renovation which caused a serious order which permeated throughout the elevator. Then upon checking into my $300.00 a night junior suite I noticed my tv had not been programmed properly. To top things off it took two hours for our meal to come out for dinner at Ruth Chris.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean great location
Cons: Bed was hard sheets and towels rough
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was awesome. That was the reason for staying here. Also location was terrific, you could walk to many things. We parked the car and didn't need it until we left.
Cons: The water pressure was not good. The room was typical except for the view. We were disappointed in the hotel. It did not meet our expectations of a Hyatt. No extra amenities or "pampering" that you expect from a high quality hotel. If it were not for the view, it would be a typical hotel for a high price.
6.0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: check in was odd, there wasn't a definite lobby area. self park garage was full and valet was very pricey. one of the elevators stopped working while we were on it.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is great the on site restaurants are convenient
Cons: The parking was excessively expensive self parking was not even available for the first few days of my stay so I was forced to use valet. The room was not cleaned one day, a supervisor checked in before I left for dinner I informed him that the room was not cleaned and he said he would take care of it and five hours later when i returned it was still not cleaned. The coffee station was not cleaned or restocked one other day. The Saturday night that I arrived (or Sunday morning) at 3:30 am other guests were very loud - returning drunk from some party or another and were loud for quite some time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking, Location to route 70 and route 44, Cleanliness, View of the Arch & being right across the street from the Arch!
Cons: The $30/a night price tag to park my car!

Pros: The rooms were big and location was great
Cons: This hotel looks to be on the verge of closing. Lobby escalators didnt work, lobby bar closed and has been for some time, no vending for ice or drinks or snacks. Thermostat in the room didn't work. The hotel was a ghost town

Pros: The room was larger then expected and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered to our room promtly.
Cons: Complementary coffee in the lobby would have been nice.

Pros: Location
Cons: Could not control air conditioning in room, hotel is very old and needs updating. Cleaning staff actually stole our Imo's pizza out of our cooler along with some cigars
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice size room and close proximity to arch and Busch Stadium.
Cons: Bathroom could use some updating. The shower looked kinda dirty and then the water wouldn't turn off. Maintenance fixed fairly quickly within 20 minutes of calling the front desk. Everything else was average to above average.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Bathroom light was broken. Tv didn’t work.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect; centrally located and within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Our room was bigger than expected and it had a great view. The pool area was open until 10pm.
Cons: With the exception of two employees, the staff was not friendly at all. I had to make 2 phone calls and two visits to the front desk in a span of over 2 days to get an extra blanket. Our room was so cold and the temperature was not adjustable.

Pros: Location
Cons: More of a 1.5 star hotel than the 3 star we agreed to book...

Pros: Really liked the close proximity to the stadium and also liked being able to see the Arch from the balcony.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, comfortable bed
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: The room was a decent size and it was clean.
Cons: It was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. There is no sound proofing between rooms, so you can hear every conversation word for word. The Midwest Live entertainment district is across the street and the bass thumps All. Night. Long. on weekends.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No breakfast included. Was cheaper to get breakfast at the in-house Starbucks than at the hotel's restaurant. Free WiFi VERY slow, mediocre WiFi was at a premium price. Parking not included.

Cons: The room was small and outdated, but cozy and clean.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Valet parking attendants were very welcoming. The 360 restaurant was fabulous! The food, view and staff were excellent.
Cons: We visited the pool & there were 20+kids ranging 5-16 years old there, half of them in street clothes, throwing each other in pool, swimming, dunking & zero parent supervision. This is unacceptable, maybe staff should do rounds at pool, Fri/Sat evneings.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience to the dome where we attended the Gateway Nationals, walking distance. Parking garage was not available to get into when we arrived, but were able to use the Olive St parking garage, cheaper also.
Cons: We were charged for the parking garage, 2 days = $60.00, when I advised at check in we were not able to get into. I did eventually get a refund after calling once we returned home. Always get your receipt at checkout! They emailed mine, didn't see this charge till I was home. It was resolved, but lesson learned for any future visits. Pros: The location is fabulous. It's close to everything we wanted to do including the new aquarium, ferris wheel, ropes course and the blues game. It's also not too far from Forest Park, the zoo, science center and the City Museum.
Cons: There was a wedding at the hotel. This resulted in a crowded lobby area, a cumbersome check in process and several areas, like the bar, were off limits for hotel guests. Once the wedding was over, it was much easier to get around the property.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was great for downtown and my view of the Arch.
Cons: The mini fridge was broken. For the price of the room that should not have been and issue. Second the toilet kept running water and I had to fix the floater in the tank twice to stop the water running in the early morning hours. After they came to replace the mini fridge they took the $50 Valentine pastries I bought for my girlfriend which top the Valentine's day off for me. Oh yeah and it was very hard to get around due to an event that night that made it difficult to get to my room that night. A bad way to spend Valentine's day with my sweetheart. I let the front desk know about what happen to the Valentine pastries and the toilet that kept me up at 3am which then I had checked out by 3:30am. Just think for that amount of money I should have had a better stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location in relation to Enterprise Center.
Cons: This hotel is starting to run down already after the renovation. the rooms are showing wear and tear and I did not expect this. The cost is too high.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was the best part of this hotel and the great old architecture.
Cons: Not the hotel itself, but parking is expensive and you would think that a hotel that costs as much as this one does, it would include parking or at least discounted parking. The convenience store was very overpriced as well.

Pros: I like the historic and whimsical decor and the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, charming, personable. Hotel employee at front desk treated us like we were their millionth guest. Hotel employee in the bar knows his stuff. The bed was as comfortable as it gets.
Cons: Not really, although one staff member walked out of the kitchen right into the main hallway, almost bumped into me like I shouldn't be in his way. Did not distract from an exceptional stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: The themes and decoration. The tavern was great too.
Cons: You can hear others in their own room while inside of your own room. The basement garage smelled really bad. My room smelled like a cleaned public bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and the themed decor made out a very unique hotel. Nicest tea and coffee station I have ever seen.
Cons: Was hoping for more unique local pastries with breakfast.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: the bar on the main floor is fun and neat to visit.
Cons: The room was dirty and needed to be scrubbed down and properly cleaned. The smell was unbearable. I don't know if they were covering up another smell with some type of clearing solution but it was so strong it burned my nose.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, right off the highway. Next to a great park. Food and drink options nearby were decent.
Cons: Our hotel room had a VERY noisy heating/cooling system. It woke our 2-year-old up a couple of times.

Pros: Great staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great! Also quirky nature of the decor is fun, and desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and generous- sausage, eggs, pastries and Kaldi coffee!
Cons: Parking. Proximity to bars and restaurants causes parking to be impossible on Friday and Saturday nights. All spaces in lot and parking garage were full. Valet is available, but was AWOL when I was there last Saturday so I had to park off site.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The common areas are a great place to hand out with friends.
Cons: Unlike my experience on previous trips, the water temperature in the shower did not get hot. It was warm enough to be useable but was not really pleasant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful! The movie theatre was charming. We ate at The Chase Club for dinner and The Preston for breakfast and everything was amazing! The bed was super comfy and the detail that went into the interior design of the room was beautiful.
Cons: Room was a bit small, but it was just my husband and I for one night so it worked for us.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room had a refrigerator and wine opener which was perfect. The Chase Park lounge had live music and a fun atmosphere. The movie theater was a nice touch although we did not see a movie during our stay.
Cons: What happened to microwaves in hotel rooms? Can we get them back please. The tenderloin room had a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. The fitness center was somewhat difficult to locate and did not have a sauna even though they offer classes. For the price, it would be nice for some of these additional options.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The price and how close it is to my Dr appointment
Cons: We made a reservation for a king bed, we checked in and got to the room and it had a queen bed and the toilet tank filler was stuck on. Called front desk and we got moved to another room. At checkout at 6:55 am was bad.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful and all Christmas decorations were awesome. There’s a nice restaurant on the ground floor. We booked 2 large rooms with bedrooms. The room on the 8th floor was absolutely perfect! Very beautiful, with spacious bathroom. All looked new and stylish. We really enjoyed it! The same category room on the 9th floor was much worse(( It was different in design, more simple, kind of old and unpleasant. The bathroom was smaller, darker and not cosy.
