3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very nice and courteous.
Cons: The hotel was not clean, burn holes in the carpet, windows not clean, bathroom sub par, and an odor that I wasn't sure what it was. It had holes in the wall no bulbs in light, etc. I saw a small roach and kept all our food and beverages in the fridge, that was the only one I saw and I checked for bed bugs, that was not a problem. I would not stay here again based on the condition of the rooms and high price to stay. The other hotels in the area offer a better room for around the same price if booked online. Staff was very nice

6.2 Good
Pros: The staff is very nice. I enjoyed staying there until I found the bug, and I am very disappointed that they have not had to courtesy to call me with the information as to whether or not it was a bed bug.
Cons: We found a bug and turned it into the desk to see if it was a bed bug, which we think it was. I was told I would get a phone call telling me what the exterminator said. It is now 2 1/2 days later. Since I had not received a phone call, I called the motel. I was told that the manager did not come to work today, but she had my information on her desk. Apparently, nothing has been done. I did not ask for my money back or throw a fit about it. I quietly took the bug to the desk and asked that they let me know. It is not right that they have not let me know. I wonder how many other people have stayed in that room since then.
6.8 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean, which is top priority for us. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hot buffet breakfast was included with the room.
Cons: Located next to a trailer park with no good views despite being right next to the river.
