Nice and quite room
This location (perhaps the whole chain) promotes their quiet rooms. I am a light sleeper so I made sure the heat/air unit was on the high fan speed. I noticed there was a semi parked on the street on the window side of my room. It was gone when my alarm went off in the morning. Since it was a cool night I'm sure the semi truck sat and idled after it was started in the morning but I did not hear a thing. I never did hear any guest room door closing...although the hotel did not have a lot of guests during my stay. The electricity did go off after an apparent close by lightening strike for about 45 minutes in the morning after I got up. I went down (I was on the 3rd floor) for breakfast. Certainly nothing special for breakfast.
In the evening i was greeted by a plate of no-bake type cookies at the check-in desk. They were not very good at all...squishy and surgery like they needed to be baked. I only had a couple for complaints. The in-room refrigerator was set to a barely cool temperature and my iced drinks quickly melted. This hotel could also use a automatic door opener and button so that when your hands and arms are full of luggage you don't have to set something down to open the door to get into the lobby.
