We enjoyed the cleanliness and kindness of the staff and everything we met.
We did not get to go on the tour we wanted or at all. The tour was booked up and the remainder of or time was to short of a stay in order to see what we wanted to see.
the location was especially useful near to the subway and the shops
there was a hole in the carpet. the decor was old fashioned.
breakfast could have been warmer
We enjoyed the stay, and find it easy to reach busses and other transport when we wanted to go to the city or elsewhere.
The cleanliness of the room could be better. It was ok the first two days, but after that it was not good.
Excellent location. Hotel had character. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was outdated and noisy from the nearby elevator.
The location was excellent for Glasgow West End with free parking just opposite.Staff were very helpful and hotel clean.
Location, size of the room
breakfast room and service
From my first moment in the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked what the occasion was and I told them it was my husbands birthday. We were given a front facing room and a complimentary bottle of champers. I have stayed in numerous hotels over over the world and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as I did on Sunday and my mother-in-law is booking.
Easy access to Byres Road and the West End .
On arrival we had to call booking.com as the hotel had not received the fax! this caused us some delays and great frustration as we were being told we had no booking
