9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfy and all I wanted
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. The lobby was quite comfortable, cozy including its pleasant lit fire place, I loved its style. Room was also comfortable, Queen studio suite with kitchen supplies, flat stove top, fridge and freezer, and microwave, dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable, clean. Half bathroom, clean, and tv swivels on a stand so it’s convenient to watch from either side of room including living room area. Up to date. Will stay again, maybe summer to check out their pool I believe they have.
Cons: It took a while for the heat to kick in. It’s a lil chilly by the window since the bed is near it. But eventually the heat did fill the room. Set at max, can’t remember. Also the there wasn’t a spare trash bag for kitchenette but I figured we didn’t need it till it got full but it managed. Breakfast included but 3/5.

Pros: Employees were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.
Cons: The fruit wasn’t always fresh.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with the very clean and spacious room. The hot breakfast is pretty good with the plenty of variety. The front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: I'd give the hotel 10/10 if not about half of the TV channels are not HD.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location, room ammenities, breakfast offerings
Cons: I was not informed that “pets welcome” was only done with an extra $115 non-refundable charge... despite the fact that my dog is a no shedding breed and he caused no damages nor cleanup issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and the rooms were well appointed. My room even had a gas fireplace. The stairway between floors was open, carpeted and easily accessible not fire stairs behind a door. This made choosing to take the stairs over the elevator nice.
Cons: They provided a nice selection of free breakfast items. However, the hot foods were rather tasteless. But there were many other options. The dining area was quite pleasant and clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very accommodating. I had personal issues and they were able to help me 100%.
5.0 Okay

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was large and comfortable. Requests were met quickly and staff was friendly. Valet parking was simple and user friendly. Really like the hotel decor and modern rooms and within walking or quick ride to local restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast place was crowded and line moved slowly. The shuttle was not always available to us for rides. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and overall felt like we paid too much for what we received.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the spaciousness of the room.
Cons: The pillows were horrible and the bed was not comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms. Great happy hour and donut mornings at the bar. Great location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so quiet there...no kids running up and down the hallway, no slamming doors, no adults talking excessively loud. We were able to sleep without the tv on to drown out the noise
Cons: There really wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing was probably the shower door or lack of. Had to be careful to not get water out on the floor. And the only towel bar is in the opposite corner of the bathroom...
1.0 Poor
Pros: Fancy
Cons: Dirty room
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was awful. Showers needed cleaning. Not cleaning lady clean but like grout and general heavy cleaning. Windows that open into the atrium are a burden that must be worn, so have black our curtains that actually black out

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was beautiful.
Cons: The sitting area was dirty. There were crumbs on the table, couch, and floor. For the level of hotel it was very surprising. When we told the front desk, when we first saw and again in the morning when we checked out they did not seem concerned.

Pros: Beautiful house, nice town, very pleasant to stay in, nice people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional property, in an historic home, with all the modern amenities! Loved the gas fireplace, very cozy after a fun day. The massage/rain shower was wonderfully relaxing! Delicious hot breakfast started the day off well. Location is central, close to all shops, restaurants, colonial houses, and walking trails to the Connecticut River. Luxurious linens in a king bed, coffee maker, and fridge were better than home! Owner is an artist, and her work decorates the entire home. A stay here is worth every penny!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location great1 property great! Room beautifully decorated not neccessaraly practacal, 5 lights in bathroom 3 out rain shower impressivive, but dont want my hair wet and the hand held not practical, no mirror for make up and 3 lights out for clarity, roomwas not vacummed, and nomugs for coffee if we were not able to attend breakfast at 8. b & b an addition $15 charge for breakfast t the b&b for $300 I was not offored coffee in the morning , and no mugs toprepare coffee in the room, only a plasticwater glass, the owner was un interested in accomidating me and I will not return. I am currently a host on air B&B and super host for my studio # times! I offer wine, lake access, coffee, breakfst bars, boat access for under $300 and I am a super host, pat you did nothing to make my stay convienient, or accommidating and you were past the 3:00 arrival time for me, I was using the room just to sleep. I need to come pack and will find alternitive arrangements you were not nice!
Cons: Read abovegreat property and sleeping nothing else, she was not a good host
5.0 Okay
Cons: We arrived and were told we had rented two rooms. When I informed the owner that it was only one as my confirmation indicated, she blamed booking.com. for costing her a night’s rental. We asked the first day of our three day stay if we could stay one more night and she said no problem. The afternoon before my daughter’s graduation she told us we had to pack up and move to another room. Charged us $35 for an extra person even though a sofa bed was advertised in the other room. Totally unapologetic and rude but very anxious to get her money as soon as you get there.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast is boring - with almost the same things on menu everyday. They could make it better by rotating menu. Also, around 8:15 AM in the morning, all the three coffee pots run out of coffee and then you have to find someone to tell them and then wait for a while for them to fill up the coffee.
6.0 Good
Pros: Desk staff very cheerful and helpful. Room very clean and attendant cleaned the rooms very quickly. Job well done. The walk in showers were so enjoyable vs standing in a tub
Cons: The food services area was terribly managed. Tables were not cleaned, floors were sticky for three continuous days. Buffet area was not restocked, patrons had to ask for silverware to be restocked, and almost every table was rickety and unbalanced. The omelet station was the only saving grace.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: New hotel, beautiful rooms, easy access to major roads.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice. Clean and well laid out with a very comfortable bed. I didn't really need the extensive kitchen facilities, but they might come in handy on a different visit. Plenty of lamps and outlets and everything was easy to use. Breakfast was great!
Cons: I had called at mid morning asking for an early check in (2pm). The lady I spoke to checked my reservation and said they actually had two rooms clean already and that one would be reserved for me, so I could arrive at any time. When I got there a little before 2 (coming from out of state), nothing was available. When I told the guy behind the counter of my call from the morning, he rechecked but found nothing and suggested I return at 3. These mix ups happen, of course, but after the call in the AM, I planned the day and evening around the early check in, so a little more effort to help might have been nice. Perhaps an offer to text me when the first room became available instead of the standard line "check is is at 3".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and room size.
Cons: Kitchen area floor was sticky crumbs in the chair. All else was great including the jet tub
