Pros: Great rooms! Great Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely cordial staff, met every need, extremely clean, quiet, loved that there were apples availables as a quick snack on the way out the door
7.6 Good
Pros: It had a bar downstairs and an interesting layout.
Cons: Not as close to Nashville as I would have liked and the room was very damp (our bathing suits never dried).
6.8 Good
Pros: This is a nice hotel but far from everything. The building is well built and floors are quiet. Unlike other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express you could not hear anything in the room. Many of these other hotels, you could hear the thumping from others walking in the hallway, the rooms next door or above. Not at the Hyatt Place. They had a bar downstairs which was very convenient. And, we ordered a small pizza and desert...both were good. I also liked that there was a comfy sectional in the room and the tv on the wall could be turned to the sofa area or the bed.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner. The sink in the wet bar area was dirty and the shower area could have been cleaned better.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Guests staying near me were loud late at night
7.7 Good
Pros: Thde place was good nice staff, easy to find, great pool and nice lobby. The only problem was it was not clean as it should have been. There was thick dust on the end tables showing it had not even been wipped off in a long while,
Cons: I think the price of breakfast was crazy as so many hotels offer the same stuff for free
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel and don't forget to go to nearby Chef's Kitchen for some stellar food
Cons: Internet speed wasn't great and for 2 days access to basic sites, to include weren't accessible. Water heaters were replaced which isn't bad but they amount of sludge and icky stuff that had to be discharged from room sink and bathtub/shower was gross. It would have been nice for the staff to run flush the water in each room while guests were out.

Pros: Everything was surprisingly great. Not spectacular but was more than I expected given the bargain.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (waffles with berries or chocolate chips as an option, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal with berries or brown sugar as an option, Danishes, bagels, toast, mixed seasonal fruit, yogurt, multiple cereals...the list goes on and on. The desk staff was very attentive and always smiling. It was an awesome time overall!!!
Cons: The only thing that bothered us upon arrival was that the pool was closed for maintenance because of the ph levels. The lady at the front desk told us that the hotel across the road was letting us use theirs. We were disappointed about having to share a pool with 2 hotels' worth of guests, but it was WONDERFUL!!! We even had it to ourselves for a while and only shared with one other family the rest of the time. The pool at our hotel was back up and running before breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated the lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!! It was awesome!!!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. People at desk did what they could to answer all questions and give directions. Hotel is clean and in a good location for our trip to see Nashville
Cons: Original reservation was lost. Reserved two king rooms, only one was available. Other couple received a double room on first night. That room had a clogged bathtub. They got the king room the following day. Not a good start but ended ok. They were comped the first night for the inconvenience
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Except pillows
Cons: The pillows way too soft stayed at other hamptoms had a variety of pillows on each bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was typical for a Hampton, and the food was good.
Cons: The outside of the hotel looks kind of shabby, but the inside makes up for that.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very helpful and courteous
Cons: Clean but not immaculate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to take a small trip to Nashville. This hotel was nice bc it was only about 20min away from the city and not a bad price for 3 nights. (Around $330) The staff was very friendly and our room was always clean when we returned. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I have previously had. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is the perfect place to stay. We have no complaints and when we travel we typically try to stay at a Hampton Inn bc they are pretty consistent.
6.2 Good
Cons: I asked the front desk to call me a cab to pick me up at 6. They did and the person came on time and when I walked out to get in I told the woman hello and she rudely said hold on and walked right past me into the lobby to go talk to the front desk person. She came back out and seemed annoyed that it was just me needing the car. (I also noticed right away that she didn't have any sort of taxi light or information in her car which makes me think this was just a friend of the front desk guy). I told her where I wanted to go and she seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to the popular Nashville strip and told me it would be $35. I then told her I only had a card and she tried refusing service saying that she didn't have her card reader with her. I told her I only had a card and she tried saying she would take me to an ATM. I said no and she looked back and said "so what are we going to do?" I replied I was going to have to call another cab company and she magically remembered that there was another way to take a card and we finally got on our way. What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into 45 minutes with someone calling her phone off the hook so she kept missing turns from the GPS and took me through the shadiest part of Nashville. When we finally reached the address she pointed to a building and said that was where I needed to go. I paid her and she left and I noticed the number on the building was incorrect. I pulled out my phone and looked up where the place was and she had dropped me off 1.4 miles away from my destination! As a female traveling alone for work in an unfamiliar city I was scared and uncomfortable and couldn't call the cab place back because the hotel had called them for me and I didn't know the number. When my husband called the hotel to explain what had happened they were completely unsympathetic and said I needed to just call the cab company and complain to them. This place is in the middle of nowhere and the staff do not care about putting you in dangerous situations.

6.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed. Breakfast as okay.
Cons: 2 of our pillows had a horrible chemical/body odor type smell to them. We called the front desk and the front desk said they would be switched out while we were gone out for the night. When we returned the pillows were still in our room, we called the front desk back and they were finally switched out. We have stay in this hotel before and never had an issue. While eating breakfast the ladies cleaning/putting out the food were nice to guests but just talked super loud and the room kind of echoed, making it hard to hear the person you were having a conversation with at your table at times.

4.8 OK
Cons: Replace all the filthy worn carpet and the worse mattress on the planet.
4.8 OK
Pros: Location, cost, comfort, breakfast
Cons: Desk clerk used my card to pay his personal Comcast bill. I didn't use that card anywhere else in 15 days. Next day of stay, a charge for 250 for Comcast in Nashville showed up. Hotel uses DirecTV. Desk clerk wrote down my card in a paper. I should've stopped him then. Thought nothing of it at the time. Hassle of closing card and getting a new one now, in the middle of my travels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly. We had no issues with the room at all.
Cons: The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not overall too bad.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a great hotel. We have stayed here many times in recent years. The staff is friendly and the value is very good. My spouse and I highly recommend it. It is getting a well needed renovation and will be even better. The hall way flooring is wearing out and I'm sure the renovations will be there. The rooms are nice and clean - - I have never had a room that was not. We recommend this hote.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were the best!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet place to stay. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and chairs.
Cons: The hotel was under renovations so there were a couple of days of paint fumes, but nothing unbearable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Although 5 miles from downtown Nashville it proximity to the freeway made it an easy trip to downtown and entertainment. A great value compared to other Nashville hotels.
7.0 Good
Pros: Honesty of the current situation of the hotel to explain why some of the elements like floors, furniture are worn out. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Great complimentary breakfast selection in a large dining room. Kayak offered the lowest price they'd seen so that helped.
Cons: Essentially if you didn't know they were a hotel that had has been financially challenged via a mall and businesses closing around it and can't tolerate worn out carpeting as well as some of the furniture you may not like this hotel. But for the honesty and helpfulness the staff provides, reasonable rates, new bathrooms as they are finally able to slowly update and remodel we enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were very accommodating due to all the traffic we endure to get there because of weather.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was a good value for the money
Cons: Hard to find and access the property
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, room was good and was overall an enjoyable stay.
Cons: Hallway carpeting could use some attention. Hotel construction seemed a bit hasty/shoddy. Nothing that would prevent an enjoyable stay however.
4.8 OK
Pros: The room was cool and easy to work in
Cons: The place needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. Carpets should be replaced and trim repaired.

Pros: Well, there were two beds.
Cons: Wifi but no internet. Smoke detector lying on a shelf disconnected, with wires dangling from the ceiling. Absolute code violation, especially in a smoking room. Toilet still had urine in it from previous tenant. Front desk staff indifferent when informed of all this. Car hauler taking up 8 parking spaces. Mold in bathroom on the ceiling above the tub. Pros: I never right reviews but I feel I need to warn others about this hotel. I was traveling with my teenage son and I was scared for us to stay there. We checked in and let me tell you the room/ hotel looks nothing like any of the pictures. The floor looked like someone took and dumped buckets of water everywhere, the comforters looked like they never been washed and there was urine in the toilet. We were in the room for two minutes and left. The desk clerk said they had to check to make sure I didn't take anything but couldn't do it at that moment because he was the only one there. Like I would EVER take anything from that room. He finally cancelled our reservations so my son and I could find a different safer hotel.
5.1 OK
Pros: Recently refurbished.
Cons: The women checking people was not helpful. Rather rude when we checked out early.

Pros: check in staff were very nice and friendly.
Cons: rooms are partially updated; paint had patches on walls and was a errie blood red color. The room was fairly clean except for the floors; faux wood vinyl that looked partially clean. Beds were covered in plastic under the sheets; not comfortable. Sink was new; bathtub older with a leaning toilet. No iron; no blow dryer. Paid way too much for quality.

4.8 OK
Pros: The location was great. The price was exceptional. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Had to ask for towels after check in. Room wasn't swept or mopped the entire 4 day stay. Towels were not exchanged out two of the days, had to call front desk. We were provided new towels but was told to push the dirty ones to the side in the room because housekeeping had left for the day.

Cons: Awful, dirty, smelly, glad I didn't get a disease
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Pool was clean and cold. Motel was close to freeway and restaurants. Staff was friendly; some of them just don't like to clean though.
Cons: Gross gross gross. I'm not picky; i just needed a clean place to sleep. We could not even sleep with all the bugs crawling around. Had to wash our own sheets after friend was bit by flea. Found another flea in my bed. Stained sheets/cigarette burns. BLOODSTAINS ON CARPET! Front door had trouble closing. Bathroom door would not shut. Pubes in bathtub and on towels. Carpet was generally dirty with open mustard packet and condom wrapper on floor. Room appeared to have not been cleaned in months. Another guest told us he had the same problem - filthy room, with pubes on the sheets. Apparently pets are allowed on the first floor, and they don't clean up after them.

Pros: room is updated and clean. Close to freeway on ramp. Thats about it. This is an old outdated motel with updated rooms. C Minus at best.
Cons: located behind a fast food restaurant, traffic noise, outside entry, luggage noise outside of room, trucks and cars. Not well sound proofed from outside noise.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was greeted by a pregnant woman with a horrible attitude that was clearly miserable. After working a 12 hour shift and driving an hour to get to the motel, the woman then tried to cancel my reservation that had already been guaranteed. She switched my guaranteed room to a different room and was very unpleasant in her conduct which also was a direct representation of the property.

Pros: Great value - king size bed with fridge and microwave and a continental breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Cons: Cleanliness - there was a piece of breakfast cereal on the floor in my room when I arrived. The seat of the chair had little to no support. The bathtub water would only turn on hot or cold - nothing in between like warm. I had to mess with it to give warm water. During this time I discovered the drain was very slow and I had several "floaties" in the water before I ever got it the shower. I asked them to fix the tub the next day which they didn't and I had another shower with over 2 inches of water in the tub on the 2nd morning. They had bread on the first morning and ran out the next. When I asked about bread for toast I was told they were out. I asked what kind of provision they were making for bread for the next morning and was told they were leaving a note. They didn't have bread the next day either. The door to the room sticks and I had to thump it with my hip to open it from the outside and jerk it from the inside to get out.
5.4 OK
Pros: There was a fridge, microwave, nice tv, and beautiful shower in the room.
Cons: The blankets and sheets had cigarette burns in them. The non-smoking room was filled with a strong smoke smell.
