2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was ok.
Cons: I set this booking up for my children. I had set up to pay $100 upon arrival and then the rest of the amount upon departure. The manager said it was fine when I called. When we got there it suddenly was a problem. However, he checked Robert Galliart and Brittany Sharp in. I paid the $100 at that time. He said he would work out the computer so I could pay the rest upon departure. He then tried to ding my credit card for the full amount of the stay which caused a $35 fee to be charged. They arrived on Friday 11/22/19. On Sunday, 11/24/19 they were informed that they either needed to pay the whole amount or leave. I went over and checked them out and moved them. I could never recommend this motel as the manager does not keep his word. We are of the opinion that he does not like Brittany Sharp and wanted her out of the motel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a place to sleep and shower the bed was nice
Cons: There was only one pellow on the king sized bed mold in the bathroom broken coffee maker pant chips on the floor out dated
1.0 Poor
Cons: Hot water. there wasn't any hot water 1st night. Hotel staff wouldn't or couldn't provide another room without the manager (stated she didn't know how to). Water was fixed next day. While sitting watching tv, knock on the door as (guess the manager??) then opened the door and walked in. Wasn't given the opportunity to answer the door before they walked in. Not much of a variety for breakfast.

Cons: It was not clean
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was just what we needed.
Cons: I sent a crew to work in Great Bend. The room they received had a broken bed that sloped in addition to being infested with bed bugs. They requested but were refused clean towels. I am very unhappy with this hotel and feel they owe us a full refund.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean, but showed a lot of use. Walls were thin. and hiway was close, so had lots traffic noise.
6.0 Good
Cons: Room was dusty and for a non smoking room it was not. Yellowed walls showed it to have been a smoking room. If you change a room form smoking to non-smoking a paper note on the door doesn't make it one. Was not charged correctly but I did not notice it.
