Pros: Wonderful breakfast every morning. The staff care about supplying a wonderful breakfast.
Cons: Maybe could have added a little variety to the breakfast. We stayed 5 days and it was the same breakfast each day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, spacious, clean, nice amenities. Breakfast was really good, and we LOVED the added extra of the cobbler/ice cream/cookies in the evening, though it would have been nice to have it served earlier because I had to let my little ones stay up until 9pm
Cons: Access to things like vending machine for water were not convenient, though did force me to exercise by walking each time, lol. We booked a room for five people, but there were only enough beds in the room for four. We had to make a pallet on floor for ou
6.0 Good
Cons: Trying to say we booked 2 rooms instead of one. I had the reservation on my phone from booking and the receptionist got hateful and said she didn't care. I had to call booking.com and have them call the Savannah house hotel. I was in the right and she wouldn't even consider it. What happened to the old ways...the customer is always right...this is the 2nd time we have had trouble with them. I'm not sure I will go back.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quaint. The owners were super friendly and unobtrusive. It was almost like it was your home. We would not hesitate in coming back. Very nice stay.
Cons: Be cool if they had more of a coffee shop and maybe a breakfast bar. But I understand with several great diners so close it may not be necessary. But real creamer and muffins would be cool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location, will be back soon!
Cons: Wish the bar was still opened. You need to update the info to let this be known, not a deal breaker for us
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much!
Cons: City needs a noise ordinance in reference to vehicles. Loud music and loud exhaust were a bit much!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing to dislike, they did everything right!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historic home located very near Branson Landing and close to where I needed to go for some work. The bed was very comfortable and Deron, the manager, even provided me with some delicious Chardonnay at check in. Basically had the place to myself as it was during the week during non-peak season. Really enjoyed sipping some wine and chilling out on the large concrete deck - it was a really neat outdoor space.
Cons: The air conditioning was set very low (67) and I could not adjust it. Ended up shutting the registers in my room to get it a little warmer for sleeping. No biggie, but it would have been nice to be able to adjust the air (the thermostat controlling my room was in the hallway in a "lock box."
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Quiet attractive place. Charming friendly staff. Great pub style wine bar.
Cons: The hotel was having a problem with inadequate hot water which only allowed a few guests to shower in the mornings. All else was excellent, but this urgently needs correction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome/check in was outstanding. Quick, thorough and friendly! Lori loves what she does and it shows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The genuine warmth of the welcome, the homely feel and the super comfortable bed.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This little "bed-n-breakfast style" hotel was amazing. My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had the Hide-a-Way room which had a cute outdoor/woodsy theme. There are other themed rooms that are cute/romantic as well. Location is 5-6 blocks from the Landing (within walking distance) with plenty of good places to eat, shop, and explore along the way. Staff was extremely helpful and super nice. Limited breakfast (very delicious though) is included with your stay and can include breakfast sandwich, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, sausage, fresh fruit, parfaits, danishes, juice, coffee, specialty coffees/lattes. Wine bar area (which is also breakfast area) is very clean, decorated nicely, and in a good location. Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday night is fun.
Cons: Nothing - our stay was great and we will definitely stay again when in Branson next time!

Pros: The room was pretty clean. Close to 76,
Cons: Me and my husband both have bad legs ,no elevator. There was a bunch that came to staynext to us that was very noisy. Wanted a king but could only get queen double, didn't care for that at all!
7.0 Good
Pros: The location of this property is excellent. Very close to the major roads and attractions. Breakfast was generally good - yummy waffles! However, one morning when a different staff person was overseeing breakfast, items ran out and he was inattentive to the needs. The cobbler and cookies at night are delicious.
Cons: The property needs updating and that is the biggest negative. It is dated. The tub, while clean, looks dirty from age. There are very few electrical outlets in the room and none convenient to the nightstands for plugging in phones or devices. The carpet and furniture are dated. Overall it needs a refresh.

Pros: Updated, very clean, very comfortable; pleasant. Coffe bar in lounge- very good.
Cons: Draft at door & window and an old, hard to control AC/heat unit. No in-room coffee.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great the rooms was so clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.
Cons: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall the room was good. Bed was very good. Lots of towels. This was a very shot stay for us and we did not spend a lot of time in room. Very appreciated location on first level, and close to lobby and breakfast area, as we are at a stage in our lives where we cannot do stairs. From checking in , the cleaning attendant, and the breakfast people, were all exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons: I would prefer at least a curtain if not a sliding door in front of the sink. A few marks on toilet inside bowl and on the rim, first made me think the toilet had not been cleaned ,I tried to clean myself, and realized it was permanent. It would be nice to have a luggage rack, although it would only work on ground floor, as only steps to second level. Ice machine closet to our room did not work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast
1.0 Poor

Cons: Not at all a 3 star hotel; a 2 star motel. Breakfast was horrible- stale bread and rubber eggs.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind. Best free breakfast we ever had at a hotel!!
Cons: When I booked the room I saw there were options that said non smoking The room I booked said nothing about non smoking so I figured it was a smoking room. Most hotels tell you in advance they are a non smoking facility. Over all I five them A plus
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed on thanksgiving night and into the weekend. This was the second time we had stayed here and enjoyed it both times. The place is clean, breakfast is good and the staff were great. The only issue we had with our room was we encountered some severe weather with wind, thunder and lightning, and heavy rains and when that happened our window had a pretty good leak, but it didn’t damage our stuff and only got the carpet wet. We notified the desk and they added it to their maintenance work order.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was the only advantage to staying here.
Cons: Pictures are extremely misleading. When I booked I upgraded to a penthouse apartment with a "private bath". All pictures on the booking site showed a beautiful apartment with upgraded furniture and a large jacuzzi tub. What we received was not at all like the pictures. We received a upper level outdated apartment not at all what the pictures (over 20) show on the booking site. When we expressed our concerns at the front desk. Monique and front desk supervisor Paul (sorry I hate using names in reviews but I felt it was necessary) where unhelpful saying because we rented from a 3rd party (not timeshare owners) there was nothing they could do. It took us to press the issue and they finally called a supervisor from capital vacations to change rooms. Still not getting a penthouse but a refurbished room. Exhausted we settled for what we got. First bad experience with booking which is normally a great site

7.5 Good
Pros: Great size, clean and loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer.
Cons: The coffee pot did not work at all and we had to drive to coffee each morning. A night light would have been helpful for the bathroom as it was kind of bright leaving the full light on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice setting with friendly employees. The two bedroom condo was very clean and spacious. Pools were wonderful and well maintained.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We like the comfort and homeiness of our unit. We loved the views and the recreation center and being more on the outside of town.
6.7 Good
Pros: The available activities inside and outside kept out family busy.
Cons: After driving for 5+ hours we show up to the hotel to find out we have to check in at a different location. When we get to that location we check but then are directed to a members service building to get our parking pass. We go to the next building to get our parking pass and get a sales pitch thrown on us. We said we weren't interested and this wasnt book as a timeshare presentation. We were told you cant book them any other way. No where in our confirmation emails did it say anything about having to listen to a sales pitch. Once we left we got settled in our room and thought we were done. The next day we got a phone call in our room from the same sales person from the day before trying to get us to attend the sales pitch. Again we declined as this was not something we were interested in.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. We also liked the roominess and the kitchen was stocked well.

Pros: Was very clean felt like I was at home.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good size, very clean, up to date, nice accommodations, nice staff, we loved the Christmas tree and decorations.
Cons: Thin floors allowed lots of noise so I'd recommend requesting a top floor. Hot water tank too small to fill jacuzzi tub. Luckily it does heat the water pretty fast so we were able to fill it up halfway and then fill the other half after 20-30 minutes.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property was very nice but traffic to it was crazy! Very congested around Silver Dollar City! If you have a time to be somewhere just make sure you leave plenty early! The condo itself was nice and spacious! Had nice appliances ! It would be an excellent place for a nice getaway weekend!
Cons: The beds could be more comfortable but as a whole the place was plenty roomy for a family of 6! The bathrooms could’ve been a bit cleaner, but other than that, great place! I just didn’t like traffic to the place! It took us almost 2 hrs to go approximately 12 miles the weekend we were there! (Weekend after Christmas)

Pros: Clean!!! I don't know if this place has been used since 1990, whoever the maintenance people are they deserve a 10.
Cons: The management is either incompetent or just lazy. Friendly desk staff, but putting the circus acrobats above 3 older people is inconsiderate and tells me they don't have a clue on running the desk. Check lasted 45 minutes.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable price, spacious room (studio), clean, nice pool, convenient location, and generally quiet.
Cons: Walls rather thin. Could hear most of what was going on in the next room.

Pros: We loved staying here. We requested easy access due to a friend staying with us who has mobility issues. Our unit was in building six on the main floor closest to the handicap parking - perfect. Everything about this complex is perfect - location, staff, comfortable, clean. Our ice maker wasn't working when we checked in and the maintenance man replaced it that evening, but brought us a bag of ice in the meantime.

Pros: breakfast great with choices. dinner food was exceptional as was the service Tuesday December 3
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. West of Branson, away from the main drag but close by. We stayed in the "Elm" Lodge. This and the "Redbud" Lodge are next to each other and away from the main resort area by just enough to be somewhat secluded and private, by private I mean quiet. Nice big suite. Big jetted bath tub with a large separate shower. 2 gas fireplaces. Really nice kitchen. Ice maker was full when we checked in. We had plenty of hot water, there were not many staying in this lodge so that could change with more people. Tried the sofa bed and as usual with them they are not made for adults. Very thin mattress. If you're into watching the TV it was not an HD signal or if it was HD there was a LOT of pixelation with everything you watched. The lodge is 2 story but the way they are built the 1st floor is accessed by stairs. The parking is level with the 2nd story so it is a straight shot to those rooms in case stairs are an issue. Again this is for only the "Elm and Redbud" lodge. I do not know of the other parts of the resort. The balcony faces SSE so you get a good view of the night sky to go along with the wine/cheese/crackers or sipping scotch. There are roof tops of the resort next to Welk and some power lines that run behind the lodge but they do not block your sky view. Was a nice place. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Wish it was on Table Rock lake with a marina.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Million Dollar Quartet absolutely the best show In Branson dissappointed to hear it was ending we’ve seen it the last 4 years. We can only hope Wells picks it back up or another theater in Branson does
Cons: Million Dollar Quartet Ending at Welks
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet - staff was very accommodating. We were even given a small gift for our anniversary! (Thanks!) Loved having a fireplace in both the bedroom and living room, liked have a washer/dryer right in the room. They had 2 HUGE closets, completely equipped kitchen and a delightful balcony with ample furniture to enjoy. Walk-in waterfall shower was wonderful! All in all a super place to stay. We appreciated the fact that we were not hounded to listen to a time share presentation. Although we were asked, we were pleased to note they did take no for an answer. Thanks!
Cons: No elevator - stairs were fine, but older folks might have trouble getting luggage up to their suite. I assume they would be assigned to a lower level.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful. Will go back. We were on our honeymoon.
Cons: The Water park should be open to adults on weekends, and past 10. So we could go into the hot tub.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms where really clean and nice.
Cons: The check out time and check in time for 220 bucks I should have got at least 24hrs in the room. When checking out the desk personnel was clueless on any questions I had for future stays, therefore I’ll prob look elsewhere. Could have handles most of the little things but a staff that has no idea on simple questions was kinda shocking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked that it was fully furnished!
Cons: We had to wash and clean our own bed sheets. House keeping never came by and we also tried to call house keeping to come change the sheets but no one answered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The food on the buffet (both dinner and breakfast) was terrible. Would not eat there again and wouldn't recommend it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms, enough space. Looks beautiful outside with this logs. Close to cafes and restaurants. Have a good pool and hot tub.
Cons: The ceiling fan was dirty.
