Pros:WOW. This story is incredible. Long story short, I arrived and left my bag in the taxi, who drove off! The bellman immediately rushed me to the head of security, Sean, who acted very fast. See one of the problem in Hong Kong, is that there is no real cab company. The taxis all look the same, but each driver is his own individual business. So Sean had me show him exactly where I got out of the taxi. He then explained problem number two, which is that they are a part of the convention center, so they would have to find someone to help them gain access to the convention center camera network. The team got me checked in and had me go to my room. About 30 minutes later, Sean called to inform me that he was able to ID the car number from the security cameras!! He also put out an alert on the Taxi radio network. But with all that, I would probably still have to go to the police the next day to report the bag and maybe the cops could track the car number. That sucked cause I had an 8am flight. So I went back to bed. Then 25 minutes later, Sean called again, and the cab driver had brought back my bag!!!! I am still speechless by the lengths Sean went to to find my bag. My heart is forever in debt and I will recommend this place forever. I have never, and probably will never again experience this level of service. Every hotel manager on earth should read this story and replicate it. If I am in Hong Kong again, I will 100% be repaying my loyalty by staying here. Oh and top of it, the hotel is phenomenal! Great room and bathrooms and views!

Cons:Fee internet was Ong in the lobby and I found out when I was already in my room 68th floor. It was a good quick 5 hour sleep but when you wanted to call via viber or messenger, you can't.
