My room was disgusting, blood on the bathroom floor and hairs all over. The staff was rude. Pool was appointments only and when we checked in it was full. We didn¿t know any of that. Supposed to have breakfast and there was none.
Just your typical hotel room. Nothing special. It was clean and tidy as you'd expect. Thinking these places need to drastically reduce the price to stay due to the whole COVID crap, no pool, no hot breakfast. Reduce your prices!!
Staff was less than courteous upon room rental. Do not agree with the price of the hotel stay when you are not able to utilize the pool or have a hot breakfast. Need to reduce your prices since all you get is a room and bed!!
This is an older motel that has been kept up. When we checked in they had us in a 2nd floor room and no elevator. I have just had bypass surgery 7 weeks ago and they put us in a wonderful room on the first flood. The bed and the shower were great.
The outside doors did no close therefore the motel was not secure.
The front desk clerk. Did try to help but had a lot going on
The marijuana smell the police being called the dogs barking in the hotel tv not working.
The best thing about this hotel was the location. The breakfast was pretty good too as far as hotel breakfasts go. I am not saying it is a bad hotel - I am just saying it needs work to get me back!
I have stayed at this hotel the same weekend for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, the facility and rooms just keep going down hill and it is in drastic need of a remodel from top to bottom. This time the hallways and room even had a very foul odor.
Location; close to things I needed. People were friendly at office, but not busy. Cause was large equipment work behind rooms! OUCH!! Noisy and early. Luckily I was unaffected because I wasn't there much.
Mentioned heavy equipment and project in back of hotel.
The front desk staff seemed to always be on a cigarette break. The hotel was old and needs updating. It smelled like smoke, was not well lit, and was grungy looking. Not what I expect for paying $--- a night in a small town.
Extremely loud vent fan in bathroom. Looked like it was never cleaned.
Location was good. Twin queen beds.
Not up to Quality standards. Was an old Super 8 that was upgraded with signs to Quality without upgrading bed, bath, or breakfast quality. Beds were very hard, bath drain was clogged, tv remote didn't work, breakfast missing meat and normal extras. Basic.
It had a small pool, but no hot tub. The night we stayed, the local high school was having homecoming, so there was lot of activity and noise in the hotel late in the evening. The breakfast was pretty meager.
It was in a good location for me.
No elevator. The iron was broken. 2x I looked for staff and there was no one around.
Beds, shower and customer service
I don't like disturbing when I sleeping, when I've arrived at the hotel there was very noisy loud music next door , please take care about this matter
