Pros: The hotel, staff, and facilities are all lovely. By day two 1/2 the staff recalled my name and they took care of the smallest details. Arman in the dining room knew just how I liked my coffee in the morning and always greeted me by name and with a big smile.
My room wasn’t ready when I first arrived so they brought my luggage up for me while I went shopping. The rooftop bar was cozy and has exceptional views, and the rooms feel luxurious with down pillows and mattress toppers and super-soft sheets.

I took a room Inhad not ordered and they threw in breakfast. Was ok the room but I would not stay there again. Room had odd fung shuei . Too cluttered and too many unnecessary doors and passages

Cons: I am a regular guest to your hotel but the room 1718 I was assigned felt old and dated compared to previous rooms I had been in. The h/h shower cord kept pushing the hot water lever past tolerable temperatures, at one point almost scalding me.

But I had little issue with them I forgot one bag in taxi and ask him to return it to the hotel which he did but the hotel kept lie that they don’t get any thing for 2 days till I called the police and have them talk to them. Then they bring my stuff. So make sure you don’t lose any thing cause u will never get it back.

Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

(It's) none of those shop-house type of establishment." The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious. Initially, I made a reservation for a two, single-bed room. But, the kind and highly professional frontline staff named Mr Adli (if I recall his name correctly) bumped me up to a much larger room with a king-sized bed. The only downside though was that the air conditioning system wasn't strong or cold enough inside the room. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay as far as I was concerned.

Bathroom fittings needs to fix for proper use - Bidet hose with its head missing. Shower tray for soap was loose - not able to place soap on it. 5. Hot water bath is like luke warm water. 6. Breakfast - Hot drinks eg Teh Tarik, Hot water was not Hot. The spread could be improve further.

Cons: The breakfast fare used to have a lot more variety to it compared to the one I had last weekend. The menu has been oversimplified up to the point that it has lost its unique identity. I'm hopeful that the Management will pay a special attention to this very matter. A great breakfast experience does leave a long-lasting impression on the hotel's guests. It also influences a guest's decision-making process as to whether or not he or she should be putting up at this hotel or the other, competing establishment situated in the same vicinity.

Pros: I've got a corner room with huge windows and nice urban view. They accept car payments, a good aircon, they had 3 English speaking channels on TV, bed was comfortable and clean, they clean and provide with bottled water every day. Nice green space of Botanic Gardens and some museums are nearby at walking distance
Cons: Floor could be cleaner, WiFi was hit or miss, I had water supply issues in the tap at some point, slightly noisy because of the traffic. On the edge of Little India area with markets, so a bit hectic and not the cleanest streets around

Cons: The hotel was a bit far far from almost everything city citer ,Kl tower/Twin tower . Its cheap yeah but you spend more in buses or train and grab to go the touristic places. So the money you safe on hotels you spend it more on transportation walking would be hard because it would rain hard or its so hot. My room wasn’t clean And the sink was broken.

Cons: We booked this hotel bc of the pool but it was closed for maintenance, if we had knew we wouldn’t booked here. The facilities seemed pretty old and they need an upgrade, inside it’s a really sad hotel. Staff was polite but not nice.

Pros: It is value for money indeed. Location is good as far as Indian traveler’s are concerned. Indian Veg/Non-veg food joints are just 10 minutes walking distance. The taxi, City Bus & Hop on/off stop is right next to hotel. Moreover, the Metro station is also 5 Minute walking distance. The room and breakfast is also nice. No issues here. The Mumbai based famous tour operator is regularly using this hotel.

Pros: My son fell ill and we were forced to delay our planned sightseeing trip by a day. We ahd already paid the money in advance. The hotel staff was very accomadative and changed our programme as required.

The Mumbai based famous tour operator is regularly using this hotel.
Cons: The sound insulation is an issue here. You can hear people talking in adjacent room or when they are using toilets. The outside traffic noise is also a problem, at least for first day till you get used to it. The room has thick window curtain, it help’s a little bit.

Cons: The hotel was adequate ane met our requirements. However it will be nice in case they change the check in time to noon as two in the afternoon is very late in case you arrive by a morning flight.

Cons: Poor customer services, gym facility very run down and dirty, was not cleaned at all during oue entire stay. Sauna broken along with steam room, hot tub, no racquets at the squash court.... hard beds very run down facilities!
