Pros: Crew was ok, But seats so tight, Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seat, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Cons: Kids running up and down isle stewards just walking past. Never made announcement for boarding. Worst flight ever.

Cons: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...

Pros: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Cons: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Pros: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Cons: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.
