The value for price was in the range of a $40/night place. The room smelled of urine, smoke, and mold, and the milk was expired at breakfast. For the price, our expectation was dated but clean facilities. The facilities were dated and in disrepair and the room was in very poor condition - something I wold expect for a much lower price point. I would not recommend this for families traveling with kids or people with any kind of allergies. Bring your own pillows as there were stains on ours, and possibly something to sleep on on top of the bed. Sinks were slow to drain and only relatively clean.
The king size bed is really comfortable and the pool was great!
A cockroach crawled across the table while we were eating (GROSS). While we tried to stay out of her way the staff member that was restocking the free breakfast acted like we were bothering her and in her way. She was very rude, nasty and kept giving us dirty looks. She sat in the couch with a nasty attitude the entire time we ate.

Room was large and clean. Facility is older and certainly not upscale. Interior was very Spartan and basic; however, it was clean and the property is good spot if all you are interested in is a decent place to stay overnight while you are travelling. Front desk personnel were very friendly.
