Cons: The entire room was dirty and smelled horrible. We had to request new sheets for the bed because there was hair all over the bed. Worst hotel ever!

Cons: Paid for king, got queen. Room had no closet,decor, drapes, hooks, towel rack, toilet paper holder, telephone, security lock,bureau, nightstand nor lamp. Had outdoor plastic chair for chair inside. Threadbare towels and scratchy sheets.

Pros: I liked the idea of the hotel, the concept of its location and amenities prior to actually seeing the property.

Cons: Yes. You name it. Gross! The patio near the pool was falling off into the lake. The lake front next to the property was a swamp. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool it was so unkept. There were water fleas in it. The room sheets were dirty. YUCK!

Cons: Hotel was booked at arrival. They put us in their newly renovated cottage, nextdoor. The Mallard House. Not suitable. Smelled of paint toilet not bolted to floor. No weather stripping on door. No chairs. Checkout & moved to motel nextdoor the Regency Inn

Cons: No pool, hot tub - as advertised. Our kids had their swimsuits and said where's the pool? The staff said pool's closed, nobody swims in the lake. Sent us to a pool that was not open. We walked all day in the heat to get there. Ended up swimming in lake.

Pros: Hotel Employee went above and beyond. Their kindness and concern for over family member will never be forgotten . We would definitely use this hotel.again.

Pros: Convenient. Beautiful view of lake.

Cons: No cold water in kitchen...it was turned off! "Pet friendly", but nowhere to walk our service dog. Green areas say, "No pets!" Also no access to lake...it's fenced off. Essentially a parking lot with rooms. Won't come back.

Pros: beyond excellent accommodation and location on the lake, staff was super friendly even open to highly amicable settling of dispute re duplicate reservations. all satisfied.

Cons: fabulous aromas of family cuisine from india, unavailable to public at any price: they must invest in an on site cafe, the aromas will do the marketing for them for free!

Pros: Everything was in working order including free internet... Didn't have any problems with room or staff.

Cons: Leak in the ceiling. No hot water. Nowhere to hang clothes. Frigerator so loud hard to sleep.
