Pros: Good hotel that is located downtown. Different from normal hotel, a mix of old with new. The location is great, everything is within walking distance, Tower City, the Q, Progressive Field and numerous bars and restaurants. Rooms are newly updated and the hotel itself is under renovation. Try to request a room across the arcade, you get an interesting walk through the top of the arcade as you find your room. Great hotel, with a cool, architecture location. The staff was perfect as well; doing anything to help.
Cons: Currently under construction, but they are updating so I'm sure it will look great once they are done.
Pros: Staff for sure, location was clutch and breakfast, yeah I want to stay
Cons: Swimming pool would have been the only thing

Pros: We had lunch in their restaurant and I had an amazing beet salad.
Cons: I am a Gold Level SPG member. This got me nada. No welcoming gift, no upgrade, no internet access, no late check out, nothing. I have been treated much better at other Westin's.
Pros: Cleanliness and layout of rooms.
Cons: No breakfast included with stay. No garbage can in bathroom or recycling in room period.
Pros: The room was clean, we were put on a high floor with a great view. The staff was excellent. I guess I'm just too picky about the cons.
Cons: I'm a stickler for good service and the Westin did exactly what they were required to, but nothing more. For example, I asked for a fruit platter & champagne to be put in the room. It was my husband's birthday and it sucked we were stuck in a hotel after a business trip, so I wanted to make it a bit more exciting. Most the fruit was fine, but they didn't pick out the moldy grapes and shriveled berries. There were two glasses for coffee, but provided only one cup serving of grounds. The bag of coffee itself couldn't be opened easily, and since we were traveling, we had no sharp objects. The vanity mirror was broken. Little stuff adds up and I was overall disappointed for a $250+ night.
Pros: amenities, proximity to points of interest, great adjacent restaurant
Cons: lacking microwave in room, option to request one was not mentioned by the staff; learned about option by default as we were checking out...
Pros: Front desk was very friendly and quick to get us checked in and out.
Cons: Parking was very expensive.
Pros: The place was clean and comfortable with a higher end business vibe.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Good locatoon, easy walk to local attractions, restaurants, athletic venues. Rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel bar was nice but always under-staffed.
Cons: Hotel was probably sold out for NCAA tournament, they did not staff the hotel properly. 2 working elevators for 20+ floors after a Thursday night game, plus they closed the bar/restaurant as people returned from the game. Check-in was slow on a Thursdsy, room not ready until after 4:30. Staff were nice, just not enough of them.
Pros: The hotel was convenient to the Convention Center. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and the decor modern and relaxing.
Cons: The attached restaurant is very expensive--if you're traveling on a budget, you're going to have to walk a few blocks to find something cheaper.
Pros: The bellmen were outstanding with holding our luggage in storage while we waited 2+ hours for our car at check-out on new years day. They were what made an otherwise unpleasant experience tolerable and actually enjoyable.
Cons: The valet service was horrible. The wait was long yet tolerable because of the westin's staff and pleasantness. The valet staff had 8 people standing around the podium (not moving or running any cars) sitting there cursing in front of guests during a verbal argument- very off-putting.
Pros: Fitness room great!
Cons: 1. The hotel facilities are not kept in good repair. For example, the telephone in the room had keys broken or removed from the key pad.
2. Could not check out because the computer system was frozen. I received a email of folio that appears to contain incomplete expenses.

Pros: Free toothbrush. Toiletries were nice mixture of things that you normally do not receive. That is about it.
Cons: Things that I did not like: Staff that lies. They like to patronize you just to push off to the next person.
Rooms reasonable but not worth the price.

Pros: Typical Hampton inn amenities...Everything I have come to generally expect. Clean and comfortable overall.
Breakfast provided--but could have used a bit more variety in hot food options.
Cons: First...Parking. Granted, I'm used to downtown areas, but I had no idea that the only parking options here were private surface lots and garages, or paying for hotel valet parking. I guess I'm just used to a hotel parking garage or lot of some sort with permitted or validated parking. On the plus side, the valet rate I was charged was a flat $24 for the entire stay. Not terrible. I didn't go in and out, just walked where I needed to go for the most part.
Second...The staff. For the most part they were friendly, but I arrived in the very early AM and the night attendant almost seemed like they would rather not deal with checking me in (sorry--our system is in the middle of an update...You're going to have to wait 15 minutes before I can check you in).
Third...Overall condition of the property. Not bad, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear and could use a good refresh.
Fourth...The room. It was a nice enough room, but was equipped as an accessible room with an adjoining room, neither of which I had asked for. The bench in the shower could not be completely moved out of the way, leaving the only options to either fold it down and use it or deal with it leaning out from the wall slightly. A clip to keep it folded against the wall would have been helpful.
Finally...Noise. It should have tipped me off when one of the amenities in the bathroom was a set of earplugs. I was given no warning about this. Things were quiet...at first...until sirens started blaring overnight at street level down below. I was clear up on the 6th floor and could still hear them. The last night I was there (remember the adjoining room I mentioned) the group in the adjoining room was either very loud, or this set of adjoining doors had the worst noise isolation characteristics in the world. Probably a combination of both. I finally had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone up.
I hate to be "that guy" but this Hampton really let me down overall.
Pros: The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Ice only on even floors
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. Found room very quiet even being next to a young family. Easy and efficient air conditioning. Overall a good place to stay.
Cons: Did not make up room second day during my stay. Returned to room late afternoon to find no clean towels when we wanted to shower. Front desk said they were behind on laundry and they would run towels up as soon as they could. It was not long after that towels arrived, but to be 5pm and not have made up rooms with fresh towels falls below expectation. Shortly after towels arrived, we were asked if we wanted room service. Late in the evening to be offering, but at least they were checking still.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean
Pros: It was a nice place close to where I need to be cost of room was good also was the breakfast
Cons: Wish the room had a frig to keep the food I got at the West side market cold. That's the only that was missing
Pros: The cleanliness of the entire hotel as well as my room. Breakfast was a plus!
Cons: The frown on the front desk lady, she wasn't nice at all. The night one
Pros: Great room - good breakfast, although when we were there, so was everyone else. The staff had trouble keeping up with the crowd.
Cons: I like a firm mattress - it was ot
Pros: Great location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room.
Cons: No easy access to evening meals. Price of daily parking.
Pros: Location very good close to everything that walking distance ?
Cons: very nice hotel the stay in and the breakfast are very good ,I will stay here again when I come back in Ohio.best place to stay in Cleveland.
Pros: We regularly stay at Hampton's so are very familiar with them. This one was perfect for visiting the Rock Hall and Progressive Field. Everything was expected for a typical Hampton Inn. The breakfast was probably the worst part. They didn't seem to keep the food stocked up so there was scraps left both mornings that we ate there. Our room only had 2 towels, which I found strange, usually there are 4. I had to ask for a 3rd for the 2nd morning. We didn't bother having maid service because they didn't show up until 3pm and by that time we had been out and back and were relaxing for a bit. Valet parking was good but it does cost $20 per night.
Pros: Close to rock hall and bars
Cons: No room service and breakfast buffet was inadequate for the number of guests, they ran out of food and the wait was ridiculous
Pros: nicely appointed rooms, clean, fairly comfortable. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions and close to the lake.
Cons: Staff was a bit harried, not helpful when it came to directions. The 90 East is closed right now, making it a challenge to get in and out of there with GPS. Difficult but not impossible. Staff did not seem to know about this and were not a good source of information for alternative directions.

Pros: Comfortable beds, happy hour, free breakfast and great staff.
Cons: Valet parks the cars a couple blocks away in a public lot. Trust me when I say park the car yourself. It takes them over 10 minutes to retrieve each car and when we were there only 1 person was working to run for the cars. We took a walk that morning and watched the valet drivers pathetically meandering to the cars, not jogging or even fast walking. It makes it difficult if you are trying to be somewhere on time. Budget 30-40 minutes to get your car the next morning if you use valet.
Pros: The location to everything downtown. Walked to many locations. The wood floors in my room. Friendlies of the staff, very helpful!
Cons: The smells of the building. Old building wit a slight sewer smell. No fan in the bathroom. Had another light in the ceiling but couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Pros: Very friendly staff, nice comfy bed, good breakfast bar
Pros: Title pretty much sums up out stay. We arrived late at night and was greatest with a friendly smile and directed to our roo . Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained. No comments whatsoever. By the way, if you are worried about being so close to the airport...have no worries. We were on three uth floor and did not hear one plane fly over at al . Great stay. Thank you Hilton
Pros: Location to the CLE airport
Cons: I wanted to leave my vehicle for the duration of the flight and get a shuttle to the airport and was told that the program was unavailable and full. They didn't even ask what time my flight was and the parking lot was only half full.
Cons: Food wasn't great for how much we spent, and breakfast is super expensive for a family of 4. Especially, when I thought it was included in my stay from trip advisor.
Pros: All staff were helpful friendly and responsive
Pros: I liked that they had a gym and business room.
Pros: The staff was very attentive and breakfast was really terrific.
Pros: Meticulously clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent airport shuttle service.

Pros: The location was the only plus. Very close to the airport.
Cons: When we arrived, we were told that we got the last room available, despite our reservation. Our room was extremely smoky, as was the entire 4th floor. If you want a college Dorm feel with the charm of a 1970's New York City apartment, then this is the hotel for you. No privacy curtain and blinds did not close all the way. No bathroom trashcan and soaps and paper products had not been properly supplied. The hair on the toilet and in our towels was a nice touch as well. We asked to move, and there were no other rooms available. We asked to cancel the additional days' reservation and were told we would have to call the company we booked through online. Literally, on the way back to my room to do this, they charged our card for the remainder of the stay. So, we just stuck it out. Never again.
Pros: I was in Cleveland to attend a music festival for about 5 days. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The hotel is about 20 mins drive from the downtown, there are lots of restaurants and fast food places around. It would be helpful if they had breakfast, but again, it is an extended stay place, so you know what are you getting into. Overall nice experience. If I go back, I will stay there!
Pros: Rooms were luxurious and comfortable and super clean even when a black light was taken to the rm nothing was found. Staff was very professional and gave superior customer service.

Pros: Close proximity to every major item in downtown Cleveland. Easy walk to the Browns stadium.
Cons: This Sunday morning breakfast buffet continue to run out of food. You would be waiting in line and get up where the food is and trays would all be empty
Cons: We spoke to 3 different people on the phone and they were all rude and unhelpful to the point that we cancelled our stay and stayed at the doubletree where EVERYONE we spoke with was helpful and the request for double beds specifically which was the simple request we had was met with a no problem and see you soon. The 3 Marriott women were very rude and said it wasn't their job. Stay at the Doubletree they are friendly and give you delicious cookies!!!
Pros: Comfortable and easy
Pros: Check in and check out were fast. Everything was clean. They make staying there hassle free.
Cons: Had booked this room months in advance. Called the week of our stay to confirm our reservation and notify them we would be a late check in. At check in they no longer had a room for us, and sent us to another hotel nearby where we were given a king bed for multiple people. The room was really expensive, and we ended up getting something less than satisfactory.
Cons: Just very expensive for less than 24 hours in the hotel and it cost me over $300 for the room and the valet parking was $25 per day which totaled $50, to park my car for 27 hours. Arrived at 11:30 am left the next day at 2:30 pm.

Pros: Great service from the valet and front desk staff. Great location with two main entrances on both sides of the hotel.
Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Dirty, dirty, dirty...stained carpets, broken tiles, torn upholstery on furniture, moldy shower curtain - GROSS!
Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice central location
Cons: had to pay to park, was requested to put a 100 hold on my card at check in, they did drop it to 50, but all the website said was a card would have to be on file, nothing about a hold. The shops inside were all abandoned. Only a few open. $4 water offered in room. no fridge
Pros: The hotel itself has a super cool environment and the building is spectacular... until you go in the room.
Cons: This was our second attempt at The Arcade and both times we have requested a bath tub and paid an uncharge for a room with a view. Both times the view that we upgraded to was a concrete wall 6 feet from the window. They moved us to a room with an actual view this time at least, but the room was just cleanish and had no bath. We actually think that this may be the room where employees take breaks as the table had pretty clearly had drinks on it not long before we arrived and the TV was on. If they charged $100 or even $150 for rooms here, it would be fine. In fact, it would be good. For $360 a night though, we were really expecting something more than a few steps above a Holiday Inn.
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Great location in town.
Pros: There was a lovely gentleman working the front desk who was able to let us check in early. It was a huge help to us considering we had been traveling for over 10 hours with no sleep. The room was very nice; my only complaint would be that there are no fridges available in the rooms.
Pros: Excellent stay
Pros: The Arcade is a beautiful Hotel. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable about their facility and surrounding amenities. Centrally located, making everything you want to do in walking distance.
Cons: First stay was perfect. Great room, extremely comfortable bed, and perfect view of 4th St., cannot complain. Second stay....room was dated, carpet appeared to have water damage, bed was old with ruts and was extremely stiff. Called to ask possibly change rooms and were shot down. I understand hotels fill up fast, especially during big events in downtown Cleveland. However, don't ask me my room preference through email four months in advance and again at the front desk when your going to ignore or know you have no intentions of accommodating a single preference. Just be honest and up front about availability.
Pros: We had a good time. Great view, such a comfortable bed!
Cons: The additional 30.00 for one night parking.
Located in the Historic Gateway Neighborhood, at East 4th Street between Euclid and Superior Avenues, Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade provides convenient proximity to all major attractions in Cleveland. The hotel is within walking distance from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, the Horseshoe Casino, the Theater District, and the Cleveland Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation.
Pros: It was very clean abd the staff were very friendly.
Cleveland's only luxury hotel located in the heart of the downtown business district. Richly designed meeting space ideal for 14-450 guests. 20 minutes from Hopkins airport by rapid rail or taxi. Hotel is connected to Tower City Center featuring over 100 shops and restaurants, JACK Cleveland Casino, and an enclosed walkway to Quicken Loans Arena/Progressive Field. Hotel is within walking distance to the trendy Warehouse District and Fourth Street entertainment areas. Easy access to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Theater District and University Circle.
Cons: Next to hospital. Pricey considering I spent all day in hospital and only slept and showered in room. Room service prompt. Good food.
Pros: Conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic
InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland the region’s only wellness focused all-suite hotel is conveniently located on the Cleveland Clinic campus. An oasis for guests to relax rejuvenate and improve their overall mental and physical well-being yet close to the city's most prominent attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Cleveland Museum of Art and Cleveland Botanical Garden.
Pros: The Hotel rooms were decent and had the normal amenities. The location was excellent as it was mins away from most things around. The staff was polite and courteous even to us out of state fans.
Cons: Only thing was the pool area could use a slight make over. There was chipping paint and water marks around. Other than that, nothing really else.
Cons: There was some work done and i was surprise to hear construction noise at 9 am

Pros: Nice place, friendly/helpful staff, easy to walk to great places.
The Flats is a great place to use as a base for exploring when you flee to the Cleve.
Cons: When I got drunk I forgot which elevator bank went to my room and which went to the parking garage. I guess you can't fault the hotel for that.
Pros: The check in and out was fast and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and new. The bedding was comfortable and the view of Lake Erie was fantastic. Many restaurants close by. Complimentary coffee in the Morning.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast at this location.
Pros: It was new and a ok location.
Staff was great.
Cons: The pillows had a make up stain on them when we showed up. Tlake to a guest acrsss the hall from us and his room was dirty as well.
It was so load at night. The bathroom doors are sliding barn doors and you can hear other rooms using the bathroom all night.
We will not be back at this hotel
Pros: The location was good, walking distance to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, which is what we came into town to see. The room was a little small, but they made great use of the space. Everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a market attached to the back of the hotel where we got lunch for a more reasonable price than if we had probably found a resturant. Because we were only there for one night they offered us a reasonably priced alternative for parking. We would stay here again if we eve came back.
Cons: It was next to the Amtrak track, and so was a little more noisy than expected. Bit since I normally wear earplugs to sleep anyway, it wasn't really an issue. Also, there was no dresser, just a small closet, which might be a bigger issue for someone staying more than one night, but wasn't a huge issue for us.
Pros: Not much actually.
Cons: The yellow stains on the linens. Other stains on the furniture I am hoping were not bodily fluids. The thermostat for the a/c did not work, and after an hour, I figured out how to manually turn it on. Not a very professional establishment. Checking into the front desk was like buying a ticket to a funhiuse.
Pros: Staff was very nice, and the building was sleek and modern.
Cons: The Aloft might have been better for a businessperson looking to make a quick stop in town. The room was very, very small, and the train (our room was on the opposite side of the building, away from the train and overlooking the courtyard/office building) shook the room. All in all, it was ok--but I think we could have had a better experience for what we paid.
Pros: The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. I really appreciated the snack and refreshments area as I was able to grab a quick snack after a late night of working. The price was very fair. The room was comfortable and clean, and I got a very nice view of the lake after marking view as a preference.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was the party vibe that the hotel seemed to support. Their W XYZ bar stayed open until 2 am and guests returning from their adventures out or at the bar were very noisy returning to their rooms. This is not really the hotel's fault, but guests obviously felt like they could be loud and disruptive after a night of partying, and I think this speaks to the hotel's atmosphere.
Pros: Loved the rooms...not very large but very efficient and comfy!

Breeze into one of our Aloft rooms, featuring our ultra-comfortable signature bed, walk-in shower, custom amenities by Bliss® Spa, and more. Cons: There were pill wrappers, garbage wasn't emptied, shower cap over smoke detector. The front desk wouldn't do anything about it since we bough the from third party. The coffee at starbucks took 20 minute's with nobody in line and we ordered 2 Drinks. The drinks weren't made right and the bistro lady didn't ring up our order correctly. Management came over to help twice. Took forever and left with being overcharged...
Pros: Very convenient for an early morning departure. Nice restaurant and friendly, competent staff.

Pros: We especially liked the food at the restaurant And the fervor all around.
Cons: We didn't like that there was a white film of some sort on the walls in the bathroom. Also our room was not clean when we're came back to it in the afternoon on Valentine's Day. The service in the restaurant leaves alot to be desired. It was very slow. We decided to eat at the bar for the duration of our stay. Additionally we did not have access to HBO... and the channel guide did not match the channels. This hotel needs cleaning and better service. Very disappointing!!!

Pros: I liked the location and the value of the room when you factor in breakfast.
Cons: While it wasn't dirty, the furniture and decor was old. I stay at Hampton Inns at least 2 weeks a year and this Hampton Inn had the most disappointing food.
Pros: They did not have a non smoking room for us so the woman at the front desk was wonderful and found us one. She also told us abt a wonderful pizza place. The young man the next morning was also very personable. The woman who worked the breakfast was wonderful and helpful even if she was going a 100 miles an hour.

Pros: Room booked via kayak was not room given upon checkin. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel charged my card $25 fee without authorization or advisement. When I called to inquire I was advised it was displayed at the counter. I told the woman that the man never said a word to me about it, regardless of whether it was displayed or not I should still be advised at the time he took my card. She refused to see it that way and transferred me to a voicemail where I left a message for a manager. It has been nearly a week and I have still not received a call back.
Cons: Ac didn't work. Poor customer service. Hotel was doing remodel so was dirty and run down.
Pros: Staff and facility was excellent
Pros: Location to Progressive Field and downtown area. Staff was very nice and helpful
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Had no dislikes
Pros: Liked the location next to Progressive Field. Older Hotel, but was kept clean and easy to get to. Parking in the back.
Cons: Only 1 choice for breakfast, all you can eat for about $12. Tried to get a drink at the bar after an Indians gamed on a Sat. night, only 1 person working the bar and no waitresses. The bar was mostly full, but we sat at a table. Asked for a wine list at the bar after being ignored waiting to order a drink. " Didn't have one and the wines are right there", pointing to a shelf in the back. Of course we left. She wasn't getting our business there. Another couple left without getting a drink before us too.
The bed was soft and lumpy and uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a very nice size and had everything we needed. Parking fees were understandable considering the location. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: There was no fan in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but hard to get ready when everything is fogged up and you can't open the door cause the others in your room are sleeping! Could also hear the people in the next room coughing up a lung through the bathroom vent...not a pleasant sound first thing in the morning but obviously not the hotels fault!
Pros: The manager on duty was accommodating and kept her cool in the midst of the problem. The room was comfortable.
Cons: They oversold themselves, even though I only made the reservation on the way from the airport. Took a long time to sort it out. I did eventually get a good room that was comped.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. All questions were answered above expectation.
Cons: Room was outdated. City side drapes did not close, let in lots of light at night. Overpriced for expectation, but not for location.
Pros: The location was great, just a short walk to Quicken Loans Arena. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Parking was expensive and should have been included. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant and the food was good but the seating was too close to the doors, we were freezing the whole time.
Pros: Great location, great people, and great shuttle service.
Cons: Parking lot should have been compt.
Pros: Complimentary refreshments in the lobby. Great cookies, coffee, tea and water. After walking around the city its wonderful to be able to grab a quick bite and drink upon entering the hotel without having to dig for $.
Staff was friendly and more than willing to help.
Pool and spa were also great.
Cons: Lobby couches were worn out, hotel shuttle was limited.
Cons: Very strong air freshener in the room, almost to the point of overwhelming.

Pros: I wish I could come up with something nice to say about this place, but there really isn't anything nice about it. A mediocre hotel. The view was okay.
Cons: Mildew in grout on tub. Furniture in ratty condition. Room smelled musty/old. Tub drain clogged. Towels thread bare and had burnt linen smell. Elevator to garage was old and dirty.
Pros: Room was cleaner than expected and the King size bed was about as comfy as it gets! Staff was personable and helpful,
Cons: Super old elevators
Pros: Location and bed
Cons: Wait to check in

Pros: Great location, check-in was smooth, and the staff were knowledgably.
Cons: The room was plain, but clean.
Cons: DIRTY BATHROOM-HAIR EVERYWHERE
valet took 8 dollars from car
26 dollars to park-above hotel costs
coffee creamer in in room coffee curdled
Cons: Understaffed. Dated
Pros: Everyone was very friendly.
Pros: The location was the best part
Cons: Compared to other hotels that I have started at I felt like I didn't get my full value out of it. It was the little things that weren't available like a little fridge, a DVD player. The AC didn't work very well if at all. Even at 60 degree I was still sweating.
Pros: Proximity to the Q - super easy walk across the street for a CAVs game with my 10 YO son.
Pros: The room including bed was comfortable. Facilities were very clean and updated. The valet was super! He was the most helpful and friendly of all the staff.
Cons: Valet parking fee was expensive. We booked through an online service thus our breakfast was not included in our room reservation. For what we paid $$ it should have been included as there were no sporting events thus low vacancy. It was still a long walk to many attractions that we wanted to go to but if you are going for basketball baseball or convention center it would work.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Small bathroom
Pros: Location was close to what we needed. Staff was super friendly.
Cons: Sheets were dirty. No reasonable parking. No breakfast amenity.

Cons: Room was dirty, hair in tub and in the sink. Also smelled funny. Not sure where it was coming from. Parking was very close. My van had door dings. The room size was so small a king size bed was just as big as the room. This place was NOT worh the money.
Pros: Staff friendly n professional,
Cons: elevator wouldnt take us to 12th floor only to 10th floor had to take steps up too room to unload bags. Had to go to front desk and ask why elevator would take us up to correct floor. Also drinks at bar for two beers 12 dollars pricy, and heard motors running outside room all night
Pros: Staff was super friendly.

Pros: Underwear found in first room, loose change on bathroom floor in second room. Odd and not clean.
