It is a nice and clean hotel The carpets in the rooms need to be updated
The attention to detail. The rooms were huge. The canal shoppes were fun. We are from Ohio and you can't smoke in public places there. You tend to take fresh air for granted until you go someplace like this and have to breathe smoke the whole time. Extremely off putting. Such a shame that a beautiful resort like this has to be filled with smoke.
My wife and I booked on Kayak the same day. We were staying at another hotel on Friday and Saturday but do to a change in flights we arrived a day earlier than planned. So we needed a place to stay on Thursday. We were traveling for our Baby Moon. My wife is 8 months pregnant. When we arrived, Michael at the front desk, was fantastic. He looked at our reservation and was able to upgrade us to a princess sweet at Palazzo! This was my wife's first time to Las Vegas and she was thrilled! The suite was breathtaking, over the top, opulent and just the best suite we have ever stayed in. Our stay at Venetian-Palazzo was the highlight of our trip. The resort is the best I've stayed in. We liked it much better than our stay at Encore the following days. Nothing. Everything was top shelf.
Super luxurious room. Bed was super comfortable. Easy access to fun casino and family-friendly amenities (e.g. shopping, canal rides). No coffee maker, but that appears to be standard practice in Strip hotels.
The location and inside the hotel The pool was so disgusting and dirty
The staff were beyond accommodating! I mean all of them!!! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Rooms are huge and immaculant! Loved it!!! Slots sucked, but oh well.
View room description is misleading. Only view was of empty pool. View limited view of strip. Save the $40 per night for upgrade. There at of the hotel was awesome. Will come back with standard room.
memorable experience and great customer service
The beautiful room and view. All the restaurants and shops. Especially eating at zeffarinos. Hats off to Danelle for excellent service. Our front destroy clerk at check in ,Hats off to Daniella for helping us. What's there not to like.we love it. Grazie
The suites were beautiful, huge and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful- even upgraded our room and granted us late check out and early check-in when the front desk heard it was my husband's 30th and our 1 year wedding anniversary. The pools were well kept and beautiful! Wifi in the room was very nice to have! We had trouble with it at first, but one call to the front desk had it resolved expediently! No food amenities included in stay.
Decent value. The staff was super nice, especially Angie, one of the casino floor cocktail waitress, she was the best! Check-in and check-out were a snap, All in all it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are decent, The location on the strip is good, It's cool there is a CVS in the hotel. I've stayed a nicer hotels, but then again, you get what you pay for. I would stay here again. Our waitress at Senior Frogs... she sucked.
Location BEWARE! MY FRIEND WAKE IP WITH MANY BIG SPIDER BITRS IN THE NECK, THE STAFF WAS UNRESPONSIVE, WE FILLED A REPORT THT IS HANDLED BY AN "EXTERNAL" COMPANY. WE HAD 4 ROOMS, SOME DAYS THE ROOMS WERENT CLEANED WHEN WE RETURNED AT 8-9pm
The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't like that a staff member told us we could book our 2nd night the next day for a cheaper price but when that time came around, the price tripled! If she didn't know what she was talking about then she shouldn't have said that. We weren't given any discount or anything for her mistake. Oh well.
Nice fitness center and spa, overall very clean presentation. Friendly staff. No swimming pool, pool under maintenance - come on guys, get the job done in a week or less. Strange "toilet water" smell in hallways and elevators. Over priced food - can see these prices Caesars, Wynn or Bellagio but not TI.
Cost and location both great!! Older outdated rooms, smaller then most Vegas rooms but doable, no couch or anything
Great location on the Strip. Free self-parking (but going away soon). Much of the hotel is in a state of disrepair. The are renovating, but it tends to look like lipstick on a pig. The walkways and casino floor are unappealing, and the structure just had that tired look.
Not enough outlets in the room nor were they convenient. A coffee maker would have been wonderful. Getting coffee in the morning was extremely inconvenient.
Plug , we charge phone other bed don't have one . You have to charge away from bed .
I found it very confortable, the location was great
Cleaningness, easy access from rooms to casino, and restaurants. Resort fees not necessary especially when the pool is closed.
The rooms were pretty tiny, not even enough space for luggage storage. Windows were probably not cleaned for a week and extremely dirty to actually see the strip. The casinos just smelled of body odor, old carpets and smoke. Uninviting! Oh then there was the buffet. Stale sushi, driest chicken steak in the world, then there was the canoli that would have been great if I had a dog cos they are the only ones who could stomach that bad food. Overall it was a bad experience for the "resort" fee they charge. Not much really other than that the staff were very nice.
Nice place. No coffee maker in room. Buffet was expensive ($35 per person).
Staff very professional and helpful, room neat and clean Noise of cleaning near our room in the morning, can't sleep in or nap mid day, but it wasn't really that bad, I know they have a job to do
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Roomservice were fast and most of staffs were nice. Overall it was very clean and cozy. Somehow the security alarm went on at 5am while we were sleeping. It was very annoying and wasn't pleased with that. When I checked out I mentioned that to the staff. she told us that it was just the security alarm and acted like it is just nothing. Besides the alarm thing, other things were okm
Location, casino, upscale The bed and pillows horribly uncomfortable for a 5 star propert
Rooms, pools, workout room were all good. Delays in checking out, skeleton crew, trying to charge another 40 bucks per teenager in top of the pricey resort fee. Gouge
I loved the size of the suites and the comfort of the room. It was the perfect size for my group. The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.
Staff was quite pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in our experiencing a nice stay at The Palazzo.
Beautiful and spacious room. No complaints.
Free parking was lovely! And so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance!
The room was soooo beautiful and large and had a great view of the strip. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was fabulous.
Complimentary water , coffee and wifi not provided
There reservation system was down and although I arrived at 7 at night and then waited 2 1/2 hours for a room, they had no back up for registering a room and could not tell me when I would get one - so I left and drove to another hotel. At 12:00 that night they called to let me know they could register me.
I always love the gardens, the comfy casino seats, employees willingness to always be helpful, cleanliness, air quality isnt bad, detail in the overall decor... etc., etc.
Our first time at Wynn but it definitely will not be our last. The hotel rooms were roomy and comfortable. The casino, restaurants and bars were first rate. We even enjoyed the Buffet! An A+ experience!
Rooms were high tech Lack of nonsmoking rooms almost sent me to the ER
I liked the rooms, the comfort of the bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness is not outatanding though. We had to request shower gel to get it. It was not available at first for instance. I didn't like the way staff behave and ibteract with us at the casino. It was not an atmosphere that encourages people t play cheerfully
Everything was nice
Beautiful and well kept. Can find as nice of places for less money. Not much to do other than gamble. Even lounge bar was tough to get into. Can be long waits for restaurants.
Staff is great, room was great. We had an amazing time The buffett there has gotten famous and now there is a 1.5 hour line to get in. I feel guests of the hotel should have their own line so we can eat some breakfast.
Eat, gambled, swam, sat poolside, caught some sun, drank, and did I say eat? Found myself winning on the tables and that always makes for more fun. Large room. Big bath. great view all things at the hotel were great but I can't believe I got scammed on the ride from the airport....I was just so tired and had just had a three hour delay before finally taking off.....the taxi do not take the highway......if you see highway, you are getting taken for an extra $20, plus I tipped the guy.....
Unfortunately, their computer system went down and they did not have a back up. All of the slot machines had to been hand paid which took over two hours. No one was able to check in or out during this period of time. This happened on a Friday night (6/3/16) at approximately 9:15PM. I was stuck waiting to be paid a minor amount so that I could leave and make it to a dinner reservation. I finally left the slot machine to another player as I was meeting friends and would have been late.
Cental location on the strip. Great view of the strip and exploding volcano from the bedroom window.
If you'd like to live on the strip, The Mirage is the place to go. Price did vary from the one qouted on the registration. Received an instant upgrade to a premium tower room, which was excellent.
Liked the atmosphere, it was well decorated in the common areas, had many different places to eat at different budgets and tastes. The dolphins were great. We went on the weekend so it was too hard to get anything, all over crowded. Couldn't get a drink at a bar. Service was stretched and fairly poor. The pool was a joke, could not get into it and it was hot weather. This was really a disappointment, pointless staying at a hotel with a pool if you cant use the pool because its too crowded. Everyone doing hand to hand combat to get a lounge and staff no help. Really a case of too many rooms and under catered for in the hotel amenities.
That the maids would not interupt you repeatdly to clean the room. They let us sleep in, and came back when we were gone. Always came back to a clean room. I liked the Security asking for keys to enter the elevators, no random people roaming around. No I liked this Hotel, and enjoyed my stay.
The location on the Strip is excellent and rooms were deluxe and clean.
very pleased with all aspects of our stay Long wait at check in
front desk staff who helped me find my card that I forgot at the airport; location; choice of restaunts &cafes inside the hotel billing system was not working when we checked-out so can't get any invoice.
The location There was not even a coffee maker in the room. Everytime you go in or out, you have to go out of the casino.
Comfiest bed i have ever slept in. Spotlessly clean and beautiful rooms. Great selection of restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful swimming pool. Having to wait for an hour to check in and no apology when we were finally seen to
The quality of the room and the pool Food and drink expensive. Distance from room to elevator excessive.
casino where I lost a lot of money loosing money at Casino
Casino was okay Not happy with staff I was not able to get hot water for my sore throat Cleaning not very good The overall stay was not pleasant.
Could hear my neighbor most of the night.
Location is it's best asset. Peeling wallpaper. Old, chipped, scratched furniture. Waking up to maintenance banging on my door when I wanted to sleep in and had put all the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. Maintenance man demanded to come in to my restroom after I told him my wife and I had to get dressed first.
They only had 2 available floors for parking which were full. My room was out dated, dirty and the maid never cleaned the bathroom or removed the used towels. I had drink residue in my cups and my floor was completely dusty. I've never had such a horrible experience at this hotel. I'm extremely disappointed.
Location The bathroom needs renovation bad. The hallways smell like sewage. Need better ventilation in casino.
Staff was every helpful rooms were clean Nothing really
The location is great and the hotel is a good size- not too big Rooms seem to have been updated some but bathrooms still need work.
Location is great Bathroom really needs renovation. Need to pay to get hot water. Hallways smell bad.
Price. Location. Buffet. Cleanliness. Beds. Didnt have the room we booked. Got moved to the smoking section. None of us smoke. Got offered an upgrade but was required to pay for it which I found to be very frustrating.
Location was perfect There bathroom wasn't clean. Was very dirty hair in the tube.
Worst customer service ever!!
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
Nice clean rooms Charges for internet, resort fee, etc. They just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I don't mind paying for things but I hate getting ripped off.
Spring for the Petite Suite, well worth it!
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Staff friendly and helpful and room imaculate Lack of staff at check in only 1 staff member after 20 mins another person arrived
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Loved our room asst
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
Automated check in at the main loby was a disaster. Had to then wait in a 45 minute line for the clerk to tell us our rooms were at the Nobu Hotel. I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Ceasars towers and paid extra. When we arrived at Nobu, the only room that was available was one with a king bed and they would send a roll away. Mind you, this is at 10pm after a long day of travel.
The tv in our room did not work and nobody came to fix it.
the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool
Easy to get around to other casinos, hotels, shows, restaurants and bars. Price was very affordable for what you get. I've stayed here a few times now. Easy check in process at kiosk. Not a ton of slot machine variety. Compared to other casinos in the area, the casino floor is set up in a weird way, does t flow very well and there isn't a fun variety of machines. I soend half the night finding something I want to play. I ebs up going to other places near by instead.
It was clean at least. Overall terrible. I rarely review places negatively if at all but this was rough. First of all, a pain to get to from the strip. The location was bad. I was charged $35 to check in an hour early, then I was given 2 double beds as a solo traveler even though I booked a king. Then my room which was on the same floor as the spa had some weird elevator access issue. When I finally got back to my room, which faced the pool, they had a bright light that flashed directly into my room and the curtains didn't help much. Finally they were blasting loud music until past 11pm when I was staying for work and had 6am meetings. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I've stayed at most hotels on the strip, even the Excalibur was better than this. Stay away. I probably should have complained and gotten things changed, or let them know how bad it was at checkout, but when I was out all day working I just didn't have the energy to deal with it and was in too much of a rush.
The room was newly renovated beds were comfortable nice tv bathroom was nice the spa was great virtual reality game up front was fun we were in tower 3 which was kinda confusing to get to but not really a big deal after the first trip to the room.
This is a strange place. Escalators that take you up too far so you have to go down stairs with your luggage. Nonsensical layout. Bizarre architectural choices. All that being said, the place gets the job done and there is no arguing that it is memorable. No real complaints, just be prepared to be confused trying to find your way around. Also watch out for panhandlers hanging out in the lobby. One guy tried to give me a certificate for a free bible.
Updated, cute, trendy rooms. Great view. Clean room. High roller was awesome! Small shower, no bath tub.
Rooms were nice and clean. Great location Poor cell phone reception in the lobby
Hotel room and lobby was clean and updated. It was centrally located which was a huge plus. The hallways were dim, dark, and poorly updated. They kinda seemed dirty. Also, the signage was very poor. It took us 20 minutes to find our hotel room.
We always stay here when passing through Vegas. The beds and rooms are extremely comfortable and always fit a great price!
All staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean.
Great for the money. Clean, comfortable, and good design I couldn't find my soap in the bathroom for my hands. Not sure if they forgot it or they just expect you to use the body wash, but there is a soap dish, so I'd assume I just didn't get any bar soap.
Express check in/check out kiosk was great and easy to use. Staffs were helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 12041. The drainage at shower panel was not that great. Towels in the room were dirty and the room carpets has stains on it.
Location. It's on the strip so it's within walking distance of some great sights and the Promanade has a great selection of eateries. Price: It was relatively cheap for a hotel/casino that boasts that it is the newest on the strip (even though I know it was just a remodeled Imperial Palace). Noise: Our first night of my birthday vacation was spent in a room on the 8th floor across from the elevators and just outside of the parking garage. Between the car alarms and the noisey elevator we got little to no sleep. If the windows weren't old and thin and the walls weren't so paper thin this wouldn't have been such an issue. We requested to move rooms early the next morning and were moved to the 18th floor. Service: After getting settled into our new room we decided to take an afternoon nap to catch up on sleep we didn't get the previous night. During this nap we were awakened by a hotel staff member entering our room unannounced with some type of clip board or tablet. He promptly realized the room was occupied, cursed, and left. We chocked this up to having moved rooms and lack of communication on the staff's part and went about our vacation. At 3:30 the next morning we were awakened by a Guy Feiri restaurant ad that left a message on the answering machine, then it immediately called back and rang several times until we picked up. I called hotel staff downstairs to be directed to who I could complain about this to and was told to wait until 9am when that restaurant opened to call them. I called downstairs when we awoke later that morning and talked to another staff member who said he would contact the restaurant and the marketing department but was offered no compensation for now 2 nights of ruined sleep and was never given an update on the status of that complaint. Entertainment: We decided to try to salvage this experience by playing their slots periodically. To give you a little back story, I lived in Vegas for several years and we visit several times a year. These slots were the tightest slots I've ever played. We would put our money in and would win a couple of very low amounts before watching the rest of our money drained with no entertainment whatsoever. We ended up going to other casinos for this entertainment and had better experiences. Overall this hotel/casino seemed to be the driving force of negativity trying to ruin our 3 nights stay for my birthday vacation. Had it not been for the experiences outside this location our vacation would have been completely ruined. We will never again stay at The Linq.
I loved absolutely everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again in the future! No complimentary breakfast. I heard Giada's was amazing but couldn't get a reservation either of the two days I stayed.
Smaller, boutique hotel. Great showers. Complimentary SUV ride back to hotel. Friendly staff
The staff was amazing and attentive . Loved champagne hour and 24/7 coffee. The pool at the Beach club wasn't clean. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the slots area.
Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
Great location and facilities. You can hear the night club music loudly in your room until 4AM.
The hotel management was unresponsive. I travel extensively for business and would never recommend this hotel.
The Cromwell delivered! This has been by far the best stay in Vegas. They exceed in customer service and deliver 100% satisfaction. No waiting to check in and absolutely amazing rooms.
The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not have any storage room for stocking our own snacks or drinks. This was inconvenient because we brought items to stock the fridge. The bathroom sink did not work properly and squirted out toward us multiple times. We always bumped into the center table by the couch. Although the room is very large, we felt cramped by the couch area. Only one bathrobe of the two was plush material.
Clean, Fresh, New, Great Staff, Great Business Cetre and Gym abd most of all very quiet. No coffee or water in your room.
Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with. Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too. Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage. You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.
Location, small feeling of old vegas! Hard to get a cab around back
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc. There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.
Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.
Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too! One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
Everything else. The bathroom sink overflowed from malfunctions.
Loved the room. The price was great and easy axcess to things on the strip Pool closes too early
I liked the rate and that we could sign up to be a member to waive the check in fee. We were on a floor that was partially renovated and since we didn't want to have to pay more when we checked in for an upgraded room, we had to walk through the newly renovated areas to make it to our old and dingy hallway. We also had a room looking over the loading area and it was really noisy during the night. Also the high pressure to do the Wyndham time share presentation. The pool was not very big and most of the seating around the pool you had to pay for. The pool also didn't get much sun and closed early. The shower head in our room was stuck on one setting and was super high pressure.
They had a Starbucks. Rooms were run down and smelly. Beds were terribly old and cheap. The bathrooms looked like that haven't been upgraded in over 20 years. The room looked like a homeless shelter to be honest.
The location is great. The bed was very good. Nice room. Slippery shower floor.
There were some internet issues which took a few minutes to resolve.
The parking was low stress, and so convenient. Staying where the show was made it nice. The late checkin was frustrating. We had to pay extre to check in befor 4 pm
My second time staying here. The 1st time wasn't bad but then again I had a suite. This second time was horrible. Staff was rude. And they messed up our room check in. We had to change rooms. They over charged. And the room was so gross! The couch looked like it belonged in a horror movie! Everything!
Clean room Not clear about booking a King room online and getting tot he hotel saying that we will be in a queen room. Shady business.
Free parking Rooms need an update. Furniture frim the 80's as well as carpet an elevators. Very outdated overall
I really liked the restaurant downstairs - they had amazing salad there were few outlets in the room and the ones they had were chinsy ones that the charging block didnt fit tight into.
i like the excellent location ... the room was nice bat very noise you can hire noise from the ac.. extractor outside maybe on the roof it was a in comfort night for next day of work.......
Best kept secret! Quiet, but right there in the middle of the strip. Can use the Falmingo pool, but Hiltons is much more relaxing. Great staff, rooms were wonderful, and the little store has great breakfast! I would stay there anytime! N/A
This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.
Location, staff, cleanliness, etc. No complaints.
The staff was helpfull the location was perfect. Room temperature was freezing, The heating system is not good.
The value, size, and cleanliness of the room
Hotel is in a good location behind the Flamingo.
