The staff at the reception never said even "hello"

Excellent location, clean room, comfy bed, spacy room for single person.

No shower attachement, noisy when people outside door, not as quaint as expected, added charges after checked out

I like the style of the hotel..felt like a princess:)

while checking-out - we had not change - only big note. (and no credit card) the man at the reception did not accually cared. we occasionally found the money we needed - in other case we would look for a change of money somewhere in the centre of city and we'll be late for a flight
