rooms are a bit small, but this is not a major inconvenient.

very friendly staff on arrival, very convenient location for exploring the city - close to the start of the city bus tours and handy metro station
Not any fault of the hotel but would have been nice to have had a great selection of restuarants in the immeadiate vicinity for the evenings

Convenient location.
Not having free wifi is unacceptable these days. Reception staff (young males) were slow and indifferent. The only hotel we stayed in during 5 weeks that rigidly enforced a 2.00pm check -in. ok, but probably would not bother staying again.

Comfortable and relaxing hotel conveniently situated for all City Centre sightseeing with excellent Public Transport links. Walking distance approx 20 mins from main City centre. Helpful staff and very good facilities. Could not fault at all.
