Pros: The hotel looms recently renovated and was close to where I needed to be. I saw a nice breakfast but did have try it.
Cons: I had booked my stay thorough booking.com, via kayak and booked for 3 days. Upon arrival I asked the clerk if I could check out a day early because the family was not staying after the funeral we were attending. I was told it shouldn't be a problem. The following day I noticed I was charged the full amount and called the front desk to ask about the charge and was told by the manager that it would be taken care of at checkout. Checkout comes and the manager is unavailable and I have to get on the road for my trip back home, the clerk promised someone would call me to let me know that the charges had been corrected.
Two days later the manager said that the owner said that is was nonrefundable despite what I had already been told.
Because I booked 3 days I saved a 3.77 a day and that is why I could not get my $80 refund. I offered to the $3.77 extra for the extra two days and was told no.
I am still waiting for a call back from Best Western, a call that I was suppose to get 7 days ago.
