Wonderful staff (thank you!), quiet room, great kitchenette in closet, wine hour in the evening, very close to a Tube station (6-minute walk to Earl’s Court station—can catch both District and Piccadilly lines there—Piccadilly goes to Eurostar station at St. Pancras—much faster than a cab!), restaurants and pharmacy also a 6-minute walk away.
We loved our room! US travelers need to note that rooms in London, Paris, etc., are much smaller (and generally more charming!) than those in the States. The same was true here—our suitcases fit (just!) on the floor by the door in front of the bathroom. This wasn’t a bad thing at all but good to know when packing. A small suitcase makes everything easier...

Great location, close to Earl’s Court tune, ships, restaurants and the museums. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.
TV reception wasn’t great but also didn’t spoil anything. Water pressure was poor in the early morning, probably made worse by us being on the5th flour. Accepted an upgrade to a superior room for an additional £30 per night but not sure it was worth it.
