Clean room. Nice view. Friendly staff.
The motel was clean. I especially liked the friendly help. Joanne, Edwardo, Jessica and others were very helpful and dedicated to their jobs. The sweet maid kept our room very clean.
It was a little outdated and need a little remodel. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
Very clean, Roma very comfy. The bed is great, the bathroom very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good also, excluding the coffe, but everything else is great. Had a very nice time on my vacations.
Some of the staff were not Very friendly. I walk through the lobby and you have to say good morning most of the times because the front desk person didn't. I know I'm not a celebrity but... Also the Chanels offered in the tv... Meh
Nice hotel, but stuff could be more friendly
Large hotel rooms, good breakfast
Staff is not really friendly and helpful, also staff at dinner restaurant
Super cool hotel.
The check out time was 12PM. Awesome sauce!
Good Location for a well used hotel
The grounds were very attractive. The included breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant's view of the marina.
The room was somewhat dated and showed a lot of wear. I hated the air conditioner. It was noisy and didn't work well. The bathroom was cramped.
Good quality for the price
We really enjoyed the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the facilities, breakfast, and location. The hotel is close to eateries, markets, the beach, a night club (right next to the hotel) and local attractions.
One lady on the front desk was rude. Perhaps she was having a bad morning, or doesn't handle stress well. I was patiently waiting to ask where the breakfast cafe was, not indicating a hurry on my part at all, and she just couldn't stand it. Instead of putting the caller on hold, she grimaced at me and flicked her hand repeatedly in the direction of the cafe. I still had no idea where it was, so I just wandered around until I found it. We also had some extremely noisy neighbors that were carrying on until 3am. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. The other thing I will point out is that if you are not generally used to urban noise, this is not the place to stay. It's right ON Pacific Coast Highway. It is LOUD. It sits on a decent stretch of PCH, so people tend to open throttle on their motorcycles and fast cars.
The location was great for what we were doing. It is within walking distance of a variety of entertainment, plus, there is a view of the harbor (slight view). Breakfast was great! Nice, fresh buffet that wasn't depleted close to the end of the time allotted for it.
The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. The hallways reeked of mildew covered up by Lysol. Rooms on the street view side are noisy due to old windows (not dual-pane). Shower was AWFUL!!! No water pressure and if anyone on the floor you were on flushed the toilet or turned on water, watch out! I got scaled and frozen several times when I showered. My husband said the same thing of his experience.
