The location was fantastic -- right on Beverly Blvd minutes away from lots of awesome bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in looked like a relic of the 1960s -- circular bed, patterned curtains and all. It was awesome. Staff was really friendly. It's not a place to hang out, no room service or plush amneties. WiFi was stupid slow, couldn't even use it. Also, they slapped us with a $22/night parking fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking process so that kinda sucked.
Bathroom has no mirror; bed is dirty, I have to wear my cloth while sleeping; floor worn out, smell bad.
Location was convenient and the price was good, the room was clean and looked good and the WiFi was fast and easy to log in to. Parking was sparse but that's just Hollywood. Traffic was noisy at times but didn't disrupt sleep.
I liked the price. That was about it!! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude! There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, thank god I brought my own shampoo and soap! The chairs in the room looked like they were 10 years old. There were numerous stains on them. The bedsheets, maybe 3 years old, and possibly dirtier than the chairs. This place could be great if it was owned by people who took pride in their location, but that is surely not the case here.
The staff was awesome very helpful and friendly
The experience could have been ok but it sucked. Construction started at 7 am with constant banging. Maid walked into my room at 9am and scared the shit out of me. And just looked at my statement and they charged me twice. And the parking lot sucks.
