Kurig in the room, fast internet Would not change my nightly rate to match the business I was there with that get a discounted rate, it was a 20 dollar difference.
It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delious! I have no complaints!
Very nice! A hot tub at the indoor pool would have been very nice.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was happy for what I paid. I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price though. It was under construction and was in need of some updates.
The room is nice and updated. We were not given washcloths and our breakfast card had already been filled out; it wasn't new.
Hotel was very nice! The beds were not comfortable. I have been done in my back ever since I left the hotel Saturday morning.
This was the newest and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a really excellent experience!

The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great location, newly remodeled rooms, very clean!

Comfortable Dark hallway next to our room. I would have expected a better renovation since it's newly fixed up. It's strange & awkward to see the plumping in the bathroom. Very tacky
Some of the most pleasant staff I've ever met very helpful genuinely caring
This hotel has been renovated. Our room and floor was very modern. The indoor pool was nice as well. TV was huge for a hotel room. Location was perfect. 10 minute drive to Kings Island right off of the highway. Plenty of places to go out to eat. No
we had a very nice time at this hotel, not only was the pool great for the kids but they also enjoyed their breakfast, which they usually don't eat much, but they enjoyed the cereal. I'd stay there again
only one person working, ice machines only every other floor, lobby & bar together - so we had to watch a gross drunk man and lady making out while we checked in, could not find ice machine & no staff on duty to ask - just a note at front desk that said "be right back", worst of all, they did not even have the room we reserved and tried to put us in a different room w/only one bed, when we refused that , we got an older room across from the kitchen, which was a bummer, room set up was odd - tv located awkwardly between bed & sitting area. We spent our second night at the Marriott down the street (were in town to go to IKEA) and it was truly EXCELLENT - for SAME PRICE !
Food service 24/7, friendly staff, clean and quiet!
Pool open till midnight, shuttle to psrk Layout of room thought it would be nicer for value
Location. Dirty. Poor maid service. Old TV. No refrigerator in room. Over priced.
I've stayed at the Super 8 in Huntington, WV & Portsmouth, OH many times and found them to be reasonably price hotels similar to a Holiday Inn. The Super 8 in Mason was a Motel with a peeling tub, grimey floors. I was traveling solo with my daughter and did not feel safe on the lower level with a large front window. It was a snowy weekend, but the parking lot was not cleared at all.
The location The room. It felt ghetto. Stale smelling room.
Great location, right next to the tennis center. Free shuttle was nice. Good value. Only stocked with enough coffee for one person. Trouble with key card working. Glob of toothpaste in sink.
The playground for the children. It was not clean.
The breakfast was good... The location to Kings Island was great for the price. All the staff were very friendly, and they even went out of there way to help us! Great place to stay for the money! The only problem we had was the sports bar across the street was rather loud on Saturday night
Location to Kings Island Dated facility in need of an update. Pool was not heated and cloudy. Messy public areas.
Very close to tennis center. Staff was friendly Wallpaper peeling off walls. Needs some updates.
not very clean and kept up.
No one at the counter when checked in and out had to wait for someone to come to counter. Carpet dirty and stained in room.
Staff was friendly . Large fridge in room. The room was very tight. Last room near the stairwell. The bathroom smelled , the bed sheet was stained. The coffee machine was in the restroom so would never use it.
price, location beds and bedding were nice older facility very small elevator few snack/soda machines
Very quick and helpful checkin. Nice clean beds. Very comfortable! Great breakfast selections. Will stay here again.
The room was well furnished, the staff seemed friendly, and the hotel was not overcrowded or loud. The room was not well cleaned: gum on trashcan, dust in bathroom, hair on linens. These were minor details, but things that we nevertheless did notice.
Everything was how it should have been. We had a very relaxing stay! Breakfast was great! Was super impressed! Will stay again when we are in town! The only complaint I have, would be on our second day, while we were out, housekeeping didn't make/change our beds.
We've stayed at Great Wolf a number of times, but this was our first in Cincinnati. It was very consistent - rooms were spacious, waterpark was clean. Our daughter LOVED MagicQuest, and the people in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great stay! We normally don't go in peak season, so we weren't used to having a wait to check in. The desk clerks were really efficient, so the line moved quickly.
great themed atmosphere. Surpringly plenty to do in the waterpark! Something for the entire family! Magiquest is there, so plan on $40-90 more per child for that. The price of hotel is High dollar.
We had a blast...always do! We would go a lot more often if it wasn't so expensive to stay.
Breakfast person was very accommodating and friendly. Front desk was very helpful and seemed interested in our future business. Ac was very noisy. Had to put fan on constant to keep from waking us up each time it went on. Refridgerator made loud rattling noise, but was scheduled for repair asap next am.
Bed was very comfortable. staff people when any were very nice. Room got cleaned everyday. Breakfast was poor, not that many options to eat. Location wise was ok, it was a little far from downtown, but I didn't go there that much either. And last day I was there elevator wasn't working.
We felt like we were on a vacation. The atmosphere is like no other hotel we have stayed in. Very peaceful waterfalls and ponds. My son loved the pool. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh and good tasting. We will return.
Each room is a 2 room suite which allowed us to have a separate bedroom from our 1 year old. The breakfast is included in the room price and was fantastic. They offer a great variety of food and we did not have to wait for a seat even though we were a party of 6. The happy hour each night was also included in the room price and offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. The indoor pool was a bit cold, but not cold enough to keep the kids out of it. We will definitely be staying at the property on our next visit to Cincinnati.
If you like to sleep at a hotel, don't stay here. Center atrium VERY noisy and it echos in your room. Pool and atrium open til 1am and until everyone shuts up, you can't sleep. Room dirty, 10year old son found a thong in the bedroom. Kids couldn't sleep on the pull out couch b/c of lack of comfort and the NOISE! If you are just one person or a couple you can shut your bedroom door and not hear the noise. The hotel staff had a non caring attitude, and said sorry sorry sorry but you know they didn't mean it or care as nothing was done about it. I go to a hotel to sleep, the amenities are extra. The breakfast had decent food but there wasn't anywhere to sit as the one bus boy coudln't keep up. We cleaned our own table to sit down. Our children as well as other children we were with on this trip, got a rash from the pool from too little chlorine. Very dirty area. If you're a young 20 something who likes to party til all hours of the morning and keep others up, or a parent lacki...
This hotel was easy to find. The front desk was very freindly. The room was exceptional. The pool area was very clean. The breakfast was very good, although they didn't seem prepared for the crowd that was there. I have never paid this much for a room anywhere, but it was well worth the money. We are planning a trip in November to Florida and will probably try to book a room going down and coming back.
Reading some of the other comments made me laugh. This hotel is a quality one that we've come back to for over 10 years. There is noise at times in the atrium, but that is quieted down by 11 p.m. on most nights. The hotel staff will bend over backwards to fix any issues you might think you have. The staff at the personalized breakfast every morning is amazing. They treat us like family each time we come! The rooms are clean if you ask them to do so. We only have had a few issues with them rushing the maids to finish quickly. When that happens I call the front desk and we are taken care of. This is our home for literally 2 weeks a year and we will not stay anywhere else. The cost is fair for what we get and the security is high here. The staff is friendly and works hard to accommodate all needs if informed of them in a timely manner. The only 2 drawbacks are the advertised refrigerator/freezer. The freezer doesn't work so don't plan on keeping anything frozen. The TV's are a bit older b...
It was clean and everyone was nice. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversay on the 16th. We do live locally about 25 mileas away but wanted to get away form our house full of people. The main problem we had was that our neighbors in room 350 kept going in and out of their rooma and let the Door bang shut each time. So we heard this all thru the day on Saturday probably about 50 times or more. And at 6:00 in the am on Sunday someone was kicking the wall which was at the head of our bed. We said something to the desk clerk when we left and all she could tell me was that if we wanted quite time that we should book during the week that is when the travlers book and it is much quieter then. Other than that the the food was good at breakfast and the room was clean and nice looking.
The hotel was in a convenient location for the planned activities we had. The decor was dated and the breakfast buffet was marginal. However the hotel was clean and staff was helpful.
We stayed for the weekend with our married children and grand children for my wife's birthday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfeast was excellent. Bed was soft with the right firmness. Room was clean and comterable. Pool and hot tub area was a little small. Would stay again when in the area.
I'm very happy with the accomodations at Embassy suites. We were here to go to King's Island and visit friends in the area. It was close enough to the park to come back during the day for a break and go back later. Breakfast was a plus too! Hotel atrium was especially nice, it has a stream with fish and turtles in it. One other perk was that htere was a wedding there during our stay and we got to watch the whole thing from our 4th floor room!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone planning a trip to the area.
I have stayed her on numerous occasions since my son became a student at Xavier Univ. We get the comfort of a 2 rm. suite, cooked to order breakfast & manager's reception. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have arrived early & been accomodated & once arrived at 3 in the morning & was warmly greeted & treated to an upgrade. While the hotel is more in a business area, it still is close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate highways. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel. Yes it can be noisy, but in the evening things quite down & I've never had a problem sleeping.
As always, Embassy Suites provided us a wonderful one week stay. Apart from being well located to the Cincinnati area, ES maintains a high standard of quality and customer service. During our five day stay at ES, we felt pampered in our two room suite; luxurious, comfortable, impecably decorated and clean. In fact, on several occasions the staff went out of their way to see to our needs. The manager's happy hour and the full cooked to order breakfast not only add to the economy of ES but is probably one of the best services provided in the hotel industry. The cooked to order breakfast along with a well-stocked side buffet and the snacks and drinks served during happy hour are enjoyed by all the guests at no additional charge. We continue to stay at Embassy Suites over any other hotel chain in the U.S. Thank you Embassy Suites!!
Everyone was very loud. Staff included at all times. It was very hard to rest.
Very clean and the staff was excellent!
This hotel is great for a get away weekend. Days and nights are fairly quite. Room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! I stayed in a hotel with a stove top, only complaint I have is the limited utensils available.
I loved the fact they served dinner as well as breakfast, it was so nice not to have to go back out for dinner after a long day. The accomodations were awesome and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Nothing
The room was incredible. We loved all the space we had and felt at home because it was so clean and even smelled clean. Check out was noon but the maid knocked on our door at 10:30 and wanted us to leave so she could clean and told us checkout was at 11. We felt rushed and when we did leave at 11:30, there was a cleaning staff of 3 right outside our door waiting.

The hotel staff was excellent from check-in to check out. Excellent desk staff, excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. Rooms are clean and quiet. Pool area was convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Out of King's Island season, so I don't know what this would be like in season, but given the staff, I would say still very good to excellent. Bathrooms could stand to be redone, particularly the sink.
Beds super comfortable, clean, good pillows, a microwave and fridge in the room for travel. Really convenient to Whole Foods and lots of restaurants. Pool incredibly small, thought there would be a hot tub to relax. No hot tub. Breakfast is not free. When I think of the Hilton, I think a little nicer and was hoping for a little more luxuries..
I inadvertently left gold chain at the hotel that has a great deal of sentimental value to me as it was given to me by my mother to whom it had initially been given by her grandmother. I called the hotel and within minutes they had located the chain and my brother was able to pick it up for me. They were very friendly and professional in handling this.
My room neighbors appeared to be smoking pot that I could smell in my room. Nothing seemed to be done even after I complained. The internet quality was terrible so I finally had to turn off my wifi.
Horrible Nothing was appealing. No refrigerator norictoeve in the room. The linen was ragged! Depressing!
Room accessories, nice staff. Room was small.

Bed was comfortable Very outdated and had a distinct 'old' smelll. I just didn't feel very comfortable overall.
comfortable, clean and courteous staff no
Clean and close to work site
We had several issues with our stay here. So if we had to say what we liked best it would be that the air conditioning worked and the pillows were nice. the door keys didn't work half the time. The buffet downstairs was gross. Room service was good the rooms were not clean, my pillow case had mildew all over one side they did not pick up our room service order off the door so we waited and had to call and order and wait another 1hr1/2 clean the room they left no shampoo I could go on&on Nota 4 star

Good location Room and bathroom are small; wallpaper peeling; door would unlock but not open easily and cut my hand trying to open it; key did not open fitness center; room has two doors which are confusing and key only opens one - very confusing; loud hotel.

Location It was a old and wasn't a nice hotel at all as would give it 2 stars tops Not to mention it smelled really bad
They did not honour your reservation. They booked our room to someone else. We arrived at 10 pm and they gave me the key to someone's room, I opened the door and their they sat. They did not honor my reservation with you. Nor honored the free breakfast that I booked with you The manager was rude. The front desk employee was rude. It ruined my family reunion, and sending our son to Afghanistan. It was the last nite and day we were all together. Why did they not honor your reservation booking?
Lovely facility. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful experience.
Clean and s solid stay. Generally not bad. Staff was fine but not top rate. Bar was tiny and poorly stocked. Would be fine at the price point if Hilton updated the property, but as it stands better service and quality can be had in the area for less.
I like EVERYTHING about this Garden Inn! It's my favorite place to stay in Blue Ash. It's all GOOD! Nothing is a stand out.
I really liked the aesthetics of the entire hotel. The rooms were very clean and the the lobby and pool area were very modern and enjoyable. The staff here was very friendly and my friends and I are planning on coming back to this hotel for a trip next year. With the price we got through Kayak, I highly recommend this hotel!!
Clean room, lovely balcony, great room design. On the second day of my visit, some of the staff members were unfriendly
Didn't like anything about the service I received at residence in Marriott. My cousins and I just wanted to rent a room for the night to chill since I was home from school just for the weekend, but my service was denied for no legit reason she told me I couldn't have a room because she said I couldn't have more than two people in the room and accused me of trying to throw a party when it was only four of us total. She couldn't even give me a legit reason to why I was denied other than her speculations which wasn't true, I attend UCLA so I don't to get come home often so I was disgusted by her and the managers tone and service. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it back they told me I couldn't get one because it's no refunds. I will not support the Marriott anymore after this experience it was horrible and uncalled for.
If you are going to Kings Island, this is the perfect hotel with only a three to five minute drive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great and offered different hot items everyday including sausaga, bacon, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. I would stay here again.
Good hotel typical of Holiday Inn express. Ataff was friendly.
Best Beds Ever! Slept like a baby! Although I wish the hot tub was a little bigger in my room it was still a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay there & would stay there again
Everything was great. The beds could be less 'aircraft carrier'-like
Needed a last minute place to stay and as a rewards customer of another chain I was reluctant to move to another chain. However this Holiday Inn had a nice inviting air very clean and after checking the rates which were very reasonable for a non-reserved guest I decided to stay. Great customer service throughout the 4 day visit. Room was spacious and just a testament to the Holiday Inn reinvention of itself. As a frequent traveler I would definitely include this to my repertoire of stay options.
We arrived late to a friendly staff. We had two rooms and both were inviting and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and although we had reservations because we normally stay at the Double Tree or Hilton we were pleasantly surprise. The suites elsewhere offered double beds this hotel had two queen size beds, it was heaven. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all our friends.
I had a great time. I highly recommend getting a room with a hot tub in the room as my wife and I did. It was relaxing, the room was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go back.
When my dad had to have an extended hospital stay and surgery, my family had several rooms at the Holiday inn Express in Mason City. Crystal, the manager was an angel for us. She made sure that we had rooms that were comfortable and close together and took care of us with compassion and kindness. Our rooms and the entire building was exceptionally clean. The food was good. The beds were really comfortable and the service was great. At at time when we were in crisis mode, Crystal and the staff at the Holiday Inn Express made our lives tolerable. She eliminated the stress of where to stay and for that we are extremely grateful.
Stayed here one night for business. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. It's a newer hotel, I think it's about a year old. Good value for the money. This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I normally look for Marriots and Residence Inn's but now I wou;dn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone who wants a decent place to stay.
Room was good size and comfortable. Frig, microwave, window seat and night light were nice additions. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall happy with my overnight stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner in room.
The staff was very friendly, beds were comfortabe. Location was prime for our trip to kings island. Tha value for the price was excellent. I stay here every time I go to King's Island and plan on staying here on future visits. The housekeeping staff need better attention to detail. There were stains on the mattress. The chair in the room had dust on it that had not been touched in a while. The shower curtain rod had come loose and was drooping causing me to bump my head. Televisions could uses some updating.
The use of space, meaning covering the air unit with wood and putting a pad\pillow there to create a lounge area. Looking out over a parking lot and field isn't the most pleasant. looked like it was a cover up clean up, done hastily with paint on the floor in bathroom, looked like blood.
When we explained our issues with our room & found out there were no other rooms available, the person at the front desk gave us a refund without too much fuss. She first offered us air freshener, and when we declined she asked "is it really THAT bad?" which was bit of a turn-off, but we were thankful that she refunded us quickly. When we first arrived, we had to call because the person who was working the front desk was away cleaning rooms (about 5:00 pm). When we got to our room, the TV had been left on & was blaring. Unfortunately, there wasn't a remote control, and we couldn't turn it off. Then we noticed that our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke; we are not super sensitive to that, but this was very noticeable, and we would not have been comfortable staying. We also noticed that the bathroom door would not close all the way, which would have been uncomfortable if we had decided to stay. The room wasn't very clean either, although if this had been the only issue, we likely would have stayed, as it wasn't TERRIBLY unclean. We went up to see if there was a different room available, but they were all booked, so we asked for a refund. We happily found another hotel in the area that was much better, for a similar price.
when I rented the room asked if you all had a pool. of course the person on the phone said yes we have a pool so I rented the room. so me and my girlfriend get to your hotel and the person told the truth yes you have a pool but failed to mention that the pool had been shut down there was not going to open for several days total waste of my money because the only reason I rented the room is for the indoor pool.
I booked it as a mystery hotel and was expecting a regular sized hotel room (for only $42+tax) and was amazed to walk into a suite with a livingroom! It had a futon sofa and a reclining chair! I definitely recommend this hotel. The king-size mattress was firm and very comfortable. The girl at the front desk was friendly too. The room could use a new carpet but for the price I was highly impressed. I thought the breakfast was kind of limited compared to the other Baymont I stayed at before but like I said I can't complain. I was overall very satisfied.
Slept well Floor was dirty
King size bed was pretty comfortable. The AC worked pretty good and the Wi-Fi was pretty good this time. Pretty good for the price and a step up from a crack motel. The manager was very rude. When I was leaving the breakfast area with a plate for my partner, he physically pushed me and called me an idiot. He tried to block my entrance to the elevator so I walked out the front and through the side and upstairs to get back to my room.
I liked that they have an indoor pool but it is in need of some repair and update. There were not enough towels supplied and the tile was a little slippery. I didn't like the bed and didn't get any sleep. I also did not like the light switches in the room for the entryway and bathroom.
