Pros: Nice location. Bulgarian style building. Clean room. Great manager and friendly staff. Good restaurant and foot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic small hotel! Great location! Scrumptious food! Brilliant staff and owners! Loved everything about this place and wish we were still there. We had a junior suite room (room 6) overlooking the lovely street which was very quiet. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had our ribs Bar-b-q’ed as we watched. The food was delicious. Chatted with the lovely friendly owners. Walked around the town which is a lovely small place and very picturesque. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel and I hope that we will get back there again sometime too.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful time here! Staff was so friendly and helpful, even greeting us when we pulled up to help us with parking. The dinner in the restaurant was our best meal in Bulgaria--superb! And breakfast was tasty as well. We appreciated her all of our questions. We highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The bed is old and you can feel the springs, so it was uncomfortable...maybe a mattress pad could be placed on top of it? The hospitality and food make up for this though!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central position, confortable room, coffee kit, nice view and very friendly personel. There is a restaurant at the basement which remained open just for us although it was late. Local menu, also for breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly and they offered vegan options for dinner and breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room, over the little square in Melnik was beautiful! The Shower was very powerful too.
Cons: The bottom sheet on the bed was a tad small for the mattress - making it a slightly uncomfortable sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was friendly and very helpful, the room (with comfortable bad) and bathroom were nice and, most of all, I appreciated the cleanliness. In plus, excellent food at the restaurant and an amazing tree, six hundred years old, near our table.

6.0 Good
Pros: Clean property, very good location.
Cons: The breakfast, the staff wasn’t really pleasant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The weather was cold, but in the room was warm. The massage was great.
Cons: A double room has 2 single beds, not one double bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as good as it could be.
Cons: n/a
1.0 Poor
Cons: The fact that the hotel has not been heated in January and we had to order additional heating appliance, so that the room temperature was comfortable, is still not the main reason for the lowest possible rating i can give to this excuse of a hotel. We have stayed there for the weekend and on Saturday night we have been surprised by a wild party at the hotel's restaurant, the music being so loud, that we felt like being present there, although still in our room! Normally, we are not against parties, but no one even bothered tell us of "the event". And when i called reception to complain, they just brushed me off. Worst of all, when we checked out the next day, and i complained to the guy at the reception, he just said: "Oh, so you could hear the music in your room..." Unbelievable! He did not even bother apologising! This hotel is the benchmark for bad service, by far!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: If you go off season, for example late January or February, the hotel is basically open just for you. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, they make breakfast especially for you and treat their guests nicely. Rooms are clean and the location is great.
Cons: Even though there was an A/C on, the room was still a bit cold.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was a busy weekend before the New Year, so lots of families and partying and dancing!
Cons: The beds were quite uncomfortable. I liked the room we were previously put in on our last visit much better. But the hotel was full, so nothing they could have done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good food,it was clean.

4.2 Okay
Pros: only location
Cons: a 1/1 m2 old and rusty bathroom, shower on the floor, water allover the toilet
7.5 Good
Pros: Tasty food and friendly staff
Cons: The room is very small with uncomfortable beds
7.1 Good
Pros: It was a place to sleep and everything was fine, I just think there might be better options for the same money.
Cons: Furnishings are very tired. Sheets and blankets rather than duvets. Standard wetroom so whole bathroom gets wet. Floor didn't seem very clean. Room smelt ok but shared areas smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. They smoke in the restaurants here so that might be the same everywhere. Bars of soap provided but nothing to use as shampoo. No hairdryer. We did only book about an hour before arriving, but when we turned up the whole place was in darkness. We were just about the give up when they opened the door. The hotel is further along the village than the others in town and as it's out of season this end of town is in darkness and closed. Recommend staying in one of the other hotels that are more central as this place has little to recommend.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The room was dirty and very small for 3 people. Bathroom was so small that you need to shower on the toilet.
7.5 Good
Pros: Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: We were not asked what we wanted to eat for breakfast. It was just put in front of us and was exactly the same 3 days running.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was tasty and with enough variety. The hotel is in the quiet part of the town. And also the air is clean and you can sleep well.
Cons: Most of the furniture was very amortised and worn-out. The sheets were not enough to cover the bed and the mattress is not very comfortable.
