Terrible! False advertisement to the max! They gave my friend and I a room that was from the 70s Super old covers bed was a single matress and squeaked horribly. Smelled like mold. Staff wasn't pleasant at all, didn't even show us how to get to the room. We ended up leaving and getting a different hotel. Such a waste of money and time.
Very friendly and tried to accommodate what I needed. I had a good stay there would go back again.
The only thing was the television the channels didn't have a good connection couldn't see many channels. The little time that I was in the room.
It was really close to the beach and eateries!
The rooms smelt bad and I wasn't sure if the linen was clean. There was a mouse in my room and the rooms were disgusting as well as the Bathrooms: the Staff wasn't the friendliest as far as making accommodations after I made my complaints! Beds were not comfortable!
The only reason for giving 2 stars in the overall section is the location of the hotel on ocean drive and close to collins ave.
Very long ago, that I have seen SUCH a dirty room. Disgusting! And under the beds it was even worse. The beds were old and way too soft, the A/C was incredible loud. There are holes in the floor of the hall, where the wheels of your suitcase gets stuck. i can't imagine to stay longer than max. 1 night - if absolutely necessary.
Nothing! Stay away from here.
Absolutely terrible false advertising. They bait and switch you with more expensive rooms after they show you a scary stripped down room from the 70s upon arrival, they offer to "upgrade you" for a huge cost increase.
