Fitness center was eternal than most had plenty of aerobic machines, free weights, and space. Was there for 5 nights, no dresser drawers, jus a closet.
The hotel looked awesome. Asked for a fridge (they charge you $10/ night extra) weeks ahead of my check in and when I got there they couldn't give me one because they didn't have any extra. Then we called and asked for a hair dryer (they didn't have one in the room) and we were also told they didn't have any extra.
To much pet hair and dander everywhere.
Price was descent and location was good. I am pregnant and was travelling with my 2 year old son. I booked a non-smoking room and upon arrival was told that smoking was all that was available. I did not get my money back or get upgraded to another room. I get very sick with the scent of smoke and didn't sleep well at all. Reception was also very rude to me when I called down to ask if they could do anything. Won't stay here again. There are better hotels in the area that assist their customers.
The breakfast bar was very good the kids enjoyed the pool and the workout room so we loved our stay there will come back again
The staff was friendly. Parking options were limited
I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was right across from the convention center where we attended Women of Faith.
The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown. Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
Location. Staff was nice Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold
Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great. Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay. Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
The breakfast was not free.
heated pool bathroom was a little dirty debris on the floof
It's close to everything, including the airport and we like the simulcasting. Things didn't work
Convenient location to the airport. Supposedly good service to the airport. Front desk and security services.
Convenience to my work location, breakfast buffet was very good and the kitchen was open until 11:00 PM for dinner.
Definitely worth the price paid. Will go back if needed and would recommend to others.
This Hotel has several venues in which to choose from, Resturant/ Bar to Casino.
bed was comfortable Hotel was more of a party hotel and not at all what I had expected from what they had online.
Location to the businesses and the variety of restruants. Most freeways are close for travel in any direction.
the closeness to the fairgrounds, friendly people beds where a little dated
Cheap and clean Terrible mattrasses. Clean though.
The price and the location, the pools were nice and so were the restaurants in the hotel. Bugs in the room, asked for a coffee pot in the room two days in a row and never recieved it. They tried to charge me more than what I booked it for.
Breakfast was OK....
It had a pool First of they don't clean the rooms ...They put me in room 419 upon arrival it had a roach in it so they moved me to room 320 and room 320 had food in the microwave that wasn't mine
Staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. I liked having the living area in my room. The toilet had been used and had not been flushed when I arrived in my room. The bed sheets reeked of after shave, and the bed was uncomfortable. The ceiling was filthy with dirt stuck on the popcorn from the air vent.
Dishes in room No extra pillow or blanket in room
Breakfast was good! Front desk personnel were great !! The room was not swept. Pool was not warm. pool floor was very rough. Gum on floor in our room, glitter & paper was also on the floor. Hallway tile & elevator floors were sticky.
The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff was very professional. The overall hotel was clean. Room 210 had a sofa bed that didn't work. The walls next to the shower on both sides had mold and paint peeling. Looked to have been water damaged and not fixed! When you pay almost $--- a night this is not something you would expect to see.
The breakfast was below average.
Bfast and pool, room was very good sized and a nice place to sit and watch Sunday Night Football. The TV was HUGE and was a great picture! The bedding didn't look clean, and there were 2 smudges on the comforter. I'm not 100% sure they vacuumed. And one of the guests down the hall apparently cooked something, as it has a serious odor coming from his room.
The front desk was friendly. That were it ended. My first night there was dirty towels in my room. It was gross. I called the front desk and told them and asked for, linens for the pull out. I came back the dirty towels were gone but I had to go and get my own linens. They never emptied the trash.
Staff was very friendly. Could not get the linens replaced .
The managers buffet and wine was a nice touch. The room was large with a full size fridge and freezer and stove which wasnt mentioned in the listing so nice surprise. I didn't like that the room was dirty, the plates were dirty, the AC was very loud but otherwise it was okay. The elevator was quick as well so that was nice. Overall a good experience.
Cleanliness; pleasant staff no everything was excellent; just stayed overnight, will definitely beback.
clean, comfortable room.staff with good hospitality mind
Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it. Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous. The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
I thought the hotel was beautiful & we got good service at the restaurant & bar. We went to Red Earth Pow-Wow at the Cox Convention Center & it was two blocks away. We walked to the Murrah Federal Building Memorial as well as Bricktown, also in walking distance. My roommate left her cellphone & charger in the room & y'all are mail-ing it to her. I appreciate that immensely. I got an Email confirmation that said I had only one room. I called Book-ing & got that straightened out, then had problems checking in at the desk when we got there.
Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away! The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
accomadating, close to bricktown, hint of mystery I would not have been able to afford it on my own.
The pool and location were excellent. The breakfast was awesome. The lady at the desk on check in was rude. We needed a bed for our daughter we were told that that was not an option unless we switched rooms and if we did that there would not be a room avaliable for Saturday night. So sharing a bed with a toddler because we could not have a roll away bed was not the best sleep a guy can get. Just seemed lke she did not care about customer service at all.
To loud outside. Loud people coming back to the room drunk. Woke up the kids
The people were really friendly. The air conditioner broke we couldn't turn it off. The staff came up and couldn't fix it. It was late at night. The took offered to move us,however my cousin was already asleep. We woke up with soar throats. They said they would discount the room couldn't

Location excellent for our purposes. None
amenities free breakfast was really good also the parking was good. NO JUST PLAND NO.
The room type that we requested was not available so they upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost! no
Staff was polite and helpful. Found hair in bed. Used other bed, it was ok.
Staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us by correcting a booking mistake that was totally my fault. Quiet, comfortable room, great breakfast offerings, and super convenient to I-40. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel still has smoking rooms, but the manager said they would be phasing them out by the end of the year. Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are on the same hallways, so hallway smelled a little smoky, but non-smoking room was fine.
Price Out dated Smelled terrible
Breakfast was pretty good. Staff wasn't very nice. Halls smelt terrible. Needs updating badly.
Manager was great! Staff was very friendly! Kids loved the pool. No
Way overpriced for what we received, but most staff was really nice we had reserved a double room and got a king bed. Went to restaurant downstairs, ordered a wine, it was out, ordered a beer, it was out. No free wifi, room key didn't work, had to get new ones. Breakfast buffet was ok, but gravy was ice cold..for real.. husband was extremely irritated, for convenience to convention center it was great.
The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00. The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay! The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.
This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool. You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
Fantastic breakfast and family friendly place and pet friendly
The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice. The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.
Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room. When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.
Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast Reception staff could be a little more engaging and welcoming. Nothing rude or improper, just distracted and impersonal.
Everything was perfect except for check in process - where their is a total disconnect Took time to check in online and then had no record of my check in at hotel. This caused a bit of hassle and frustration....
I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around. I wish that the TV's let you change the video input settings, but they're locked into the cable input only
It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming. Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.
Best hotel in OKC-best deal- best breakfast. Safe hotel safe bet. Great Staff great everything. N/A
Our room was very big and spacious. We had a great view of downtown!
Hotel was great. No complaints at all. Very clean and great service. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot and cold breakfast. Great location next to freeway and my daughter. Exceptional maid service, very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!

The fact that it was close to where we needed to be that weekend. Breakfast included made it easy on me with 3 kids. Indoor pool so the kids could play before bedtime.
Arriving late on a football weekend was no problem for the desk staff who reminded us that if we forgot anything to just ask. This was at 2:30 AM! Nothing at all.
This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Our check in was last minute and the first room they booked us in still had a fan to dry (a leak???) and they immediately switched us to a new room. Towels were plush, bed was comfy, and over all it was a great night stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel is definitely a top plus. Another great thing is that it is very nice. It has definitely been updated since the pictures that are posted on Priceline were put up. Very nice, quiet, relaxing environment. Nothing.
No free parking
Nice size rooms good pillows and a great bed
Loved the staff they where amazing. The location is in the middle of there bar district and that mad parking a nightmare.
It was very clean and comfortable. I expected breakfast to be to be included but that really wasn't a big deal
Front staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quite!
Very friendly staff Breakfast
I had a place to sleep and the tv worked. The lady at the desk was absolutely rude. The rooms are old looking and not real nice. I only had 1 pillow. there wasn't a chair in the room to sit and relax. (had to lay in bed)
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly and our daughter loved it. Pool was small but that was perfect with a kid. Breakfast was included and decent. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet except for outside traffic. Overall a very pleasant stay and am sure to stay again.
Overall the hotel was great! The room was very clean. Had trouble with one staff member but when I voiced my concern the issue was promptly addressed. The morning breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. I loved how clean the rooms were and the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Location was also a plus.
It was a wonderful location.
centrally located, clean and breakfast was good.
Howard Johnson in OKC is like home to us. We always stay there. We use this motel about 2 or 3 times a year. The price is very good and our room alway clean and fresh. The breakfast is a great big plus.
the breakfast was great! loved that the room had a balcony. pool was nice but didn't use. as soon as you walked into the hotel it had a weird smell. the rooms were ok size but with 4 kids & 2 adults its crowded. didn't like that there was a sign in breakfast room saying you can't take you're food to the room.
Staff was friendly Great location Comfortable bed Smelled like stale smoke Needs updating Entry is not actually though the outside
Pool and breakfast Dirty walls. Strange layout and ceiling textures.
wifi was very slow - had to tether to watch a show.
Traveling across country it was convient right off interstate 40. The price was perfect. We were upgraded to a bigger room. A nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise. It was truly a breakfast. Eggs. Sausage/bacon. Waffles. Biscuits and Gravy plus many more choices. We knew we would be getting in late. I called ahead and the front desk was friendly and when we got in close to midnight the young man had us ready to quickly check in. He was very professional, friendly.
It was a nice stay.
Price Too much furniture in the room.
The staff were very good and worked extremely hard. However, they were grossly understaffed. As a result service was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel is nice enough and the staff works hard, but the finer details that you would expect from a hotel that advertises themselves to be of 4 star quality were lacking.
Staff was fantastic very accomodating Noise from the trains
The location was great! The rooms were way too small! --- a night should get you a bigger room!
Include parking in price. $12 per car plus tip tends to get expensive.
I travel a ton for work, and rarely have I been in a hotel where each member of staff was so attentive and competent. I especially appreciated the front desk guy with the red beard, the guys that clean up after breakfast, and the hotel manager (I'm sorry I didn't get your names!). I've never written a review before, but you guys made our stay great, and I wanted people to know. The location is awesome too, as Bricktown is just a great place to stay in OKC. This is totally minor, but I didn't like the super bright white light in the room lamps.
New construction. Beautiful hotel. Valet parking only. No where to park
courteous desk and breakfast staff
