Pros:The bed was really comfy and the view was great! Decorations looked nice.
Cons:I think having free wi-fi be a standard amenity would be nice considering the standard of hotel that it is. I didn't like only getting it after having to call the front desk and ask about it at a Hilton Hotel. And the vent in the upper corner of our room really loudly transferred sound from another room all night. Mostly of them yelling playing music, guitar and screaming until 3am. The biggest one was that the bedside lamps, while very nice, flickered brightly fairly often no matter what dimness they were set to. They kept triggering migraines in my girlfriend and made her feel awful so we stopped using the lights. If you guys only listen to one thing I mention please fix the lights. It's really important for light sensitive people and can really easily ruin their experience. I also get that you guys dont have parking because you're right in the middle of everything, but comping parking at a ramp would've been really nice. Of you do comp parking I didn't know about it. Also I thought my room would have a tub, that could totally be on me but the pictures didn't really specify at all which one you had. I wanted to try a bath bomb lol. Overall I would've preferred staying somewhere much cheaper out of the middle of the city but still getting all the amenitys like free easy parking, and free wifi I didn't have to ask or call about. With steaks lighting and no noise pollution from other guests. What you guys have is nice looking but it's not worth double the price of somewhere that has those other things right off the bat. Even if they don't have a bar or nice lobby lighting.

Pros:The executive lounge we had access to was conveniently located on our floor and provided an excellent variety of upscale hors d'oeuvres. The location was ideal. Very clean all around.
Cons:I had called early in the day that we were scheduled to arrive asking if they could put a cute note in the room along with a couple wine glasses. The lady who helped me on the phone thought it was a great idea. She asked me if I wanted 17th or 18th floor: I said 18th. When we arrived we were put on the 19th floor, the top floor. This would've been a nice surprise if the note and glasses were in the room but they weren't. The room we received also did not have the amenities that were listed when we selected the room online. Features like "spa robe, spa room, kitchen area." It was also listed as the Presidential Suite. I asked the front desk about it, showing them the reservation description on my phone. She then informed me that 3rd party bookings don't have any real say in the amenities in the room, that she was sorry, and there wasn't much she could do. It sounds like a 1st world problem, and I feel like a whiner just typing this up, but it really put a damper on my romantic plans. Had I truly known the room wouldn't have the stuff it said it would I would've kept looking and even spent more on a room that did. I assumed everything would be as I planned and it wasn't until it was too late that I found out his was not the case. Also, kind of odd, the same page that I showed to the front desk to plead my case has now been changed: it doesn't have those features listed anymore. It will be very hard for me to trust the process moving forward.

Pros:Beautiful property, clean and well-appointed rooms, but most of all, the most helpful and friendly staff you could ever wish for.
Cons:Kind of a crappy shower, no internet access in the gym (including on the networked machines themselves).

Cons:It was probably 60 degrees in the room. The thermostat did not work. They ended up giving us a small space heater, which was hardly sufficient. If you can imagine, when you are miserably cold it's difficult to enjoy anything.
