10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice suite-style hotel, very good amenities.
Cons: What I would really like in the rooms is at least one recliner style chair/couch.
4.2 OK
Pros: One of us has stayed here frequently over the last seven years. It has definitely gone downhill. Movies are by DVD only and our tv wouldn't play it. Staff is hostile. Breakfast tolerable only. I wouldn't return.
Cons: As above. Booked through and treated as second class citizen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. More like a condo than a hotel.
Cons: Roomy. Great bed. Really like the staff. Centrally located for business and pleasure.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything here was top notch. The room was immaculate and beautifully equipped. Breakfast every morning, which was delicious! Laundry facilities were excellent as well.Hotel employees, in particular were very kind and made my stay extra enjoyable.
Cons: Really there is nothing I could complain about. The only inconvenience was the elevator, which required a valid room key just to get to your floor, but for those that value safety the most, this is probably a good thing.
Hyatt House Redmond - Redmond - Building

Overview Reviews
HYATT house Redmond provides a contemporary twist to the traditional suite experience - offering up an authentically comfortable lifestyle while adding little touches of luxury. Spacious smartly designed suites and guestrooms - fresh sumptuous beds and linens - full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, flat panel TVs with expanded cable and movie channels - waffle terry bathrobes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, well kept, quiet. Awesome breakfast
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms
Cons: Shower could have been cleaner
6.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone.
Cons: Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation. We will choose to not stay here here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Towne Center and easy to hop on freeways.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything. Great room, great service, great location, high-end lobby and restaurant/bar. Walking distance to a shopping plaza and also Cleveland St. for some good eats (Woodblock & Matador). It was just a short drive to Microsoft's campus, where I was visiting for the week. If I come back, this is first on my list!
Cons: I wish the kitchen would stay open a little later (closes at 10p, the 2 nights I ate in, I just caught the tail end of the service).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location a lot. It was close to shopping and easy to get in and out of to where ever we were heading. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time. Would definitively stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like the noise from air conditioner in the room it was loud and faced the bed so there was no way muffle the sound. We had to turn it off just to get some rest. The other issue I had was on the second floor we faced the interior side of the hotel which had all the a/c units right outside the window. So every time a guest's ac turned on we had to hear the hum of these machines throughout the night. There was definitely no view from this side of the hotel on this floor. I would prefer a room facing the street next time or a taller floor.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately! While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand.
Cons: Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.

Pros: Hotel unique to the NW. Great food and drink options in a hotel experience.
Cons: Noise is a problem in an old building. When making renovations, noise cancelation needs to be a greater priority.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I was interviewing for a local company. They didn't have self-park (only valet) which was weird. Valet took 15 mins to bring back the car. Why not let people get their cars themselves. it doesn't make sense to do valet every time. Some of the night staff get frustrated when asked about things like breakfast hours, order-in service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. There was even a patio in the room! Hotel bar staff was nice. I liked that there was an option to not have the room cleaned daily to help the environment.
Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't find the stairs and had to take the elevator to my second floor room.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Beds and bathroom shower and amenities
Cons: Service for picking up bags from bell desk was slow
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and comfortable and I like the valet parking. the location was nice also.
Cons: After booking a room for 4, we recieved a small room with 1 King, they brought a roll away that was a double and there isn't anyway two of us would fit on a double. When booking the room it said 2 queens or a king. I guess I assumed when they saw that we were bringing 4 people, they'd get us a room that'd fit all of us? After hours of explaining the situation to different hotel staff, they finally switched us to two queens at no additional charge. This was after being told that we booked it as a king through a third party site so really, it's not their fault. My husband got on their website and saw that they offered the exact same room when inputting 4 people. I'd love to see how 4 people could comfortably sleep in a king size bed and one double bed!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Indoor pool!

Pros: Brand new and modern. Room was big for the price and came with microwave and sink. Even includes complimentary breakfast.
Cons: None. Perfect hotel for the price!!
6.0 Good
Pros: New hotel. Room was spacious.
Cons: The room had high ceilings so everything echoed. It was difficult to not make noise while our toddler slept. The overnight parking was costly especially since we have stayed in Redmond before where parking was included.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cheap regardless of great building and good breakfast.
Cons: If Buthtub is there, no demetits have at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a clean and friendly hotel we will definitely be staying again!

Pros: Clean. Quiet. Hot Breakfast included. Nice staff.
Cons: No. I plan to come back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was an excellent hotel. Very modern. Excellent gym. Nice that our room had a mini-kitchen. Very good free breakfast.
Cons: I plugged my Chevy Volt into their charger late in the evening. I assumed that it would stop charging when the battery was full (~3 hours). Instead, I was charged for ~12 hours. Did they expect me to go down and unplug at 2am in the morning? Unfair.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The decor was nice and the room was clean.
Cons: Loud (walls thin); breakfast was terrible (limited choices, cold, and everything was out); pool was closed for maintenance and we were given incorrect information about when it would reopen; parking was an additional cost; no one at front desk.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was good - room was modern and clean.
Cons: Parking, room deadbolt didn't work properly, blackout shade didn't lower completely and breakfast was very average with no decaf coffee.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, great facilities, very helpful staff....loved it!
Cons: WiFi was sketchy on my cell phone but very good on my laptop. TV was big and new but the settings were off (screen too dark) and had no way to adjust it and the hotel tech staff were off at night. Pretty minor thing really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is brand new, beautiful, has on-street parking if you desire, smells so good (weird I know but not a hint of smoke or staleness), fresh and modern, nice pool, good breakfast, and very hospitable staff.
Cons: Not a thing. Would stay here again in a second.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, modern, comfortable and just overall really nice. Good free breakfast and comfy chairs in lobby.
Cons: The stools in the suite weren't too comfy. The bathroom light was really bright in the morning; would be better if it had a dimmer. Also the bathroom didn't have a fan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the Clean modern feel of the room and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Would like to have seen toothpaste in the room, I'm sure it was available upon request but we didn't ask.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very modern facilities, everything like new. Polite and friendly staff. Good layout. Secure underground parking.
Cons: Pillows were a bit soft and the comforter was fairly heavy, so the bed was not the most comfortable. No view from our room overlooking alleyway. Not enough parking spaces for all guests overnight.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The beds. Oh the fantastic beds. The bed linens are amazing too. Love the Neutrogena products as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the clean, warm, minimalist design.
Cons: The parking garage is awful. The spaces are way too small (and we had a compact). The hotel staff needs to monitor the garage better. Many guests were parking in two spots and effort I supposed to avoid door dings. This is extremely frustrating when all parking spots are taken. I counted at least three vehicles that had intentionally taken two spots over the course of a four day stay. Very thoughtless and rude. The staff needs to deal with these guests.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms comfy beds
Cons: The parade is tight if you drive a truck, manageable but very tight
5.1 OK
Pros: Room was clean. Free beakfast.
Cons: Pool was small. No hot tub. Parking garage was a nightmare (all compact spots) and really full. Staff was rude. Next time I'll go to the Holiday Inn for nicer rooms, hot tube, and nice staff.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: We used this hotel as a "base" for heading to the national parks in the area. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly.
Cons: A little noisy next to the highway.
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was nice
Cons: No shower pressure to toilet ran all night.. horrible smells in the hallway.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We stayed one night at the BW Navigator. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, but he had to work the next day. So we booked a hotel close to his work so he would have a short drive the next morning. We took separate cars, and in the packing process, we forgot his birthday gifts in the room. We called as soon as we realized that neither of us packed the gifts. We spoke to two different employees. The last employee, Heather, found the small electric tea kettle, but not the rest of his gifts. She said to me "we have the small box but we couldn't find the bigger box" I had never told her or the other employees that there were two boxes! How would she know this unless she had seen the boxes. My husband now has no birthday gifts because of their lying and stealing. What do they want with a gardening book from our grandparents and a hat anyway? Her response to me was "we are not responsible for lost or stolen items." Well, you ARE responsible if YOU STEAL THEM! STAY AWAY from these lying, stealing employees.
6.5 Good
Pros: The business center allowed my husband to get his work done while we all slept.
Cons: There was no high chair for eating breakfast. It was difficult to feed my family while keeping my 2 year old in a chair. It was frustrating to start my day with no high chair. The hotel wasn't family friendly to young families.
