Pros: King size suite was a very large room, very modern and extra clean. Bed was comfortable, the food was also good.
Cons: I would say the only down fall is the parking, however, $29 for ballet parking is very reasonable considering where we were. The valet was on point and had my car ready, which was great because I had younger children with me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pet friendly. Beautiful Spa bathroom. Exceptional staff.
Cons: Craziness in hallway til 5:30 AM. I Didn't complain, but children yelling & doors slamming. Kept myself & dog up. No big deal, we will survive.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the decor and ridiculously friendly and helpful staff. Room service food from The Commoner was also excellent.
Cons: Short water did not get hot and at one point was down right cold. Valet took quite a while to retrieve car. In-room phones were not properly dialing to where they were supposed to.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Parking is very expensive @ $35/per night, plus it's valet which means tipping on top of that. I paid $80 for 2 nights.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a unique layout - several buildings over a few blocks, including some stairs just to reach the front desk (in fairness, I didn't seek out an elevator). Once I found the front desk, the staff was great, letting me check in early and giving me advice for wandering on my own. They gave me a gift bag full of snacks and drinks, offered me additional water and cookies, and ensured me that I could store my luggage after checkout. I was in building F, across the street, and my suite was large and comfortable. I realized at 11pm that I'd forgotten toothpaste, and they brought it right away. When I came back to get my luggage, they let me use a model room on the first floor to change my clothes and offered me snacks, tea, and coffee. Overall, a really nice experience and a perfectly located hotel, just a 10-15 min walk from shops, restaurants, universities, and convenient to the bus lines.
Cons: The hotel is split among a few blocks and there are some stairs that I couldn't find ways around. Luckily my luggage was light and easily maneuvered since I didn't have a car or another person to help, but if you are not traveling light or have accessibility concerns, I would check with them in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The two bedrooms were great! We enjoyed the overall space.
Cons: Climbing steps is not my favorite thing to do. But, after reaching the top, everything was great. Maybe seniors could be given the first floor.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: staff was very helpful, was able to get me a quiet room, building was next to cute shopping area, loved the snack bag
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Lots of room Lots of beds Living room, kitchen, dining room Enternainment center Fun, young, chatty, happy, welcoming, smart humans running the front desk
Cons: Parking appeared limited, although we never had a problem and there is supposedly an overflow lot down the block. Too many delicious free cookies. :)
9.7 Excellent
Cons: They have a few nearby buildings, so you might not know where exactly you will end up
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique wxpeeience loved it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel with a homey feel. Cozy room, nice courtyard, and overall more peaceful than major hotels the shuttle service was a wonderful feature and Monk's Bar was a great way to unwind. Couldn't ask for a better experience
Cons: The bathroom was a tighter fit than I'm used to but not so bad as to change my mind about this place
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was Amazing and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t rate as Great was the location, only because it is a short walk to the major attractions and not in the best area, not that we had any issuess. But the hotel offered a free shuttle to all of the locations we were trying to go to. Also one of the few hotels offering Free parking. The small bar was really cool and had all the offerings I needed. The hotel is old but really neat and I appreciated all the fine details. The breakfast wasn’t out of this world , but it was free so I wasn’t complaining.
Cons: For the price and services I have no complaints .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quaint and pleasant.
Cons: The street and neighborhood are a little uncomfortable for walking, especially at night.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a family-owned former monastery. It's an old building tucked at the end of a quiet street that's in a great central location; easy walking distance to the Warhol Museum, Children's Museum and baseball park, with the cultural district just over the bridge. The Priory has a free shuttle service and personable drivers (don't forget to tip them!) The rooms are clean and have everything you need but the place does remind me a little of the B&B in Groundhog Day, which is to say it may be too quaint and old fashioned for some. It's quiet and cozy.
Cons: Although I was very happy with my stay, the bathroom was small (just a shower, no tub) and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The staircase is creaky and the carpeting is a little threadbare. I thought these things were charming but others may perceive them as dreary.
7.7 Good
Pros: Really nice old place with a lot of charm. Great historic building. Staff was really nice.
Cons: Bed was hard and rug looked like it might have not been vacuumed.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was close and the shuttle was a great bonus!
Cons: The street was not the nicest but that's not the hotel's fault.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: nice bar and lobby with fireplace.
Cons: i was right off the lobby. very noisy if you are in a room near the lobby.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful
Cons: difficult to find
4.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very clean with a good breakfast
Cons: Was in town for the Steelers game. Public transit and access in Pittsburgh (in general) is a big pain and the location of the hotel doesn't help even though it is relatively close to downtown. The shuttle never ran on time and therefor made other arrangements for my airport run as I was worried I would be late.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Reasonably good breakfast.
Cons: Room heater was not sufficiently powerful. Temperature kept on dropping through the night. By morning, there was difference of as much as 4 degrees between room temperature and set temperature.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet location, good overall selection at breakfast.
Cons: Location was not ideal while the highway nearby is under construction - lots of traffic on the side streets.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable
Cons: breakfast is okay, way too much plastic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was a stone's throw from 376 so it was convenient for traveling downtown. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a free breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the ballpark. The shuttle service to the downtown area was great. This is a good location to stay when going to a ballgame in Pittsburgh.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access, quick check-in, and clean room.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, which means not very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We checked in late on a Friday with our two small children into a double queen room. After a lot of effort we realized that we needed a king room since our children would kotbaleepwithout us. After calling the front desk they not only were able to give us a king room but they put us two rooms down from where we were and brought the keys up to trade. They made our first time in a hotel with the kids go much more smoothly.
Cons: The underground garage while.nice will be much better once renovations are done. It definitely needs spruced up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle around town was great.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and updated, had a fridge/microwave/kurig all very needed! Frent desk/ housekeeping Staff were super friendly and helpful. The ladies helping with breakfast were happy to help assist us with requests and had great positive attitude! We've never stay at Holiday Inn before but I was so satisfied with our stay we will definitely be booking with you guys again!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: It's a Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location near the ballpark was great. Now that that's out of the way, what you want to know is what makes this place better than the rest. You learn a lot about a hotel when the staff is under duress. How do they perform? What is their temperament, their professionalism. I saw it on 8/3/15. Housekeeping was short staffed and the linens came back late from the cleaners. There was a line of impatient people waiting to check in at 6:00pm and their were no rooms that were ready. All the staff could do was apologize and give away upgrades. But through it all, the staff remained polite, positive and helpful. The manager was called and he came and addressed the line of impatient people and explained what was happening. You know what he was doing before he came over? He was folding towels and helping out where he could. This is the place you want to stay. They will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable even when they are having one of the worst days possible.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place has it all. Great location, amenities, and staff was super friendly and helpful.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I did not stay at this hotel due to overbooking. booked reservation through Kyak on Saturday 8/8/15; received e-mail later in the afternoon indicating hotel was full; I was informed Kyak booked a room at another hotel which was about 39 miles from current location which was unacceptable. I was able to book at Hampton Inn on McKnight Rd directly myself. I am disappointed in reservation desk at Hampton Inn-Downtown and Kyak for not recommending McKnight Rd location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Came to the Hampton Inn to see a DJ at STATIC nightclub which was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Wonderful stay, our two queen and sofa suite was HUGE! The pool & HOT tub were very pleasant. Soo glad we booked a room here, had a fantastic night in Pittsburg!
Cons: Nada!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to everything, free parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing! Best price, location, and comfort. Has free parking for hotel guests which is amazing since most parking in Pittsburgh is valet or pay to park. Since you have free parking you can walk anywhere in downtown- amazing! Great staff! I had to check in earlier to get ready for my cousin's wedding and they were very accommodating. I haven't stayed in this nice of a hotel and great price, during Labor Day weekend mind you, in a very long time. Also they have a small market in the hotel and complimentary coffee all day! Good coffee with options.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast but it was included and had basic breakfast options.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful as well. Breakfast was great and the location was an easy and short walk to the convention center and a number of restaurants. Will definitely book here again for future trips.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room and public areas were beautiful
Cons: Weak service staff; most of the electric blinds in room didn't work so couldn't open to enjoy view; housekeeping didn't clean room during our two day stay; ran out of toilet tissue (no extra in room) and called to request some be sent up – returned later to find a couple rolls left on the desk (empty bathroom roll not changed); A/C controls not calibrated, hard to control temp; water pressure in shower pathetically weak. Front doors to hotel not set up to open to allow you to wheel in luggage easily. Front desk on 25th floor with no noticeable sign or attendant in ground floor lobby to explain where to go. Hotel has great potential, but doesn't have its game together yet.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, new and a good location for us. Great breakfasts and very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: We thought we remembered an ergonomic desk chair in the room from previous visits. We may be wrong, but, that would be a great help for people with back problems. Even if there were just a few chairs that could be used for people needing them.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not a 1 bedroom suite
Cons: We chose this hotels 1bedroom suite over another hotel because we wanted room for our child. Even after paying twice the price of a regular room we only received a very small room with a king bed and 4ft wide pullout couch. It was the size of a microtel

Pros: Room service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room clean; no smells or stains. Everything we used worked.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location to the venue I was attending was great. The price was a real value compared to other hotels in the area.
Cons: The room could have been a lot better sound proof as you could hear traffic noise and what was happining in the room next door. Also the toilet paper holder was missing out of the wall so toilet paper had to set on the tub.
7.0 Good
Pros: The clean up to date room.
Cons: Breakfast sucked. Getting into and out of the parking lot was not easy.
9.0 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The ambiance of the front lobby. Lots of stone and arches, Starbucks and a fancy restaurant if that is your thing. Brought us champagne for anniversary which was nice. Bed was crazy comfortable and I even liked the pillows.
Cons: No microwave in unit. Had a fridge but nothing to heat up food. And to get one required them to bring it to your room for $10. The restaurants and speak easy were expensive. Maybe that is me though. I guess I expected more based on the reviews.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Elegant and clean hotel with friendly staff.
Cons: Parking. Cost.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: When we checked in, we were told since we booked with an "outside" agency, we wouldn't get "credit" towards our Omni select membership, but we would still get free wifi and free coffee in the morning. However, I was delivered a bill with a charge for wifi. When I checked out, the woman at the desk was a bit brusque about it. She said we did not qualify for free wifi or coffee since we booked through an outside agency, but after I explained that's not what I was told on check-in, she then said she would give me a one time courtesy. I did not like how she handled this, and that's why I gave a three star for staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel.
Cons: They overbooked and had to send me to another hotel which wasn't nearly as nice. They did try to make it up to me but it was a huge nuisance to have to pack up and relocate after the first night at the Drury.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We loved the stay for Mother's Day there food was excellent 5 star the room was little pricey and valet is 34 dollars over night but was one hell of a time, they have a speak easy in down stairs we didn't get in due to closed on Sunday's but love to go next time, the room was a king suite it was nice the bathroom too was nice we had great stay
Cons: Id say my wife's favorite thing was the food she was in love with there breakfast and the waiter we had was great, the front desk got us reservations at capital grille around the block which was great, only thing we did want was to visit a spa the hotel didn't have one or a pool but we still had fun thanks see you again !!!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so beautiful. It is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to everything. The bed is so comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.
Cons: The staff was not always very friendly...very helpful but not friendly (with the exception of our bell hop). There is no parking. My bath tub had a loud dripping faucet (room 931).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a friendly accomidating staff. I would highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing
7.4 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym was one of the nicest of any hotel I'd been to.
Cons: The building lends itself to poor cell signals and the wi-fi is not free. Which is absurd. What year is it?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to everything. King suite made me feel at home. Old absolute beautiful. Starbucks on site. Staff friendly.
Cons: Parking 36 bucks. But your in the city
4.0 Okay
Cons: The faucet and outlet fell off during our stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great and having both the Tap Room, Terrace Room, and room service was nice. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby is beautiful too.
Cons: Some of the rooms were quite substandard and badly in need of renovation with absurdly tiny bathrooms. More like a 1-2 star level of hotel than supposedly 4. The hotel windows didn't seem to be the usual double paned, and let quite a bit of city noise in, especially as there was construction from 8am-7pm during the week. The floor were also noisy....it seemed like most guests felt a need to slam their hotel doors constantly. Also, the lack of a minibar in the room was quite odd for this level of hotel.
7.7 Good
Pros: beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated room, excellent location.
Cons: Faulty outlet that gave my husband a nasty shock and was out of order. Coffee pot was missing the basket to brew coffee and one in adjoining room didn't work either. $10 for a bottle of water?! Nothing is complementary anymore, is it?

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The staff, location, food, views, rooms, spa, etc. Top hotel
Cons: 2 things only. 15usd for wifi per day? Too expensive! It should have free wifi. And the parking, 32dls for the day, also very expensive. In others top hotels they dont charge you for that, its complementary, just like wifi. But here, is a rip off
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and amenaties were Excellent and every emmployee was attentive and efficient.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Definitely a top-notch hotel. Everything you would expect when staying somewhere at this price point.
Cons: I second the other comment about the nickel and diming. Valet and Wifi should be included in the cost of your stay. Also, I was very unimpressed by the food at the hotel bar, Andy's. I wouldn't have minded the fact it was so overpriced as can be expected at a hotel, but the Angus sliders had no taste. We should have made a quick walk over to Primanti Brothers which is only about 5 minutes away on the square.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice sized rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really nice spa and gym. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I would expect to find in fine lodging.
Cons: Only real complaint was finding a bucket of fried chicken (several days old) in the mini fridge of the room we stayed in....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful jazz ensemble on Friday evening was a nice surprise. Everything was great!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious and well adorned, view of the stadium and river was beautiful, and the building itself has a sleek elegance that can't be overstated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at Habitat and Andy's, while expensive, was delicious. We stayed for the first time on Valentine's day and plan on doing the same next year.
Cons: The price is excessive, nearly $400 for one night. While you certainly get what you pay for, I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you can justify this kind of expenditure as it really is a one a year kind of splurge for us. You also have to pay for wi-fi ($15 a day) which is just silly considering the cost to stay.
