Pros: Overall a nice place to stay. Room was relatively clean. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was outstanding. Pool was relatively clean.
Cons: Check-in took way too long. The last thing you want at 10pm after 5 hours in the car with kids is to spend another half hour standing at the front desk waiting. Water pressure was terrible. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was good,
Cons: The hotel was old musty and many orders. I told them I could not be around smoke. they lied and said none of the rooms have smoke. It was so bad that i called the desk. later in the evening. They said they would put us in another room but we had already used an entire can of lysol spray.we were very tired.

Pros: Location Pool was OK Staff was courteous.
Cons: Musty smell in rooms. Hot breakfast was free but not good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the interstate and Peoria
Cons: It was a non smoking room but did have a smell of smoke in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The room had been smoked in and the smell was overwhelming. My wife child and I couldn't stay in that room.
Cons: The manager offered another room which also had a strong cigarette smell. I wouldn't let my family stay in this room either.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Property was off the highway, staff was friendly and the air conditioner worked well.
Cons: The property was very run down. Trash outside, torn bedding, and the shower curtain was too short to keep the water inside the shower! The on-site restaurant was closed the evening we arrived and they closed down the breakfast early the next morning. I was hoping to splurge a little on my last night traveling across the country but should have stayed in a Super 8.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Looks dirty and old. Even with upgrades it would not be my first choice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Standard breakfast is served at this restaurant which was included in the price. The on-site restaurant is an Irish pub but I did not eat at this establishment. There is a large Field behind the hotel in which to walk dogs.
Cons: I traveled to visit family and pick this hotel because it was pet friendly. I had an issue with my room and requested a new room and had no problem with an immediate change. The location is really good with restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores near. The pool is small but it is actually heated. This facility does not have a hot tub. There is a small workout area which is adequate and was clean. I used booking.com to request a room which was actually cheaper than calling the hotel itself. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The hotel is getting older and rooms have 2 doors, one opened to outside and one to the hotel..we had a room above making so much noise that we couldnt get to sleep till almost 2:30 a.m. and we called the front desk around midnight and it never got better. When we checked out the front desk just said "oh well" ..when we mentioned what happened the previous night.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is great, right off the expressway in Morton. Generally enjoy hotels with exterior, parking lot doors.
Cons: Can't explain why, but every time we stay here, or anyplace in this town, the rooms smell musty - like they've gotten wet and not properly dried and cleaned. Told this to front desk and the response was, "..what do you expect me to do about it?...". Hmmmm. Toilets are the SMALLEST I've ever seen and the lid keeps falling - quite painful, if you follow my drift. Lastly, the WIFI kept blipping out, forcing us to sign in over and over.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: All first floor rooms have exterior doors to parking lots. Thin walls. If you ever stay here, request a second floor room.

Cons: Wish breakfast would have been at 6:30, our tournament was at 7 so we missed breakfast. The new pump bottles in the shower were great this year, staff just needs to make sure they are at least half full. Our body wash was empty, it's not a big deal because we bought some while out. These are the only two things that we "didn't like", nothing that won't keep us from staying here again.

Cons: The bed in the room (218) that I was staying is not comfortable at all. You need to replace the mattresses.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is VERY comfortable - the room - the breakfast area - the pool - the patio - the atrium and all the greenery around the property. I've stayed here many times and continue to say it's the best Quality Inn I've ever seen.
Cons: The floor of our room was very dirty this time. It looked clean, and usually is, but walking on the carpet with bare feed left a lot of dark marks on our feet. It wasn't enough for me to call the front desk though - we just wore socks.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was amazing on every shift I had to interact with. Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect. Bed super comfy.
5.0 Okay
Pros: no but it was comfortable

Pros: Indoor pool and good breakfast.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean, the shower had great water pressure and the breakfast had decent options
Cons: The parking was terrible, not enough parking I’m not sure if they over booked but all the spots were taken we had to park on a side road near the hotel adjacent to another business and hope we didn’t get towed (thankfully we didn’t ).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean and the breakfast was good! The pillows are great for side sleeping but not so good for back sleeping.
Cons: The breakfast was very good but the utensils were too flimsy- couldn’t really cut off a bite of waffle with the plastic utensils provided.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee was the best concierge I've ever met in my life and I've traveled quite a lot.
Cons: I had a bit of a sticky floor, like the carpet had something spilled over the whole room.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location to the hospital.
Cons: The beds were hard. The room wasn't clean and it was outdated. The breakfast was the same everyday and eggs came out of a plastic baggie, microwaved, dumped into the container and then broke up with a spoon. The room I reserved wasn't even available.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Eggs fluffy sausage was good
Cons: No bacon
9.0 Excellent
Pros: cost & location
Cons: no
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: The staff was rude. The beds are hard as rocks, the pillows are euro pillows instead of bed pillows. The blanket on our bed was FILTHY dirty. The maid did not replace a empty kleenex box and the front desk was not able to help us get a box.

Pros: Very easy to check in and the staff is always reliable and efficient. The hotel is always clean.
4.2 Okay
Cons: We asked for ice and where told that we have to make our own ice using the suppled ice trays for Ice. Really? Who uses ice trays anymore. (Not even my Grandma) we where told if we want clean towels to bring the old towels to the front desk. Now that is just GROSS. No plastic bag to put them in or anything. Now the gross towels are now set on top of the reception counter for exchange. Even more GROSS. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in and it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. We will stay somewhere else every year for our convention from now on.

Cons: Breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was only pre packaged granola bars and muffins, etc. And coffee, tea bags were available as well. So I thought that was nice. It was better than nothing. Our room came with a kitchenette so we brought breakfast from nearby store to cook it in the room. That was great! The fridge and microwave provided in the room was a big asset as well.
Cons: I didnt like the price change. it was different from the first night. We were in town for a funeral, it was great to see all the family again. Although we needed to get back home, We might could've afforded to stay an extra night if the room price was consistent with the first night.

We ended up our eating at the bar right in front of the hotel. The food was so good. Try the fried catfish! There were two other restaurants nearby, but not so kid friendly. The breakfast was also wonderful. The area was kept so clean. My kids loved the pancake maker and I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Keep up the fantastic job!

Cons: We did not see that the water was something we had to purchase at $3 a bottle. I saw there was a tag around the top, but we did not read it; especially after being out at a concert and we opened them in the middle of the night. My suggestion would be to not put them in the room if you are going to charge someone for them. And at $300 a room, I would expect them to be free! Disappointed at that
