TV Channels did not work, no HBO
There were no HBO channels and in a few cases the line up on TV and the provided card seemed off. We called the front desk and rather than an apology, we were told that HBO had moved to Channel 26. It clearly did not. We decided not to pursue it, as we were tired. But it is frustrating! Also WIFI was very inconsistent and slow. I had some work to do on Sunday morning and lost connectivity several times.
It was great my kids ate free!
Infused water and coffee in lobby, bar area and parking. Room was clean and beds were comfy.
No cots available. Had a sick child that needed to sleep alone. We ended up having an adult sleep on the floor. Grab and Go breakfast was OK, but fruit looked a little too ripe and no cups were available for coffee..had to go to lobby. Tablecloths were not cleaned off. No one was around manning the station at all to clean or replenish.
Great hotel, Great location
Everything was great! Friendly at front desk and in bar/restaurant. Room was clean & big enough, coffee in lobby all day, restaurant had breakfast at $10 for adults & $5 for kids. All we needed was milk for our baby & they gave it to us for no charge. Hotel also had free grab & go breakfast.
Parking lot location was a little hard to find, but might've been my fault. It was fine.
Hot tub & pool
Check-in was nothing short of positive. I had used the Kayak app on my phone, not realizing I had the wrong dates. When I went to check-in, the young lady did everything to find a room, which was tough. Electric Forest was the next day. I was placed in a room, and didn't pay a cent extra.
Great experience overall. The continental breakfast was lacking, but I'm not big on hotel breakfasts.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were fairly large and we got a good rate.
There was no continental breakfast option (had to pay) and the top level of the parking garage was hard to navigate because of all the snow piles.
Restraunt was nice and conveniate.
Terrible access to lower parking garage. Elevators took for ever waiting on them sometimes up to 10 mins
