Pros: Great location
Cons: There was no fruit at the breakfast
6.2 Good
Pros: Easy to get too. Located close to major department stores , (Walmart & Meijer) and on the main road. Bed was very comfortable and room Had seating (couch) for us besides the desk chair.
Cons: Key stop working on the side door even after switching out key cards. Shower room to small, door has to be closed to sit on the toilet cause the TP is behind the door. Single person sink (counter wise). And most irritating thing of all.... I had to move the tv/fridge/microwave/dresser to flip the switch on the outlet surcharge box (recommended by front desk) cause my popcorn tripped it. 3times! Well popcorn burnt filling the room and eventually the hallway cause I opened the door (lmao) with the stench. Oh and not to forget they had 1 elderly man working the breakfast area that could not keep up leaving people pissed. Poor guy! I will probably go somewhere else next time!
6.0 Good
Pros: The drywall in the bathroom was falling apart and the trim around the door was rotten from moisture. The TV was too small. This is 2017 and larger than a 32 inch would be nice. It was hard to watch! I know this hotel stays busy, therefore some maintenance should be done.

Pros: service
Cons: bathroom and carpet

6.3 Good
Pros: Restraunt was nice and conveniate.
Cons: Terrible access to lower parking garage. Elevators took for ever waiting on them sometimes up to 10 mins
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Infused water and coffee in lobby, bar area and parking. Room was clean and beds were comfy.
Cons: No cots available. Had a sick child that needed to sleep alone. We ended up having an adult sleep on the floor. Grab and Go breakfast was OK, but fruit looked a little too ripe and no cups were available for coffee..had to go to lobby. Tablecloths were not cleaned off. No one was around manning the station at all to clean or replenish.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: There were no HBO channels and in a few cases the line up on TV and the provided card seemed off. We called the front desk and rather than an apology, we were told that HBO had moved to Channel 26. It clearly did not. We decided not to pursue it, as we were tired. But it is frustrating! Also WIFI was very inconsistent and slow. I had some work to do on Sunday morning and lost connectivity several times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great my kids ate free!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Check-in was nothing short of positive. I had used the Kayak app on my phone, not realizing I had the wrong dates. When I went to check-in, the young lady did everything to find a room, which was tough. Electric Forest was the next day. I was placed in a room, and didn't pay a cent extra.
Cons: Great experience overall. The continental breakfast was lacking, but I'm not big on hotel breakfasts.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were fairly large and we got a good rate.
Cons: There was no continental breakfast option (had to pay) and the top level of the parking garage was hard to navigate because of all the snow piles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! Friendly at front desk and in bar/restaurant. Room was clean & big enough, coffee in lobby all day, restaurant had breakfast at $10 for adults & $5 for kids. All we needed was milk for our baby & they gave it to us for no charge. Hotel also had free grab & go breakfast.
Cons: Parking lot location was a little hard to find, but might've been my fault. It was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub & pool

Pros: The breakfast was small but it had a waffle maker, and they had HBO in the room.

Cons: Pillows were small throw pillows. Insufficient electrical outlets.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: All towels were stained, bed sheets dirty as well as the shower. Smelled of cigarettes and there were spiders an bugs everywhere. Disgusting never again, wasted my money .. Almost bought another hotel.
4.2 OK
Pros: Relatively cheaper price but if I had to spend more than the 7hrs I was there, I would have opted to pay 10-20 more for a cleaner place.
Cons: Staff was the usual "I hate my job" attitude but checked me in in a timely fashion. I rented a non-smoking room but there was a faint smell of cigarettes right when I walked in. I thought maybe it was coming from somewhere else but I found what was an obvious cigarette burn on the comforter. I even took a few pictures of it. Too tired to complain as I arrived around midnight, I just slept on the other side of the bed. Bathroom smelled like urine, was not pleasant so I just skipped a shower altogether.

Cons: When I tried to check in the office was locked. I tried back later and same result. I called and manager stated she is cleaning room 5 so either look for her there or in office. Checked both and still nobody there. As I got in my car, manager came out of office stating she was on phone. I checked in. Temp in room was 60 degrees. Heater not working. I went to office. It was locked again. I am walking away and manager calls after me that she is on phone again. She says she'll look at heater. She comes later and starts it up. Later that night room is cold again. Heater not warming up. I'm not gonna deal with this. I left at 4 am and slept in my car st city park.

Pros: The price was great and the size of the room was cool.
Cons: The room was unfinished and the minifridge was still in the box, not too big of a deal. It seemed like a couple of guys bought an old hotel and didn't finish renovating before they opened their doors. I still enjoyed my stay.
