9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just a few walks from the station. I always prefer hotel near the station. The room is clean as well. Modern design. I didnt try the onsen however as I already had enough at other hotel with private onsen. The room size is compacted however. But considering the great price and its high quality decorations the room size will not deduce much score. Just to make sure to book a bigger room if it does matters.
Cons: The room size is so cute.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: free spa and ramen, great views for Fuji mountain.
Cons: a bit noisy while train passing
7.0 Good
Pros: Fuji mountain view, onsen, close to Mishima railway station.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The onsen bath was very nice! The view was amazing.
Cons: I would have preferred a somewhat softer mattress.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient being very close to the station and local shops and restaurants. I stayed to goto Gotemba premium outlet - you can catch a bus from outside the station. There was a bath facility on the roof which was clean and lovely.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: For the price this place was great value, opposite the train station and a shopping mall. Parking was next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A brand new, yet reasonably priced facility - super modern!
Cons: Location: It is good that the hotel is located close to the station but at the north side, and having to cross the long station to the south side where most tourist attractions are was problematic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and their English was very good. We were in one of the deluxe rooms and I'm so glad I decided to go with the deluxe, the room was standard size, a really large bed, massage chair and large TV. What made it for me was the bathroom, it was a lot larger then other bathrooms in Japanese hotels I've stayed in, the bath was more like a western bath so I could lay down in it but was still quite deep like Japanese baths. There was a handheld shower and an amazing waterfall shower. There were also all the amenities you could need in the bathroom, much better stocked then the hotels back home. The staff let us leave our bags with them before check in and if we'd needed to we could have left them after check in too. They also gave us a complimentary sheet mask upon check in, we felt very pampered! Numazu is a lovely city that I will certainly be returning to and when I do I won't hesitate to book a room at this hotel again.
Cons: Wish we could have been on the other side of the building as that side had an amazing view of Mt Fuji!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodation could not have been better. The staff spoke English fluently which made checking in exceptionally easy. Service was top notch. The rooms were well appointed and quite large, by Japanese standards. The location is very convenient to Numazu Station so transportation was very easy.
Cons: Nothing. The stay was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! The bed was comfortable and pyjamas were prepared
Cons: Nothing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Neat and clean hotel. Good location for touring the Mt Fuji, Hakone, and the coastal areas - but outside the major tourist area, so there was some excellent places to eat right nearby, that were frequented by locals which is always a good sign.
Cons: The beds were really hard.

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a good location in Numazu City, about a 10 min walk from the Numazu train station and a short walk from the shopping arcade. Staff was helpful and spoke good English, which was great. Breakfast was good, comprising mostly Japanese breakfast items but with a good selection of Western-styled items and an egg-station, which is something we don't usually see for such hotels.
Cons: The facilities, while clean, could use a good refresh. The rooms were dated and looked like they had not been refurbished for a number of years.

Cons: the bed was incredibly firm. this may only be a problem if you don't sleep on hour back
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a riverbank downtown hotel within walking distance of station. Easy to find. An upscale modern hotel
Cons: Parking was underground and charged. Could not find access to begin with down the side of hotel. No onsen or computer corner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of Numazu Riverside Hotel is very near to ootemachi shop street (大手町商店街). The scenic view of the hotel is very nice, especially if you choose the seaside view, the scene will be a masterpiece during sunset.
Cons: Some facilities are quite old. Bathroom Ventilation does not work. Although there are a visible vent on top of the bathtub, there is no visible switch to turn it on. That means a very moist bathroom after taking bath, and will take long time to dry off.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Mt. Fuji views with decent price. Helpful and courteous staff who can speaks fluent English. Easy to reach the city's main shopping street.
Cons: Thermostat inside the room didn't worked well. Some of the room facilities were quite old and seems not to be fully tidied.

Cons: The room is small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful, they even went way past above and beyond in taking care of us. We had issues with my luggage being lost and delays getting off of the plane which had us running behind schedule to the Inn 2.5hours. We sent an e-mail saying that we were running very late from the above reasons and rushed over via train a.s.a.p. by the time we finally made it they were still waiting for us. The first night alone they took great care of us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated in a very good spot near the station, some shopping and even a convenience store right next door! Included breakfast is a very big plus and their breakfast is of really good quality. There's also a free 3-hour bicycle rental, but not everyone seems to know that. Numazu is best explored on a bicycle, so please enquire about it!
7.0 Good
Pros: They have small things such as hair pin, cotton etc to provide, this is good.

Pros: I liked the location and the calm traffic.
Cons: The bathroom was too small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, close to the station, and not far from restaurants. Overall, happy with the room and the price. Great for an overnight stay. Hotel lobby had a map referencing all the "Love Live! Sunshine!" places in the area (we didn't realise that was what Numazu was known for until we arrived).
Cons: Buffet breakfast was a bit crowded in the morning. There was a short wait before we were allowed in. Otherwise, no real complaints, though our room was right in front of the elevator, so there was a little noise from other guests at times.

Pros: Very close to the Mishima station.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is slightly opposite the train station, about 5-7 mins walk away.

Cons: None.
6.3 Good
Pros: Coffee was good Location was good Wi-Fi great Clean Nice staff
Cons: The bed was ridiculously small! The room was ridiculously small We aren't big people, the bed was smaller than an Australian double bed, equivalent to a king single
6.7 Good
Pros: The front reception area is clean and looks modern. Location is great and next to many parks and the station. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean.
Cons: Our room’s shower head (room 510) had a crack in it so the water wasn’t working properly. They changed our room no problem. The new room had pajamas for us but there were stains on them. I had to change them. Pillow kind of smells like cigarettes. And they left my room door wide open with my belongings inside when they finished cleaning it. Maybe they’re trying to air out the room, but at least close the door and keep it secured?

Pros: The bathing area is separated from the toilet which is nice and spacious. The facilities look new.
Cons: The sunlight leaked in to the beds early in the morning. It could've been better if the beds weren't situated under the windows or if the window shades could be tightly sealed. Windows cannot be opened in the room so there's an unpleasant odour even with the air filter turned on.
