    Historic Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast is a bed and breakfast near New Braunfels and Gruene, Schlitterbahn, antique shopping, restaurants, Texas wineries, and Gruene Hall & River Road Icehouse. Enjoy a relaxing stay in an informal atmosphere on 43 acres, and our buildings include an 1847 German pioneer home, an original 1863 one-room schoolhouse, and our Deer Haven Cottage. Total facilities include 10 rooms each with a private bath (4 with Jacuzzi tubs), heat, AC, TV, a coffee pot (coffee/tea) & a refrigerator. All reservations are by phone (9-9pm).BREAKFAST: Early risers can relax with a cup of hot coffee or tea as early as 7 am (or enjoy it in your room). Breakfast is included in the room rental beginning at 9 am., and it is served in our large dining room. Our large hot breakfast may include an egg dish, fresh fruit, fresh meat, homemade breads, potato dishes & condiments. We have a different menu each day.BUILDING #1: THE DEER HAVEN COTTAGE is new with 900 sq. ft, with 2 queens and a twin bed, living room, full kitchen, a marble shower & Jacuzzi bath & a large covered patio. Great for 2-5 guests (*and pet friendly).BULDING #2: THE HISTORIC KUEBLER WALDRIP HAUS is a wonderful early Texas German pioneer home that was first owned by Francois Guilbeau, a French wine merchant credited with saving the vineyards in the 1850's. It now has 5 rooms.BUILDING #3: THE DANVILLE SCHOOLHOUSE is an original 1863 Comal County school with 4 rooms & sleeps 10-14.
