Would’ve been nice to know that all New York Downtown parking is valet and a family van is considered oversized and will be charged $30 extra.

Beds were comfortable. It was quiet on the 16th floor. Snacks available in the lobby area. We were given a fan after finding out we could not adjust our thermostat. Convenient location to restaurants and theaters.
The thermostat for the room was not adjustable. The window only opened about 3 inches from the bottom and no air came into the room. However, once housekeeping provided us with a fan, we were able to cool down the room the second night.
