the gym is very hot and the ceiling of the gym is low.
the staff were very fiendly and accommodating. Steve in particular was great to us. The warm cookies on arrival were magic!!! Location of the hotel is magic, with the subway only 5 m across the road.
Bed was very comfortable - A/C was was in good working order-- Hotel Staff were (especially for NYC) helpful and pleasant.
No coffee maker in the room. (Though there's a Starbucks across the street)
Sometime there was a Bellboy at the entrance to help with the luggage!!
Every request had to be repeated 3-4 times
