It worth the cost
The hotel is well located with easy access to the main NYC attractions. The staff is very friendly with a special mention to a manager called Sylvia, she was very kind and provided all the support to me and my wife to be accommodated and enjoy our weekend in NYC. There wasn't any signal of bed bugs, what was a concern due to the information from the other reviews that I had checked on Google. The noise inside the room is just what you can expect when you are visiting a city like NY.
The room cleanliness could be improved a little bit. It's not bad but there's opportunity to do better.

COULDN’T ADJUST THE TEMP OF THE ROOM - although it was very cold outside, the room was boiling. We had to open a window to get the temp down. Also, some deferred maintenance issues - bathroom door had peeling paint.
We made our check in and receive the room key. The room that was given to us were for disable people. We made a complaint and the concierge said - as we made our reservation trough Expedia they will give us the room that they have. After we complaint again they change our room in the next day.
Wouldn't accommodate us for early check in, neither the day off or the week before when I called to ask. Room never got cleaned. They had wrong information (address, phone number) attached to our reservation
The room I booked online was not available. Room needed some extensive repairs -- clear evidence of water damage in the bathroom.
Ok hotel but I think I could have found one better
Location was really good.
My room didn't have a/c and made it hard to sleep. No water pressure while taking a shower. Told the front desk and they acted like they didn't care.
We book a double bed but they reserved one king size. However, the staff was able to roll in a bed which was comfortable. The place was incredibly crowded and the bellmen were understaffed, but they worked hard to accommodate us and others. Bravo.
Loved the location Interior appeared a bit old/out dated Perfect for us, used hotel to sleep and toured city most of the day Enjoyed the bar before Broadway

Clean and convenient location.
NYPD and NYFD right next door so you might hear sirens at all hours.
Not bad for the price
It was a nice hotel and the staff was all very nice, the free wifi doesn't work and the "premium" wants you to pay $15 a day. The location was great.
