Friendly Staff , Not so clean
The staff was really nice and quick when I called except for one time I had called for a bucket of ice to keep the kids milk cool .I would’ve used the fridge but it was very warm and humid in the cooler which had drinks for purchase. I liked that we received a $30 credit for the bar/lounge area we bought the truffle fries and Mac and cheese AMAZING !! The waitress looked like she was having a bad day only down side .
This place has so much potential but the cleanliness is what ruined it for me. The bathroom :( !!! The drain was so gross I literally gagged just in and out shower. The pull out bed looked like someone had slept in it before there was hair and stains on the sheets. I called for new ones still had stains on it but you can tell it was washed at that point I was tired and over it the kids where restless so I just let it go. The ice machine on the floor was broken and so was the walls where the ice machine was located. I wish the place matched the staff because they where really helpful and nice but certain things are beyond their control.
Front desk staff just OK
Bed was comfortable.
Front desk staff member who checked us in was rude. I wouldn't stay again because of this.
Room was clean. Convenient location.
Check in took over two hours with only two people at the desk. Took half my day dealing with the process. Front desk manager didn’t seem to care. When you call to check on your room, they send tryouts voicemail. One working elevator out of 4. Had to wait 20 minutes for elevator. If you are there for a short time, this hotel isn’t worth it.
Its a beautiful hotel, the staff was super nice, the location was very convenient.
We paid extra for a "Wonderful" room - supposedly larger, with city views, but when we arrived, we were disappointed by the view of the wall. We were told no other views were available. Our room had a constant fan going in the bathroom - quite loud and no way to turn it down. The room was small, and yet a large display of snacks took up most of the horizontal surface. The flat screen TV was mounted on a large pole in the corner of the room: one had to pivot it to get around to the bed- a tight squeeze. When our room was made up, they forgot to give us drinking glasses and facecloths. And on our last night, we received a call from the front desk at 6:32 AM, by mistake. Needless to say, we don't plan to return. W..t.f...
There's better hotels for the price
staff and service
We had three rooms for 3 days and neither one of the families staying were pleased with the cleanest of the rooms, specially the bathrooms. The assistance at the front desk was way under what luxury hotel will provide. The staff was not to the standards of the price of the hotel nor of a well trained staff.
I like the food & drinks at the bar/lounge area downstairs and the waitress was nice.
The front staff was disrespctfull and they took an hr to bring my car out from the garage area . Room was small and tigth.
Location location location!
Somehow got the only hotel in NYC that didn't have a warm holiday feel to it.
Very clean and professional.
I reserved a room with 2 beds and they had no more left at the time of check in and then the best they could do is one queen. I was traveling with my brother in law and was not comfortable sharing the bed. They could not even offer a cot.
