9.2 Excellent
Pros: I was a solo traveller staying in Room 108. The room was big, the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. Air con worked perfectly (if you needed it). Shower water pressure was great, & hit water was unlimited. Complimentary bottles of water in room. Also, you had two writing desks in room.
Cons: The hotel’s WiFi network was extremely weak in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly staff,?good service and super location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great property on the edge of downtown. Very clean, confortable room and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The check in was easy. I arrived a day earlier than my reservation which was no problem getting a room. The staff was extremely friendly although they didn't speak much English which is expected in these smaller Puebla Magico towns in Mexico. That aside, I speak very little Spanish and had no difficulty getting a room a day earlier than my reservation or getting ice or food from the restaurant. Also, the hotel had a very lovely breakfast buffet type thing set up in the morning which was very good and the presentation was above what I experienced in Mexico City at the Hilton.
Cons: Can't think of anything.....the weather wasn't that great but that was not the hotel's fault!
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good and the valet parking worked perfectly. The hotel backs onto church, the dome and tower of which provide a nice backdrop to the central patio. The restaurant was open in the evening, with a nice adjacent bar. The food was very acceptable. The staff were all very helpful.
Cons: One could almost as well have been in a United States rather than a Mexican hotel, but that is presumably the way the Mision chain wants it to be. The towels were small and thin.
