The hotel is located near many much better places.
The floor was wet. The room smelled moldy. There were no towels and it took hours to get any. The poor service at check-in was better than no service at check out.
Worst stay in Orlando
Close to everything we wanted to do
The bed was dirty and covered with black hair. New sheets were brought in and handed to us, but not put on. No apologies made. The TV didn't work and the staff was unaccommodating . The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the placement and how easy it was to get to everything. Would NEVER stay here again.
Check in time at 4pm,arrive there 3 she said u have to wait...i ask do u have rooms empty, she said we do ,pay me 30$,and i give u room, never seen that in my life... Inside not even 1 towel,i call, she daid ok 15 min, after like 30 min,i went doen myself, found housekeepeng department, and gor towels bymyself.... Im 32 and travel a lot never ever i saw that before... Up to u guys, maybe i was just not lucky that day...
I just like the location behind the Orlando Eye
The room didn't had towels, front desk don't answer the phone, we were sharing the room with a few families of roaches and it didn't had hot water. So we left the first night
This hotel is close to everything Orlando and the surrounding areas have to offer. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff is friendly. There is a nice pool and, the onsite restaurant has excellent food. We love the late check out!
Paying for internet.
My wife and I enjoyed this hotel, we even added another night here instead of checking into another hotel. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the rooms are updated and look beautiful and, we had a great view of the Orlando Eye upon opening our room door. Yes, if you want to do nothing but pick a room apart, you will see every flaw. We did NOT see bugs or have any unpleasant smells in our room. The room was clean and updated. We were not bothered when we placed the "Do Not Disturb" on the door and, housekeeping even left towels and washcloths in a bag on the door for us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting the look and feel of a higher priced room without the high price (we did find a great online deal.) The Orlando Eye is right across the road and, you are in close proximity to many gift shops, restaurants, and parks.
The cable needs fixed.

The location is good.
The staff was not helpful, my keycards did not work until the third time the front desk keyed them, they never answered the phone when I called, the phone in the room did not work, I had no towels when I checked in, the room was not organized when I checked in, security was called to help me get into my room and they never showed up, etc...
Needs health and safety inspection
Horrible stay from start to finish. The stairwells smelled of urine. Our first room had mold in the bathroom, brown stains on the comforter, stains on the wall, the safe had a huge whole in it where it was busted open, and we were itchy from laying on the beds. Marijuana smell came through the adjoining room late at night along with loud banging on the outside doors at 1:00am. We asked to change rooms the next morning. Management was apathetic to our complaints. Our second room was slightly cleaner, but didn't have a working TV, no phone, no fridge, no hot water, no towels, and the toilet ran all night. Also, when we moved our things from the first room, found all of our items were stolen from the fridge by house keeping. Dealing with the hotel situation took away from our vacation. Worst hotel accommodations we've ever experienced! This place needs a health and safety inspection!!!
I enjoyed the location, it was close to a lot of places that were walking distance.
Things not working in the room, after asking for it to be fixed and not resolving the problems. Housekeepers just walking in your room. No hot water when showering. Front desk seem to have a attitude while checking in. Toilet was hard to flush and dirty walkways.
Lack of towels and washcloths. Several nights without either.
Close but rooms need upgrades BAD
Pool and location
Rooms, first room had no hot water and AC was broken these are just the major issues. We were given a comp and room change. The second room had a bad smell of mold so we had to keep the door closed at all times. Check in location was difficult to find.
No washcloths, staff act like they didn't know what was going on, constantly changing front office staff, maids were rude
