we enjoyed the location and room price yes the brekfast was poor for the price, most continental brekfst are close
This hotel had a lot of ammenities, was close to Universal and was overall great for the price.
Value for money, breakfast included
I particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel and its proximity to Universal studios. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The only slight problem we had with the hotel was the discount card we received. On looking at the card we assumed we were entilted to free entry to the cinema and the staff told us that this appeared to be the case. When we went to the cinema we were told that we should have received a discount voucher that entited us to a free drink. Although this was not a major problem, it was slightly embarrassing and the process should be explained to reception staff.
The view was fine. Comfortable room with small refrigerator & microwave oven. Shuttle to main attractions. Clean room, free local calls. The building was a little old and parking lot a little bit limited.
the hotel was ok, not very special one. big room, clean. annoying pizza advertising, the hotel staff was not very helpful.
nice pool and good breakfasts
All staff are friendly and willing to help.
Microwave oven and refrigerator facilities; washmachine room. To decrease the noise of the ventilator in the washroom; fix the intermitent noise of the TV set.
The location of the hotel The room was not clean.. The staff entered to the room without notice for to repair the bathroom.. But, they left the bathroom very dirty.. The air condition was not working properly.. The breakfast was very poor..
very good location and swimming pool dinner at the hotel
Pool is nice, great location There are two buildings; one is new and the other is in desperate need of updating. Sink handle fell of whilr washing my hands. Maintenance came in and put it back on telling me not to move it so much. There is no fan in the bathroom and parts of the celing and starting to come off. The AC unit is also extremely loud and does not cool the room. Be sure to request the new building cause the old one is terrible.
The room smelled so bad and the sheets were not clean Bad hotel
really close to Universal and Wet and Wild only one shuttle to Universal
Stayed only one night so we did not have the chance to use all facilities but it was a good first impression.
Ubicacion muy buena, buen servicio es recomendable para pasar vacaciones y visitarar los parques pq Queda cerca de los diferentes atracciones. Deben incluir en el desayuno más obciones.
The hotel was very central, everybody was extremely friendly including staff and guests. There was a fridge and a microwave provided which were extremely handy when travelling with a toddler. The vending machines in the hotel also provided drinks at a cheaper rate than the shops. The hotel provided a safe place to store luggage after check out. There was an adjoining door in our room that led to another hotel room.We could hear absolutely everything from the room next door. House keeping was fantastic the first week but very lazy when the staff changed over the second week.Glasses weren't replaced, floor not hoovered, toilet paper not provided, bins not emptied etc.The freezer in the room didn't keep food frozen, all melted very quickly.
It was convenient for where we needed to go whilst there, within walking distance of Universal. Breakfast
Quite a basic hotel but the staff were helpful and polite. Comfortable and good size room.
The quietness The pillows are to big, the air conditioner did not work very well and the refrigirator either.
Almost everything Elevators accessibility with the card
very clean and hotel staff were very nice and helpful, ideal loation for wet and wild adventure park.
Was too dirty, the bed, the towels. The walls were without painting and de ceiling too. I don't recommend this hotel ever.
The pool was nice and clean, however most of the lounge chairs were tore so bad that they were unusable. Very close to some nice restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. If you are only there to sleep a great value, but do not expect anything else. The staff speaks English poorly. Trying to get extra towels took an act of Congress. The grounds are pretty, but people who stayed there were pigs and threw garbage all over the place. There was no staff around that picked it up, so we did. This place needs some serious updating.
rooms near to farking not sufficient tv chanels available
Location Days Inn charge Parking fee,but i dont have car.
Dirty outsite the building. Did not like anything
Nothing that I like. I had so much to say about hate I didn't like anything. Room was massy, bedbugs, and so much that I can't explain. So if anybody wants to face those problems they are more than welcome.✌
Housekeeper did good job. I couldn't get into the room because lock was broken. Maintenance had to replace it. I had to request a TV remote control and shower to be fixed. I got remote control. Shower was not repaired.
The staff assigned my room to someone else then somebody walked in my room while i waa watching tv
Only thing I enjoyed were the two delightful workers from the cafe, Michael and Carlos. They were kind and welcoming. The cafe was always clean and neat. It offered a decent amount of items which were beneficial. It was also a nice place to get away and sit while drinking your morning coffee. Michael and Carlos always greeted you with smiles and good morning greeting. They talked to everyone who came in and treated everyone with so much professionalism. Definitely, the best part of this inn. Everything!!! My stay was a last minute unexpected thing. I called to book a room for a few days. They were charging me over $125.00 per night and they said it would cost more for the weekend. I hung up and check for kayak prices and got it priced at $43.00 per night. When I arrived I could clearly see the inn needed massive repairs. I was hoping the room would be better but it was worse. When you opened the door you are greeted with an overwhelming smell. It smelled like mold and mildew. It also had a wet, musty, humid feel. The bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper, and I don't mean number one!!!! The toilet would leak water from the side every time you flushed. The shower curtain was disgusting and extremely to long. When in the shower the dirty diaper smell was even more pungent. The lamp shades were either filthy, burnt, or they were covered in mold but there was no way I was going to touch it to find out. There were holes everywhere and to top it off I had a few I unwelcomed visitors, for example, roach #1, 2, & 3!!!! Disgusting. The inn was also occupied by let's say, seedy looking people. You could clearly see what they were doing was illegal. As an added bonus people who were not patrons would walk on the grounds harassing patrons for money and cigarettes. Didn't feel safe by any means but one could say it was safe because the Cops were always on the scene due to shady activity. I mean after a while I was beginning to think they had a police department in the inns lobby. My overall experience with this Days Inn was horrific. Only positive aspect of my stay at this inn was the two gentlemen who worked in the cafe, Michael and Carlos. They were welcoming and polite and always greeted you with smiles. The cafe was always clean and smelled great. Besides that, definitely, worst inn I've ever stood in.
I like the access to the pool the first thing I do in the morning is hoping in the pool just perfect It has been my third time staying there but it has changedone so what from behind. All the rooms should be renovated
This hotel is close to attractions. 12 mins from Universal y 20 from Disney. 1hour to Cocoa Beach The rooms, are dark, the carpet stunk, we found a small cockroach between the towels, a grasshopper death on the carpet. The bathroom
Location, public areas (decor and ambience), Express Passes for the parks. New bedroom decor is a disaster. Feels like a 70s nightmare and cheapens what used to feel like a luxury hotel. Same goes for the corridors leading to the rooms. The building of the Saphire Falls also ruins the outlook of the hotel. It used to feel like an idyllic South Pacific getaway. Now the view reminds you that you're just in another hotel block, so that special feel has gone. Lastly, charging to park in the hotel car park? Really? That really is fleecing your guests. over the years I've stayed at this hotel probably half a dozen times. I won't be back unless things change.
This is our go to hotel for Orlando. We go twice a year and always stay here. It's a short walk to universal (20 mins). Pool gets the sun most of the day and there is plenty of space. The rooms have recently been redecorated and recarpeted. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Plenty of space for clothing for our extended stays. Hairdryers are good as is the shower. Maid service is outstanding and rooms are extremely well maintained daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love this hotel!!! That I had to go home and leave this place.
the rooms were quite comfortable the no smoking in the room
The room was pet friendly in the small motel,, recently redone and an amazing value for the price I paid for two nights. A great value if you need a pllace that takes a dog, although they do charge a ten dollar a night fee and have a fifty pound limit, which is not mentioned on Booking.com The water in the shower was not hot enough and the pay per view movies did not work, maintenance could not fix it and never did return with another box. The TV an old model.
Great location - lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Facilites in hotel very adequate. No kettle!
Hotel was in a good location on International Drive near Wet and Wild and plenty of resturants, shops etc. Rooms were clean and we received clean towels every day, also towels available at pool for guests use. Good value buffet breakfast available and hotel also has a bar, games rooms and shop. Free shuttle bus to Universal Studios and Seaworld.
For the price, this is exceptional value for money. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for such a cheap rate? Everything you need, great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!!
good beds, good location and the free wifi
Price, location, good breakfast for fair price Staff not the quickest/friendliest, warning texts around the hotel gave an impression of unsafety
Good location, good clean room, idea base as jumping off point to universal/disney parks
We consider this hotel offers value for money and we found the staff very helpful, however, the rooms are basic. The location is great if you are intending to visit Universal IOA & US. Wet & Wild is just a few minutes walk away. Whilst we didn't use it an I-Ride Trolley stop is right outside the Hotel, if you are renting a car access to the I-4 Freeway is vey close by.
Cheap but good
A very good hotel for the price and location. good service, good food (breakfast-kids eat free)
Customer service was outstanding! the rooms was Very nice!
good Location, quiet hotel, near Ihop and denny's clean room, staff helpful, complimentary internet, also possibilities to fax or print, small convenience possibilities, during week newspaper, enough parking lots, can enter hotel in different ways with key, so secure. walking distance wet and wild, near to interstate 4. breakfast can be included
Service Colin and Libby rock that tiki bar every night, great service, great times!
Location and staff were the best The bed, the exact bad you wouldn't want with a bad back
good breakfast, not far from universal park nothing
The staff was very accomadating, I always try to stay at Hilton properties because I feel comfortable that I will have no problems: best accomadations ( the beds). None
The hotel was very nice with a bar and swimming pool outside, where we could have a beer and relax after a long day in any of the theme parks. It's a 5 minute drive from the gates of Universal Studios, and the Wet 'N' Wild theme park is within walking distance. If we're coming back to Orlando we will stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is good for the price and it's in a good location. The beds are comfortable. The shower is decent. The pool looks nice. The hotel needs some renovation. The carpet is worn and wasn't vacuumed before my stay. It has a slightly musty smell and they had a dehumidifier in my room. They charged an extra "facilities" fee when I checked in even though I wasn't planning to, and didn't, use any of the facilities.
For a Movie theme hotel. Their wasn't no movie channels. At least offer movies. Make no sense. They need to change their name.
Ok for the price. Needed to pay a $100.00 refundable deposit that would take more than two weeks before it will bet credited back to my account. In my opinion too long for the credit and that's was no information or notice about this charge.
close to parks price cheap rooms are just OK
The Staff weren't terribly rude when I made it clear I was not happy This was listed as a 3 star hotel. It clearly is not. I actually left and went to a Ramada that cost just about as much, and was way better. The place is really run down. They try to mask water damage or smoke smell with shampoo that makes the whole place smell really strongly, in a very bad way. I pulled back the covers on the bed and there was dirt on the sheets - not stains, actual pieces of dirt on the bed. Grout was filthy, things run down, it was just a really trashy place. The beds were terribly worn and uncomfortable.
Close to Universal Studios t
It was clean, very close to Universal and an excellent value for the price The $100 dollar deposit was weird, but it dropped off of my bank account in a few days
Convinient location Quality of room, beds are too small for 2 people to sleep.listed on website for two beds for 4 people to stay, but uncomfortable twin size beds. Bathroom condition poor smells like molds in bathrooms. Insufficient supply of bath towels.
They didnt clean the rooms for three days, not even when requested. Front desk didn't care
The restaurant is great. There was roaches on the bed I couldn't sleep my last night there.
well located. service is very bad, not recommend well located. service is very bad, not recommend
Dirty hotel with a bunch of live and dead cockroaches. Unlivable condition.
The comfort of the beds. Location to International Drive.
Close to all facilities
Not just value for money but far more comfortable than expected. I will surely come again and recommend to friends.
Location and rooms were ok. Breakfast was not very good, just a couple of items.
Friendly personell, breakfast sufficient, big pool Rooms smell of smoke, even the nonsmoker-rooms. I assume, guests didn't pay attention to the rules of nonsmoking.
The location is good. The room are well appointed and the bed is comfortable and welcoming. It was a good value and the visual appeal of the room was fine but could not cover an overall dampness and unappealing aroma.
There is a good bar around the corner. Good and cheap food in the Dennys next door The room had a funny smell. The heater smoked and set off the fire alarm. The preferred partner pizza delivery company had never heard of the hotel despite taking our order. 90 minute wait for the delivery resulting in a canceled order and a quick visit to the aforementioned Dennys for take away.
Clean confort location Breakfast
staff were very polite. Note 100% for the cleaners. They are very polite The smell. I know it is hard but that was the first impression while walking to my room. The hallways and the rooms smell very old. Other than this, everything is terrific
Good room,nice view,good services Nothing
Nice, clean, great location, breakfast is really good, rooms clean and comfortable
I liked the price and the staff was nice. My room was totally haunted! The rooms need to be updated. They need to do a better job at cleaning too. There was a cigarette hole on my sheet, but I just threw that on the floor when I went to bed. But on the plus side — no bed bugs!
The price. This place was dirty, moldy, and the walls are paper thin. The a/c system didn't work properly. You had to pay to get ice! No Wi-Fi in your room only the lobby and the staff (front desk) was rude.
A perfect location, you have what you need
Close area to universal They was very dirty. The carpet and the bed was disgusting
Great location, price , very comfort
We loved coming home from the parks and having no clean room. This is the hotel for you if you need a cheap stay and don't plan spending a lot of time in the room. No coffee pot or iron.
Great location The room was filthy and everywhere you looked, there were bugs. The shower was small even for one person. The room overall was humid and therefore the floors were always damp and made the dust even more apparent. Ice machine was broken and not free.
The location, and the swimming pool The room is clean but old There is no coffee maker, there's no free ice,the hotel isn't clean . It's an old hotel
Cheap rates and didn't stay most of the time just needed to sleep when needed One room phone was not connected so if emergency who can I call? Mattress was torn bad.security safe was bad shape!
Loved the bed A little humid but I love Orlando
The location is excelent, the staff is good. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance caused me allergy and itching.
The location is great if you're going to universal or want to do things on international drive. The free shuttle to universal is helpful. Mini golf right next to hotel was fun. The place listed they had a pool bar which wasn't even open or in use the whole week we stayed. The room is not what the pictures look like. We booked a king size bed and got two queens. Just a blah hotel. If you're going on a vacation I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast not included also. Basically my boyfriend and I were a little disappointed. The pictures online and description don't even measure up to what we stayed in. Unfortunately, probably never going back.
Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful Out dated bathroom. In dire need of remodeling. Needs a little more maintenance
The location is great if you're going to universal. The staff was friendly as well but other than that nothing was impressive about the hotel. The hotel at least in the photos appears much brighter and more modern than it actually is. The room reminded me of something you'd see in any old motel and the beds were noisy and cheap feeling. Our room was not very clean, there were spots on some of the linens, hairs stuck to the shower wall (from before we arrived) that never got cleaned in the 4 days that housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room while we were out. They charge you a convenience fee for the water/coffee in the room, parking, wifi etc, which would have been fine with us but they failed to replenish the water or coffee after the first day as the card in the room promised. Lastly the elevators were in poor repair, once I had to pry the door open to get out, the key card stopped working twice in the first 2 days for the room door, and the hotel "restaurant" isn't really more than a simple buffet. Luckily Hash House is just down the street, go there for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in this Four Points as I've stayed at some in the past I really liked. As you can see there was a lot that went wrong, I'm not a picky person but it adds up.
It's your basic hotel. Great location to get to Orlando studios and plenty of cute things to do close to the hotel. Hotel needs to be updated as well as the rooms. No games room.
Nothing Customer service, cleanliness, and smell was terrible
Free parking was nice and it was about a 20 minute leisurely walk to Universal Studios. You can purchase Universal tickets from the desk in the lobby which will save some time at the gate. It had a mini fridge & microwave which would probably be very convenient if you were staying more than a night unlike we were. Breakfast was reasonably priced, but the food was just ok, nothing special. IHOP & Denny's are both next door if you need a late night fix or some cheaper eats. Not sure how they can get away with charging a resort fee as this is not a resort hotel. As a SPG Gold member, I was given a room that faced southwest overlooking a grand parking lot. Lobby was always packed with people and only had one person working the front desk. Our room had no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers... called down to the front desk a half dozen times and nobody ever answered... the phone calls just went into a queue and eventually disconnected. There was no way to call housekeeping directly. Luckily one of my friends had a sample sized shampoo which we all shared. Glad we were only staying one night here as I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Very out dated.
STAFF THE ROOM CABINET DOOR HAD SOME PROBLEM.ACTUALL IT CAME OUT OF THE SLOT. WAS NOT PUT IN PLACE DURING OUR 5 DAY STAY.
Dirty, smelly (no ventilation), large dead insect on floor, sticky carpet, old bed. Four Points should be ashamed... this is at best a bad motel.
Nothing Everything it was not clean or nice or updated
The location was great, minutes away from the milenia mall, shopping and all tourist attractions The staff was very rude, the hotel was very disgusting, ( I had a hole in a wall, stuffed with toilet paper which may or may not have been used!) I had to switch rooms because the first room lacked hot water. The second room didn't have a functioning a/c. The door key card weren't always functional to exterior doors, requiring one to walk around the entire hotel and walk through the lobby
Nothing at all like the pics. I asked about their indoor/outdoor bar seen in the pics and she had no idea what I was talking about.
Loved the price and location. Walking distance to everything. Free shuttles to parks. No shuttle to airport. Cab cost almost $50.
It was cheap Very bad smell in the room, TV was really fuzzy
Location The shower was clogged with hair and tub was filthy dirty. The carpet smelled dirty and the TV didn't work.
Nothing Hotel had no heat. They told me no hotels in Florida had heat. That of course was a lie. Rooms were dirty. Other guests made it unsafe. Terrible place to stay. I had to change hotels at midnight it was so bad.
The location, breakfast The pool is only for adults! I have a 5 year old he coudnt enjoy it . The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no mats in the tub, be very careful! !
On the second day, with a little urging, they moved us to a very nice pool-side room. With the new room, view, and amenities, it made up for the bad first night. Every room has a small refrigerator and a microwave. For the price we paid, and the location, I would probably try to stay again in the future. It is right across the street from Wet-n-Wild, and just around the corner from Universal. There are also numerous wonderful restaurants, all within 1 block of the motel. (If you like meat, you've got to try the Brazilian steak house, just 100 meters down the street.) Overall, the motel is in a really great location, but it does need a little bit of TLC. When we arrived, the hotel was booked solid. The room we were put in the first night had recently had a leak, the carpet was damp, and the room smelled like mildew. It was almost overpowering, but we made it through the night. The maintenance staff had a dehumidifier in the room, but the hotel should never have rented that room out to anyone, until the mildew and damp carpet had been fixed. Note that the side of the motel this first room was on, had settled, and the door frames were all tilted at a slight angle. The bathroom door would not lock, as the doorjam had settled too much. The tub and shower were also affected by the settling along this side of the building. I do not know if any of the other rooms on this side of the building were affected, but I would imagine it to be so. Note that most of the beds are very soft. If you like a firm mattress, you probably will not sleep well.
Location the hair dryer didn't work, the toilet had a very loud and annoying noise , poor cleaning, simple breakfast but for the price you pay it was good.
The one thing that I appreciated about the hotel was the location. Is 5 min away from Universal Orlando. We had to keep unplugging the toilet because it wouldn't feel out again once you flushed. The bathtub was not completely clean. We stayed for two nights and the bed was only half done when we came back on our second day. You either do it or don't.
The view from the hotel to the city was nice. Pool was heated and clean and fun for kids. Bar located right next to pool and they bring it right to you. Clean towels at the pool area too. Check in lobby looks nice and clean. Room was modern and nice. Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable pancakes, toast, and cereal. My pillows smelled like someone had slept on them already.
The location was good. Start with the resort fee. This "ain't" no resort. The rooms are small and the air is heavy. Our clothes never dried out because of the humidity in the room. We had exactly one hand towel to the room because that's all they gave us each day. Finding our room was a chore if you did not know that odd and even room numbers are on opposite sides of the building or where the room numbers began because of the two buildings joining not sure which building we were in. The breakfast was pathetic. There was one choice of cold cereal, the other was nearly empty. The "hot" breakfast was cold little waffles. That's about it. No yogurt, nothing healthy. The free shuttle had exactly one outbound time to Disney and Universal and one return time for each. If you did not want to leave the parks early, before the fireworks, you would not have a ride back to the hotel. So driving to the theme parks, esp. Disney's was the only option. Overall I would've been happy to spend more money had I known and have a nicer experience. I will not return to this stingy hotel.
My tv got stuck on one Channel and couldn't change it
very clean and the staff was very nice and the room was very spacious. super close to wet n wild and about 15 min walk to universal. our toliet didnt flush corectly had to flush three times for anything to go down. told the clerk and it still wasn't fix. and the breakfast was all carbs not one protien was there, just donuts cearal and toast.
Close to parks and places to eat. Most within walking distance . Checking staff was very nice and prompt. The free breakfast is a joke and ends at 8am
Great Place, I will say here once again, the location is great Breakfast could be better, but is OK for the money
I rented two rooms, both with queen-sized beds for our short 2 day stay in Orlando. The location was amazing, putting almost in the midst of the attractions on International drive, yet far enough away that we were able to get a good nights rest without car lights blaring in through the windows and car horns sounding at all times of the night. The staff were friendly and personable and the rooms were rather spacious. There was a small issue with ants in one of the rooms, but nothing that was major. The rooms did not initially have enough washcloths for all 8 of us in our two rooms, but after making a quick call to the front desk, they delivered them to us in less than two minutes. The mattresses were super soft, which was not a major problem for any of us. Overall, the price was great and I would have no problems with returning to this hotel for future Orlando stays, nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel to others! There, unfortunately, was no laundry room for guests to use. Instead they provided us with the number to a laundry service that charged $2.50 a pound to do your laundry. I would have much preferred to clean my own clothes, but to each his own.
Eveyrthing was fine The problem with this hotel is the continental breakfast being way too early.
Great price very close to Universal Studios
The sunsol hotel location is the best location. We can easy access the trolley ride. Its also near to universal studio. Platinum buses will take you at universal studio. Need to add more things in breakfast menu like omlet boled egg etc.
The security For some reason, even though we had a room with 2 queen beds, and reserved it for two people, the hotel service insisted on leaving us only one wash cloth. Day 1 I had to go to the front desk to get more wash cloths. They were out of them so I had to get hand towels. Day 2, they had taken my extra hand towels that were neatly folded on the counter, and Day 3 I had to go back to the front desk. This was extremely frustrating to me. When you pay for a stay, towels and wash cloths should be supplied. We also needed to check out a day early. There are no early cancellations. We were giving plenty of notice, but we didn't get a refund at all. I didn't like that!!!
Front desk staff were top notch -- very friendly, accommodating, and funny!
The location was excellent, Within walking distance to Universal Studios and a short drive to nearby outlet malls Cleaning staff does not do a very thorough job. Upon checking in we found an old bottle under the sofa and old opened pieces of candy in the floor. Suites was a little on the small side for a family of four with a 16 and 18 year old.
Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. I was there for 20 nights and the staff was friendly, the room very clean and it was nice and quiet inside the room. This is great value for money and I will be back.
I loved our room. It made me feel like I was at my own house. Nice resort and things to do. Loved it!!! I loved the view of the water and attractions from my room on the 11th floor. In the second room, I'd suggest another size bed than the twin beds. Maybe a full or queen size if you can't do a king in there too.
EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS PRFECT! I LOVED IT!!
With free parking and scheduled theme park transfers I didn't have to worry about the car. Also in walking distance to many eating choices on international drive. Late check in 16:00 and early check-out 10:00 feel like only have room for a short time.
Good staff, very helpfull. The suite is extremely comfortable Good for people with car, otherwise you need taxi to go everywhere as it seems to be kind of far away from many attractions (Hollywood Universal Studios, and Disney. If you need a cab, you should call the front desk 30 minutes in advance because it take them forever to do so. I used to wait 45 minutes every time to get a cab!!! The wireless was not that fast though I paid $50 for my whole stay (1 week).
I LIKE THE SETTING IN THE ROOMS, IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THE SECOND BATHROOM FOR THE FAMILY.
I liked the location, nice property and pool . Comfy beds. I didn't like the timeshare representatives, I told them when I arrived I wasn't interested. Then the next morning my phone is ringing at 8:30 a.m. asking me when I would want to do lunch or breakfast!? Wtf? what ignorant a**holes! I did visit them in person and made my self clear. Other than that, no coffee in the room, and the maid only came to clean once of my 3 nights.
The deluxe 2 bedroom condo was great for 4 guests. It had all the amenities we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. We were on the 19th floor with an awesome view, and had very easy access to the universal theme parks. The catch with the lower price listing on this booking was having to sit through a 4 hour timeshare presentation of West Gate. This was a bit disappointing since we ended up loosing half of a day of a 5 day family trip on something we were adament on not purchasing. Once all was said and done we had to improvise to complete the rest of our day, since it was to late to get a start on the activities we had actually planned for.
It's close to everything - i-drive stops, 15 min walk to Universal and has free shuttle to Disney. The rooms are perfect for a family with a tv in each bedroom and the living area. The staff are completely unhelpful and will not give you any information unless it involves you buying something from them like timeshares or park tickets. For example on my first day I asked about the shuttle to Epcot, I was told I had missed it and that was it. I asked for a schedule and found out there was another bus an hour later.
The hotel was in an excellent location!!
location Was not impressed that we had to listen to timeshare options...also felt cheated that they couldnt offer us the 100 dollars off our park tickets as we residents of the hotel,
nothing It is not what I have experienced at other Hampton inn
Great pool and free shuttle to major theme parks very handy Use of plastic cutlery & polystyrene plates in the breakfast area is not environmentally friendly! Bathroom fan extremely noisy and centrally controlled at odd hours. Advertised safety deposit box was not available during our entire stay - very small number of boxes available given the size of the hotel.
A short distance from Universal Park, and only a few miles from Disney. The breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. The property was a little older for a Hampton, but still well kept and comfortable.
Confy beds, excellent Breakfast, nice clean rooms
