I was impressed that they emailed me before arrival and asked me for preferences and came through on those. The first floor room was convenient to the pool and lounge/cafe, very roomy, but it was also quiet even with a sports team in the building. Nothing. It met all my needs we were in town for my nephew's Graduation.
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Decent rooms and breakfast, friendly staff took my shoes off at the desk in my room. the next morning, i have at least a dozen welts from being bitten by something.
The room, bed, and pillows were great. Hundreds of channels available through DirecTV. The mini-fridge was a great place to keep snacks for our 19 month old cold. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was hideaway bed that we didn't need to use. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Do-it-yourself waffle maker, circular thawed egg patties, and paper thin bacon. There were also breads, yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I'm not complaining about the breakfast's middling quality because it saved us quite a bit of $$ from eating out every morning. Our AC went out on day 2 of our 5 night stay. I told the front desk about the AC around 8pm. They installed a new unit the following morning.
Housekeeping and Internet/cable service was great. Breakfast was good as well Restless nights. Stayed in room 104 and you could head every step the people above took. Sounded like someone would fall through the floor...... So I paid to get no sleep for 2 nights. Asked staff if I could change rooms and if there was a charge I would pay the difference. Staff said since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could for me. Wow no service! So much chlorine in the pool in which it would make you cough after 30 minutes of being there while your eyes are burning and one of my children through up because of swallowing the water! Awful stay and experience
The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Pantry was nice for buying items. Better than always using a vending machine. Guest rooms are a bit dated so maybe some future updates would be nice.
Good thread count on sheets and clean room. Happy hour and apps and breakfast were awesome-atmosphere very comfort inn like Staff was professional and very welcoming Smallest room and bathroom I have ever seen! Not sure if I will return. Room was just above pool-so screaming kids until 10 pm was not great I have stayed there in the past and had a great room which faced the highway and was much more serene and spacious
very convenient, love the popcorn and drinks until 10pm, hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant we have pets but are not fans of staying in a room after non-familiar to us pets have been there. We would rate this hotel superior if we had the choice of staying in a pet friendly or non friendly room. Perhaps they could designate a floor or section for pets and reserve the rest of the hotel for those of us that prefer to not wonder about the habits of other peoples pets.
We loved that the hotel offered buffet style food for no extra cost. Also, we received 3 free drinks! There was a few stains on our comforter. Also, the pool was very cloudy and filmy, as well as the hot tub. When choosing a hotel a pool is a must.. The appearance of it was so awful we didn't even go in. That was very disappointing
room, near mall, decent breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness eqpt. noisy outside hallway, safe in room is broken, bathroom door warped -difficult to close room 137
Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great customer service, free breakfast spread in the AM was a good assortment :)
I had just called off my wedding and needed a place to hide out. I found the Element online and it was just what I needed. An efficient, modern room with a kitchenette, super comfy bed and great view. The evening happy hour was a nice way to get out among other people. The pool area was sparse and could have used a hot tub/jacuzzi, fountain -- something to jazz it up a bit. An onsite spa or massage room would have been a welcome addition for the true unwinding experience.
Great experience. Good rate, clean room and all Eco friendly.
This was a wonderful place to stay. With my daughter in Colorado, I would definitely plan to stay here again!
Ive traveled a great deal in the US and some out of the country in plush, high-priced hotels. This vacation was meant to venture out during the day and have a home feel in the evening to cook our own meals. Ive never stayed in an extended-stay set up before and was pleasantly surprised. The décor is a personal preference, which I enjoyed the colors and simplistic nature of the grounds and establishment itself. It was very calming and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, high ceilings, and spacious double queen studio more space than $200+/night hotels Ive stayed in. The beds were comfortable and I actually slept extremely well. The room was pristine - the cleanliness was excellent! The kitchen was set up nicely and we utilized it all daily. The only thing I would change would be adding more utensils to the room. However, I understand if there is theft, minimizing the number of utensils is helpful for them. The walls are insolated well I could not hear my neighborh...
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really liked the adjustable bed!
We really enjoyed our night away. The hotel was very clean, and looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and seemed glad to see us, and help us. They showed us that they had a great movie selection from which we could borrow (for free). Room was very spacious. Little kitchen came stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, coffee, and dish washer tablet. Great TV, bathroom, pool and hot tub. Very satisfied and will continue to let others know.
The room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful in suggesting routes for our afternoon walks. Hotel was close to shopping mall and eating places. It suited our needs and I would recommend it to friends.
The accomodations were supposed to be for 2 adults and 2 toddlers . We were given a room with a handicap shower stall with no tub that leaked all over the bathroom floor and the inconvenience of trying to give my toddlers a shower! Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until late at night. There were no towels stocked at the pool area although there was a table that the towels were supposed to be on. On our last morning they had no coffee and didn't seem to care much that they had run out. All in all, we were pretty disappointed. The 'bed' which was supposed to be the accomodations for two of the people was a HORRIBLE pull out couch! Very outdated and the spring mattress was about 2 inches thick. The pool was clean and nice :) We also heard car alarms outside our window and small dogs barking in the next room.
Candlewood sprung a $75 dollar charge on us for our two little dogs, non refundable regardless of damage. I travel with my little guys a lot, and have never had that happen. The pet charge was more than the nightly cost of the room! The 'pet area' was on a steep slope that was difficult to manage and keep balance. It was dirty. For such a new hotel, the staff seemed rather burned out. As for the room: It was 'okay' clean, but smaller than some rooms of the same price. A little hair in the tub, and no Kleenex. Pretty much charged for each thing at this hotel, things that are included at other hotels. No breakfast: charged for any food you take from the 'snack area'. The hair dryer is a little wimpy, so you might want to bring your own. The hotel is not near much in the way of shopping or restaurants. Go an exit further into Denver to be nearer to gas stations and food and entertainment. This hotel had lots of HIDDEN COSTS! You think you are getting a deal, but i...
No keys could be found when we checked in so the desk clerk had to let us into the room. Air conditioning didnt work either. Room was good size and clean.
the hotel is ok. Close to business areas. However the air-conditioning unit in the room is too loud and it's next to the tv so when it's on I can't hear anything on the tv. Also the vent in the bathroom seemed to draw in smoke from another room.
This hotel seemed fine when I checked in, but the air conditioner in my room was so noisy when it clicked on that I had to turn the volume on my TV up a lot! Also, it fed in directly from the outside, so all outside noise ended up in my room. There was a sensor on the AC that determined when people weren't in the room to be energy efficient, so when I was asleep for a few hours, it would turn off and I would wake up in a sweat. There was also a noise from an undetermined location that sounded like a washing machine going on all the time. In addition, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, and when I brought it to the desk clerk's attention, they stated that someone must be smoking in the halls. When I questioned if that was allowed, they said no - but that they can't stop people from doing it anyway! I will not be staying at this hotel again. The front desk clerks did not really seem to care about the comfort of their guests, and as the week went on, I continued to find more issu...
I was in Denver, looked up the travel website, and got this room for $* OH MY GOSH!! it was AMAZING!! beautiful.. If I were single I would live there... BEST evening staff..
Would stay again! Rooms are nice and clean. Location was convenient. Great value.
Location was a 10. I liked that hotel was located around a lot of eati places. The hotel room was not cleaned well. There were coins on the r in plain view, a candy wrapper on the carpet in the closet. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall,as did the shelf above it. They were not secured tightly to the wall. The laundry room wa
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They might be due for renovations. The place was clean though.
Location Not flexible with early arrival or late checkout.
The location near the mall, restaurants and freeway is perfect! Beds are very uncomfortable.
The location is good for walking to restaurants and the movie the theater. Poorly managed, unorganized front desk. Unprofessional midnight phone calls to see if my room was occupied, and an actual guest (double booked to my room) walking in at 2am. I was also locked out of my room at least 3 times when the key didn't work.
Nothing....... A sheet across window for a curtain???
NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING The gal working the desk was rude and rude on the phone. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. I took a picture of crumbs on the floor, Dirt on the fridge door and the unscoured sink.
The hotel was easy to get to by car and was close to many restaurants and shops. The room was quieter than most hotels and blocked out the interstate noise nearby. The hallways seemed poorly lit. The 'breakfast option' was granola bars near the exit. The bed covering was barely big enough for two people and very thin, providing little warmth or comfort. The pillows were nearly flat, non-supportive, and stained.
Nothing. Overbooked. Very very very bad service. I prepaid. Terrible. No excuse makes this right. None.
When I got there they had no rooms. There was four of us that didn't get a room. They went through 3 hotels before I got a partial room. Everything
location and friendly staff i had to pay for it.....lol weeeellllll you asked....
Friendly front desk...changed my travel plans and needed to stay again...accommodating and rooms are clean /good location near 25
Proximity to the area. Needs updating. Felt dirty
The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is close to the freeway but there are no shops or resturants near by. Breakfast was almost $13 and it was not worth it. Overall I would stay again.
The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and well kept. The fitness center is tiny and the elliptical is broken.
It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly I grabbed the remote to turn the TV on and found the remote sticky. That was a joke in its self. We found when step on the side of he bed that the floor was sticky. So sticky that our foot stuck to the carpet. After getting your foot away, your shoe was sticky while walking around the room. Really put a damper on things.
Pool awesome Hot tub great Pee stained mattress No food for breakfast for the $$ you pay, not even a banana....
I'd like a continental breakfast option
The lobby was nice. For such a high end hotel maybe they could renovate it a bit. I was surprised to see the popcorn ceilings. The customer service was good. That breakfast was not included with the room. No continental either. Coffee was good.
The bed was hard on one side and like a flat tire on the other. the adjustable bed wasn't adjustable! the heater sounded like a cricket.
Rock hard beds. Staff was rude and made dumb jokes
Every thing was nice and clean. We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.
You stay was only brief. We arrived after midnight but the front desk staff was very welcoming and quickly got us checked into our room. The next morning was an early departure to finish our trip but the staff greeted us and got us underway quickly with a sincere thank you for stay with them and a have a wonder day send off. Families were just starting to wake and head to the pool.
Amazing indoor pool, spa and friendly service at the front desk. Was told they would remodel soon Rooms were on par with a much lesser quality hotel. Small/slow tv service. Beds weren't comfortable and Sheets weren't on correctly and falling off immediately. Pillows were down right awful, easily the worst part of the stay. Golf course was in pretty rough shape for the price. It's March in CO so it's understandable but rates should drop with it for a decent city-esque course.
The location and value for money were excellent, as was the staff and evening lounging.
We booked at the last minute and it was great. Beds were exceptional. Had dinner at the hotel and it was a pleasure. Leaving
Really nice and classy. Had everything you would want at your hotel. Every little thing there was a 70% up charge. Hotel price didn't include everything. Something called a facility fee, $20 for 2 beers pool side. Ridiculous!
Staff was great. Had a great time. I would go back
Nice staff and a nice property. Older property but well maintained. Hate the resort fee. It's a junk fee in my opinion that hides the true cost of the room. Charge the full rate and don't nickle and dime guests.
Room clean, front staff professional and polite.
Great location and breakfast Bought club level room where everything was included, valet, breakfast and internet. Surprised by a facilities use fee that covered these amenities. That is not "free" as advertised.
I love the attention to detail this place gives as well as the accommodations! Only one valet driver stood out because he didn't act in the same courteous manner as his peers.
The staff is friendly, lobby and rooms are well appointed and value for money is great.
Clean. Quality furniture and bed. Advertisement on Kayak said room comes with Pay Per View TV. My room was one of several rooms in the hotel that did not have this. I called the office to verify this.
The bed was comfortable and the front desk associates were respectful and helpful. The room smelled like stale smoke, there were hokes in the walls and ceiling, other things were broken and unrepaired. Avoided touching the couch at all costs. Maybe other rooms were nice though.
I liked how spacious the room was it had a vanity outside out the bathroom so two people could get ready at once also the bathroom had big counter space to also had big windows which would brighten up the room! And the breakfast was excellent they have more choices than most hotels for a free breakfast . It was pretty noisy outside I knew I would hear planes since its right next to the airport but there was also a gavel company adjacent from the hotel and you could hear them Early in the morning, also rooms need to be remodeled pretty outdated stuff was chipped or just worn down.
Would like to be able to work out and the equipment did not work.
The staff was friendly, the room spacious and clean The food served at the breakfast buffet was subpar, the fruit and juices were the only thing palatable. By booking through kayak I didn't receive my HHonors for the stay.
Rooms are clean. Both breakfast and dinner is served which was surprising. Heavy walker above my room which is no fault of the hotel.
Great safe location Cleaning staff very loud in hallways early in morning.
the hotel was clean and the staff was nice and polite. The location is always great for us because it is a quiet neighborhood and there are many things to do nearby. our second morning there, we had very low water pressure. May have been due to everyone taking showers at that time.
Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Clean Amenities. someone kept smoking in their bathroom and using the exhaust vents. So we would come back to our room and bathrooms smelling like a chimney. We were told too pit up with it for the night and see if gets better. The next day was much worse and the only thing they could do was all its to pack everything up and move to the other side of the building. It would have been nice to to take care of the problem or give its a partial refund or something but that did not happen.
every staff member was wonderful, professional, efficient, helpful
The beds are comfortable, the suites are fresh-feeling, clean and the lobby and bar feel good. Free cookies at 3PM! :-) Laundry room. OK weight room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a pool which I saw many people using. I don't swim. There are places to sit outside if you want to. Good freeway access and close to a great mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The bar closes at 10PM. Seriously, this just seems to cancel out the point of having a bar in a hotel. The "high speed wifi" is definitely not high speed. No pullup bar in weight room and very limited space there. The maid came to clean our room at 7:15 AM. Way too early.
I liked that the room that I was given had a decent sized kitchen. The staff were very pleasant when ever we needed something. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I don't know if I would use this hotel again. I did not like that the pool was very small and the second floor smelled like bad weed the entire trip. I realize that the hotel has no say in who is going to smoke however I asked for a room with no smoking so I would assume they would put me in a place that wouldn't be near a smoking room. The pool was also too small for more than five people to fit in there comfortably.
For the price the rooms were good. Nice garden area to sit and enjoy a beer and chat. Staff were freindly. Good parking. Noise everywhere, I could here next door as if they were in the room. The floors and walls are very thin and the noise is transmitted everywhere. Many, many children!!!. Stayed only three nights, one morning house keeping forgot to make up the room and no fresh towels. I will never forget the condition of the toilet bowl whic hwas disgusting. Going back to the Hilton!
NOTHING THE HOTEL WAS SO RUNDOWN AND FILTHY I HAD TO LEAVE. WENT TO DIFFERENT EXTENDED STAY WITHIN A COUPLE BLOCKS AND HAD A PASSABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE. IF I WERE KAYAK I WOULD NOT ALLOW THIS HOTEL ON YOUR WEBSITE ! IT WAS THAT BAD. INDESCRIBABLY BAD.
Decent area, I felt safe. Dirty from first floor renovation, but the entire place was dirty. Room was actually clean, but heat/ac unit had no labeling for temp or fan. Just two knobs to guess with. It wasn't a drug den place, just sub-par compared to the other extended stays I've been to.
I'll be back ! Location , staff, facilities, breakfast, and rooms, were excellent, excellent ,excellent, excellent and excellent in that order . Only negative ..... distance from airport .......
I enjoyed the fireplace and very spacious living room. The room was cozy and I would front-end staffing here None.
Ease of getting to hotel from freeway. Our TV channels were not working so we had to move rooms after being settled in..
Clean They will give your room away before 6pm so got might not get what you are asking/paying for!
Clean and comfort None

Staff was nice, location was good. Room was alright small for us. Reservation for incorrect room type, wasn't able to change to a suite like the reservation stated. Pool area not kept up with, jacuzzi water cloudy needed to be cleaned, pool towels were pretty much hand towels. For $---- a night not impressed at all
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was very helpful and courteous. Fridge and microwave in the room were definitely a bonus. Great price, great quality and look forward to staying here again when we're in the area! Nothing
It was a great experience nice rooms everything was perfect. It is a little ride to get too downtown need a car to stay here.
Easy freeway access, friendly staff, good price
the location was good for us. I like the free breakfast. The main hot breakfast was in a corner where a line had to form to be next. Others needed to get around the line to get utensils or napkins.
Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Spacious room. The pillows.

Breakfast was to busy to be able to eat, must have been a great breakfast.
Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 pm! We waited about 30 minutes and when we finally got to our room it was not vacuumed and bathroom was not throughly cleaned!
Room and amenities There were some guests being a bit loud pretty late at night
Clean, good breakfast, location, restaurants, staff

The staff was extremely helpful.

The room size was great, and the price was excellent. Our stay was short but very good and we would go again! We were checked in early and the staff was friendly. Never heard any noise from other guests. Breakfast was good and replenished quickly. No
We come around Christmas each year with family - a tradition! Always enjoy the hotel. Disappointed that you have done away with the happy hour. That was a strong pull for us to continue our annual tradition. Will probably now go to a different hotel nearer to the City center. But we have truly enjoyed it over the y
Quiet, good location, easy access to rooms and the price was good for such a large suite. There really wasn't anything I did not like.
