Pros: A larger than normal Comfort Suites. It's a little tricky to find the vehicle entrance but the lodging itself is typical of a well run property. Very clean. Broader assortment at breakfast. Fresh cut fruit daily. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Finding vehicle entrance at night. Could use better signage.
Pros: Not much directly around the hotel a couple places to eat I think a diner and culvers. Close to the I-10
Pros: The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Best night sleep I've had in a long time.
Cons: The food wasn't very good .. that is the only thing that I recommend they improve.
Pros: I only like the location to Camelback Ranch.
Cons: The GM was a jerk. I booked a double queen size room but they gave a queen size room. To top it off they gave us a handicap room. I asked the GM to change our room and he said no because we used a third party to book our room and that they barely get paid from the third party. He told us that if we were willing to pay more that then he would change our room. This has to be the worst hotel management that I have ever encountered. I will never stay here again!!!!
Pros: We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was delicious, very close to Gila River Arena, an outlet mall and many restaurants. We used the shuttle every day. Excellent value.

Pros: Location is great. Next to Westgate.very nice location. Breakfast was very good. Hotel very clean. Nice pool not heated though. Overall great stay
Pros: Nice clean Room
Cons: AC unit sounded like a Mack Truck, I got my sound meter app on my phone, when the AC was on it was 15db louder, I called the desk in the AM, they said Engineering would evaluate.
Pros: The standard room was modern and very clean. It had a full refrigerator/freezer, built in microwave, coffee pot, and a full set of kitchen cabinets and drawers with glasses, plates, cups, and utensils. Free breakfast too.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: Location, staff, service and cleanliness
Pros: Loved the room size, the bed,all the amenities , the gym was a decent size. We loved everything about it!!
Pros: The location.
Cons: The breakfast needs to start earlier on weekends. We had to be at Goodyear Ball park at 7:15 am and it takes about 20 minutes to get there from the hotel.
Pros: nice location next to Mall and great for Spring training.
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast.
Pros: Free breakfast was very nice, the room was great
Pros: I thought the room was very nice. The bed was a bit small but I got through it because the rest of the room was good.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was almost OK. The hotel didn't even have an ice machine, an ice machine. In a place so close to Phoenix, AZ no I machine. Maybe the people who run this chain don't know that it can get up to 115 degrees or higher in Phoenix.
Pros: We arrived at 3 am after a long drive and we were greated by a friendly smiling face. Our room was ready, clean and large. We wished we could stay and enjoy it longer. We will definitely return.
Pros: The location and fireplace

Pros: Proximity to many bars and restaurants. Also next to Tanger Outlet. Great free breakfast. Very friendly staff at front desk.
Pros: The staff was exceptional here and everything exceeded our expectations. We visited when the area was quiet- nothing at the stadium or the arena- and loved it.
Cons: Verified my reservations day before arrival. Reserved and paid for double beds. At chech in I was told they didn't have any doubles left but I could drive 15-20 miles from where I was at the get the rooms. Not an option since the concert started in 20 minutes. Then they offered me a roll away. Desk informed that she would give me my room at no cost because of the 100% guarantee. That of course made the uncomfortable roll away worth it. Until the next morning when we spoke to the day manager who informed us that since we booked it through a 3rd party the 100% guarantee didn't apply. We informed him about what we had been told by the front desk the night before. He finally agreed, refused to provide any documentation for the credit which may or may not show up as a credit in a week or so. Not happy or convinced it will happen!

Pros: Staff was helpful even late at night.
Breakfast bar included
Right next to a lot of shopping
Cons: Breakfast wasn't great
Pros: Staff is friendly, the mall is right there, clean rooms, awesome breakfast, clean hotel, id definitely stay here again.
Pros: We liked the size of the room, the comfy bed and the kitchenette.
Cons: The size of the trash cans, to small.
Pros: When my husband and I stayed at Springhill, I couldn't have been more pleased. We went down there for a concert which ended up getting canceled. The ladies at the front desk helped us find things to do for the night and were just overall very friendly. The breakfast was good along with the unbeatable price. We are already planning to stay there again next month.
Pros: Nice staff and located near shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The pool and hot tub is outside. This is fine except for the days when the temp is 100+.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was especially nice compared to the usual sort of "continental breakfast" hotels offer.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The suite had a living room area with a couch and its own TV.
Pros: Very friendly/helpful staff, they have been trained well polite, know the area and offer good advice. They went out of their way to help us, the morning of checkout we had a flat tire and could not change it. We called mobile service and the staff allowed us to stay and offered cold water and other liquids as it was 107 degrees outside.
Cons: The rooms only had a single TV, while it is big I do think two TVs would be better.

Pros: Great hotel at an excellent location near shops, restaurants and the Jobing.com arena. The pool was very nice and food by the pool was excellent! We stayed there to attend the Coyotes Vs. Minnesota Wild hockey game. The Wild hockey players stayed at the hotel and my son was thrilled to meet and take photos after the game at the hotel.

Pros: Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Staff, housekeeping, amenities, ambiance all wonderful. We were extremely comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.
Pros: Overall a clean and utilitarian type of room. Nothing fancy for sure and if you're looking for a low price without worries this would be a great selection.
Cons: Paper thin walls - I was in a separate building off of the main hotel so can't say whether all buildings are this bad, but I was wakened by the neighbor's alarm clock and overheard complete phone conversations - it was to the point I went outside to make calls.
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: Rooms were very small. Breakfast was poor..
Pros: The thing that impressed me the most was that they had a refrigerator in the common area stocked with name brand pop, bottled water, ice tea, milk, juice, etc... available for free 24 hours a day. There were also name brand snack items - chips, granola bars, breakfast bars, etc... The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom had a medicine cabinet for storing stuff, as well as a vanity under the sink. Towels were big and fluffy.
Cons: The parking was limited. There was plenty of parking, but it was laid out in an odd fashion, that might require a bit of walking if you didn't get one of the close in spots. The shower was a corner unit that might be tight if you a larger person.
Pros: Comfy beds. Nice grounds. In the middle of Glendale and near Thunderbird hospital. Like the campus atmosphere!
Cons: Five bucks to park. Very hard to find a parking spot near the front.
Pros: The price was ok.
Cons: The place was located in a maze of parking lots and was so hard to find at night. The room was tiny and smelled like old cigarettes. The bed was horrible and you could feel the springs in your back. The shower was the worst! Little tiles on the floor of the shower that when wet and soapy became an ice rink .
Pros: Location, beautiful room for the cost, nice bathroom and shower. Private entry, very pleasant outdoor areas.
Cons: Parking is a little inconvenient, and no visitor parking meant visitor had to park across the street at the strip mall.
Pros: Service was good and the rate was fair.
Cons: The shower had mold and I wore my flip flops to shower.
Pros: Room appeared clean, although it was small, old and small details like scuff marks and older paint made it seem run down.
Cons: Shower only in small bathroom, entrance to tiny rooms is more like a motel, pool is not heated and you had to go pick up and drop off the key and towels at the desk when you wanted to use it. It reminded me more of a YMCA that an Executive Center. I was expecting a hotel.
Pros: The room was reasonably comfortable, although the heat/cooling was tricky to figure out (I'm not sure we ever did, really). The wifi was great. I liked the all-day availability of free snacks and drinks -- actually, that was really great. Kind of like home.
The staff was very, very friendly - kudos on that! Well done, all!
Cons: This is a little nitpicky, but the breakfast options were a little light. Fortunately, I like cereal, but my wife doesn't really. The heating system was just kind of weird. I couldn't figure out the chart that was supposed to explain how to use it - and when I sent a picture of it to two VERY smart friends, they couldn't agree on what the chart meant.
Also, the trash cans in the room were pretty tiny. We moved the big one from the bathroom into the main room, and that was better.
Pros: The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The added extras like the drink on arrival and the 'help yourself food' in the kitchen was awesome!

Cons: I booked thru a web based provider and was asked to pay for my stay upon arrival. I am concerned I was double billed . Time will tell
A there were several sports tournaments the weekend I was there. I got up for breakfast at 6 am and the lounge was full with no food left . I came back at 8 and there was plenty of food
Pros: Close to many different areas, venues
Cons: Did not like that the air conditioning comes on only when you enter the room. It was 115 outside and the room was 84. Took quite a while to get to 74
Pros: The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: My key would not work in the reader to come in from outside. I was locked out for a while and had to call my boyfriend on the phone to come let me in.
The curtains would not shut all the way so the sunlight came in early in the morning.
Pros: Staff was very friendly & concerned, rooms were clean & great
Cons: We had issues with self check out on the TV & couldn't reach the front desk if you hit the button on the phone, the girl in the front said sometimes it does not work and sometimes had to hit 0. but she did say she would get it looked at.
Pros: Employees were very helpful and friendly. Great value AND free breakfast.
Cons: No fridge - I thought that was standard in rooms.

Cons: Deferred maintenance in room, low price/value ratio.
Pros: I liked the location and facilities. There is lots of shopping, restaurants near by and close to freeway. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and coffee was very much appreciated. Our room was small but the beds were comfortable. We did receive a non-smoking room as requested. We would use them again.
Cons: Bathroom area could use some attention. Tub was not completely cleaned and vanity area was dusty. It looked as if there was paint residue on the drain. There was a small hole in the wall where the toilet paper dispenser was located. Needs to be patched. Also, the Iron did not work well. It kept leaking water onto our clothes.

Cons: The motel was located in the industrial part of Phoenix, Glendale. We felt unsafe and specifically because of the location. The wifi router will only work when we are outside of our room, there was no phones in the room the lighting was poor. We asked for a non smoking and the room smelled like smoke and they could only offer to spray the room.

Pros: Wow there's are really big train the drives right next to the hotel!!
Cons: Oh crap that train runs every couple of hours and blasts its horn past the hotel several times several times a night!
Cons: THE DOOR KEY NOT WORKING PROPERLY
Motel 6 Glendale is conveniently located near downtown Glendale, where you can enjoy a wide variety of attractions and antique shops. Amenities include our smoke-free modern guest rooms with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and coin laundry facility.
Cons: When checking in given room already occupied. Our room had a non working toilet from almost over flowing to not flushing. Office sent maintenance to wrong room and when they final arrived they were able to fix only the over flowing part not the not flushing part of the toilet. Uncomfortable feeling!!!!
Cons: Dirty, not maintained, needs major renovation. Worst of all the cleaning staff were totally untrained or negligent.
Pros: this place hasn't much positive to say about -- the location was ok but not easy to find at 11pm at night. Back parking area has hotel furniture and mattresses laying around --the whole place needs serious capital investment to bring it in to standards of 2016.
Pros: Good restaurants near by so you can stay away from your room.
Cons: Room was a dump! Filthy, no sheets on bed, toilet paper sink was dirty. I saw plenty of " girls of the night" pretty sure it's a rent by the hour type place. I travel 270 days per year and stay in a lot of hotels I'm used to seeing some bad stuff but this is the only time I've reviewed one. It's so bad I never slept there I got another hotel in Scottsdale for a bit more but soooo worth it.
Pros: I don't know what the other reviews are complaining about this place was amazing! The bed was even more comfortable than my bed back home I had the best sleep I have had in a long time thanks to this hotel. The room came with a couch, coffee table, flat screen tv, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a coffee maker with enough coffee to make four cups. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and sweet to us. Our room was very clean except for a stain on the floor you can tell they tried to get out but the carpet was bright and cushy so I am guessing a guest spilled something when it first was installed. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion are made from a very good brand that I would get if I could find here in phoenix. If I ever need a hotel again I will definitely be staying here it is cheaper and has more amenities than the others around the area. Plus that bed was just amazing.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was they accidentally double charged me but I talked to the lady at the front desk when I checked out and she quicky fixed the problem without any fuss.
Pros: The location was convenient and the price was good. The people on staff were friendly, professional and responsive. I was there for 8 nights and got to know them a little bit... good people.
Cons: It was very noisy, probably due to the location. It seems to be old and tired. Many things were not working properly. They weren't important enough to me to complain, but I did give a list to the front desk when I checked out so obey could fix things for the next patrons.
