6.0 Good
Pros: Staff nice and helpful
Cons: Hottub was not hot, pool was too cold. For the price I paid I got nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: The AC unit was cold.
Cons: The bananas provided at breakfast were rotten. I was staying at this hotel because I was attending a wedding down the road, and friends of mine were placed in a dirty room. The hotel seemed fairly clean but it was not worth the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The person at the front desk was great when she found out that we are meeting to pick up our grandchildren she upgraded us to a suite which was perfect. Front desk staff was awesome
Cons: We picked this property because it had an indoor pool and hot tub and a free breakfast. When we arrived the pool and hot tub was closed because of covid-19 and the breakfast was only pre-packaged muffins and danishes. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about these items. Because honestly we would never have chosen this property and paid what we paid for it. I feel that the $80 we paid for that for one night was overpriced given not all the facilities were open, including the workout room and we didn't even eat the breakfast because of what it was. We are not from Georgia so had no idea what their rules and regulations were for reopening. It was someone's responsibility to make sure that people wanting to book this hotel we're aware of it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Due to the CoVET limited access
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value. Covid precautions made it less enjoyable, but understandable.
Cons: Needed some hand cream in the bathroom
6.7 Good
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel. The location and the size of the room. The coffee was good and the muffins. The staff was pleasant at the front. We had alot of clean towels.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were unable to have the complete amenities but paid 88 dollars for a night. We went for our Anniversary with the intentions of using the jacuzzi or pool and could not use neither. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and our bodies hurt when we got up the next morning. We were unable to have ice and there were limitations on the hot breakfast. I understand that we are in unprecedented times do to Covid but if you are going to charge for breakfast that's hot we should come up with a way to serve it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: This was not a good experience for my family. The bathroom in our room reeked of urine and I had to go ask for some spray to cover it up. Carpets were very dirty, bedspreads stained and not enough seating for breakfast, had to go eat in our room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms, and comfortable beds
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet, price is right.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Tile floor in the bathroom, granite countertop.
Cons: We arrived at 1 a.m. and put the Do Not Disturb sign out. At 9:14 a.m., a woman from housekeeping pounded on the door multiple times saying, "Housekeeping." I had to get up, remind her what time it was and what time we would check out. Ruined our stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Could hear I-75 all night

5.0 Okay
Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: The hotel was sorely in need of updates.
7.0 Good
Pros: The owners were very nice people . The room was very clean and the location is excellent. You could just walk to Kroger and many other restaurants.
Cons: Tv was not working, but that is ok I watch to much tv anyway. I was to lazy to complain, so I just watched YouTube on computer.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast/vending machines/icemachines were all out of order due to the Corona virus
Cons: Horrible smell coming from the bathroom. We did not complain because we arrived late and only got a hotel for shower use since our septic tank at home was being worked on. Other wise I would have complained. Alittle updating like fresh paint on the doors and the hotel would have been ok. Me and my finance heard some unusual noises that suddenly awakened us. That were coming from our bedroom. Ghosts? Very questionable. Anything ever happened in room 118?
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Booked a double king room, got a double full size bed room, very small, appliances very old, bathroom very old, and some of the people staying there actually live there
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room was not very clean. Yeah and so much dust under the bed. Floors were dirty. Light bulbs needed replacing. Bathrooms were not very clean. I cleaned ours with disinfectant. The mattresses and covers definitely need replacing. The hotel staff are so friendly. We stay there every year for a festival, but it definitely needs updates in the rooms. Blow dryer was broken, but was replaced immediately when requested.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location very convenient. Staff very friendly
Cons: Bed uncomfortable...roaches in room...linens were dirty.. Indoor poor wasnt heated like said...hot tub either...
6.0 Good
Pros: Very close to the interstate.
Cons: We had to pay a $10 fee for our dog but the fee was not disclosed online.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were great too. it was right off the freeway and easy go find. We got in late due to road construction and were exhausted. Our only problem we bad was when we flushed the toilet, it did not.
Cons: From above, there was a broken water main and we had no water. The staff brought us bottled water to BP us clean up. They also discounted the price of our room.

Pros: Quick check in and out
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, served purpose, needed a place to sleep. Didn't need fancy

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Manager was extremely accommodating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean, and the hospitality shown was above and beyond.
Cons: Decor in rooms were a little outdated but for the price you can't beat it, and the rooms were clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As a travel stopover, this place can't be beat. Near I75, clean, and family friendly!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. Also, they are in the process of remodeling one end of the building so hopefully they will have new mattresses soon.
Cons: Because of the Corona virus scare we decided to take an antibacterial cleaner with us to be sure the room was clean. The room looked and smelled clean enough, but when we cleaned the desk tops doorknobs and switches the towel was filthy. We were shocked. We specifically asked the clerk at the front desk if they were taking extra steps to ensure the rooms were clean and she said "yes, our manager personally goes in each room to be sure it is clean." She also said they were cleaning all surfaces with bleach throughout the hotel and in rooms multiple times a day. This was obviously not the case. To be sure, we will take a cleaner with us and wipe down all surfaces from now on at every hotel we stay in. Our mattress also needed to be replaced. It was very worn and I woke up with my back out of whack...and I don't have back issues.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Old bathroom needs updating.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location Only
Cons: Got to our room around midnight ready for bed. Air conditioner was not on. Room temperature was about 90 degrees. I called front desk for another room and was told "It just takes a while to cool down." I WAS READY FOR SLEEP, not waiting for a hot room to cool down. Worst continental breakfast ever. No cream for coffee. Finally got some after searching for someone for 10 minutes. $120.00 for this????? Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Arrived pretty late at night, but gal at desk could not have been nicer. Quiet room, no hwy noise. Remodeled bathroom/shower. Nozzle to turn on shower different; had it call the desk (pull down on on tub spicket) slept great, fantastic breakfast!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We would have rated "Exceptional" across the board, but we couldn't utilize the pool, breakfast, etc. due to COVID 19, which was no fault of the management. We loved that we could park in front of the room and enter, and the room also had inside access to the lobby. We had never seen that before!! Brilliant idea!!!!
Cons: The fact that COVID 19 prohibited us from using the pool, breakfast, etc. Other than that, everything was 5 Star!!! Nothing was negative about the facility and the management.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and clean
7.0 Good
Pros: Good little place right off the hwy convenient and just far enough out side of Atlanta. Hot Tub was not up and running when we were there but everything else was what you would expect. Continental breakfast was very nice.

Pros: Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. She deserves a raise .... she is calm. Efficient. And very cabablw at her job..
Cons: Had to kill two spiders before we could go to sleep. Corners of room were pretty dirty. The neighbors were ridiculously loud .....had to call the front desk and an hour later went to the front desk and staff took care of the problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stopped here for the night on our way from Ohio to Florida and it was great. They had an indoor pool and hot tub, which offered some great mid trip rejuvenation, and a filling variety for breakfast. The hotel staff was also very courteous!

7.6 Good
Pros: Price, convenience, layout
Cons: Fitness equipment was in poor shape.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The only reason to stay here is the location and the price.
Cons: The reasons not to stay here: Staff was argumentative, tried to upcharge after everything was paid for. Wifi access was slower than cellular. Carpet was ripped up in places. Free breakfast wasn't free, and it was pretty gross. Curtains didn't close and there was a streetlight outside the window. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn down the street.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was way better than most hotels. Very convenient location to Fair Grounds
Cons: They were at capacity upon arrival, so getting another room was not an option. Sink had whiskers from the previous guest, extra towels were not an option due to the high capacity, found a roach in dresser when unpacking my suitcase so had to keep clothes in the top of the closet, door to the room was hard to open. My parents' room door would not lock, leaving them vulnerable to the outside as rooms are outside accessible. Management switched them to a new room immediately.
6.5 Good
Cons: The breakfast was cold
5.1 Okay
Pros: Mattress was comfy! Clean sheets and towels. Newer tv.
Cons: Tv very staticky! Hot cold water sucked. No water pressure. Bathroom needs major cleaning top to bottom..
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They moved me next door to the Days Inn, but registered me at the Ramada. No housekeeping, moldy bathrooms, garbage all over parking lot, safety questionable. Don't trust bringing my luggage back into my home. They never emptied their outside garbage cans for the three days I was there, in 95 degrees/90% humidity. It STUNK! I will NEVER book at the Ramada again. Completely terrible experience.
5.1 Okay
Cons: I was injured in my room by the bed frame sticking out about 10 inches. This was covered from immediate view by the bed skirt. While walking by (unclothed at the time ) my leg caught the corner of this dirty and rusty angle iron and it tore a hole in my leg. I was very concerned and was going to go to a urgent care place or a hospital but managed to stop the bleeding and bandage the laceration myself. I left all of the bloody tissue and bandage wrappers on the corner of the bed for hotel management to see - all just above the offensive bed frame. I called the front to appraise them of the problem and spoke to the desk person on my way to breakfast. I insisted that the manager / owner see this as I am demanding a refund of one night. In the evening when I returned to the hotel I found no communication from management or any acknowledgement of my injury. The next morning I went to the desk and asked for the manager again - not there. I told the desk person that I was not going to stay there that night and that I demand a refund of at least one nights rent due to the negligence of this hotel and their terrible attitude toward me after being injured in the room - #119. It is now 3 days later and I have still had no contact from this Ramada. As your company was the source for my reservation and the handler of my payment I now demand a refund from you for a minimum of one nights stay and a full refund if you really want to be fair. And-- for the record - while talking to the front desk person the morning of my injury I had two cockroaches running around my feet and I also reported that to the desk person. This is not a nice place. Now it up to you to make this horrible situation right. Sincerely Phil Meyers 770 487 4220
6.2 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds...location close to everything
Cons: Price was raised due to fair, but Kayak saved me from paying that price. Usually can check in early, but had to wait 3 hours and others were placed before me
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent, they tried very hard to pleaseI when my dog wouldn't go up the stairs and had to sleep in the car? They found me a room on the first floor.
Cons: I started out on the second floor. No refrigator and no microwave
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent
Cons: Double size beds seemed dated tho comfortable. Most motels these days have queen size beds.

7.0 Good
Cons: Extra fee associated with the room
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Eggs were only warm
Cons: Clean the bathroom. Sink drain didn’t work. Bathroom sink had black hair in it. Not mine because I’m a blonde. The paper plates and flimsy plastic knives, forks and spoons were terrible. My fork broke just eating eggs which were only warm. Coffee was weak and barely warm. I definitely will NOT stay there or any other of your motels whenever I travel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very clean and recently updated. Staff very friendly and great continental breakfast. Close to the interstate with several restaurants nearby.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean and convenient The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Highway noise awful!!!
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was convenient because it was close to the highway. The location was secure because it was neighbor to another hotel and well lit. Staff, decor, and everything not facilities related is top notch and typical of Hilton.
Cons: The facility however is another story. Room was small and not well lit. The facility is dated, but Hilton tried to update it. Thus the title "Fresh lipstick on an old broad..". This hotel could use a complete remodel, not just an update or "renovation". Still great value for the money though.
1.0 Poor
Pros: nice parking lot
Cons: Would not give me bill, so i am out 155 dollars on business travel

Cons: The indoor pool was way too cold
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was ready early and tasted great. Nice grassy area surrounding buildings. Convenient to Applebee's restaurant.
Cons: Overnight noise level was horrible. Don't know if it was trucks traveling on I-75 or night operations at Robins AFB, but I felt like I was on a flight path with aircraft flying overhead until after 3 in the morning. Slept maybe 2.5 hrs after 11 pm
4.0 Okay

Pros: Close to where I needed to be good rates
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: My room had peeling wallpaper, a large gap in the door frame, probably caused when someone kicked in the door. I didn't dare take a shower, everything was grungy. Horrible to be charged $60.00 for such a room.

Pros: We didn't like as soon as we walked in the door and looked at the mattresses in the bed there were live bed bugs crawling we contacted the manager he came down and saw them as well
1.0 Poor
Pros: The office had an awful odor. I asked if mt room would smell the same way, I was told no. It did! When I complained to Mr. Patel he said It was not offensive in his country. I explained to him he was not in his country. He suggested, "next time stay in the Holiday Inn Express". I told him I would be staying son me where but it would not be The Scottish Inn.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Said the rooms were remodeled, well they were, but it was poorly done. Didn’t try to fix any issues with the walls just painted over patch work, bathrooms was really outdated, hotel smelled. If your use to staying in hotels or motels that are more than $100 a night don’t stay here. If your there for just a night, it’ll do, but bring a sleeping bag.

5.0 Okay
Pros: This hotel seems to be very new.
Cons: This hotel seems to be very new. For being so new the staff should be friendly. Also, I do not think this hotel should be rated as high as it is due to the hard flooring. I would expect carpet for a hotel rated this high. Breakfast was very mini
10.0 Excellent
Pros: typical hotel room
Cons: no issues with hotel - price was higher than I expected to find in this area, very few cars in the lot so I assume not a busy night - in the future I will call around to get prices

Pros: The breakfast area was excellent clean GOING TO BOOK AGAIN IN 2 weeks
5.0 Okay
Pros: Convenience to I-75 and the Georgia National Fairgrounds.

6.0 Good
Pros: Staff nice and helpful
