Pros: Not a lot.

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Pros: The seats were comfy and the pilots were skilled, food was average.

Cons: The handles in between the seats could've been better by being able to be completely raised.

Cons: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Pros: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Cons: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Pros: The seats reclined at a good pitch and were very comfortable. The crew were friendly and service was good.

Cons: I understand that on the night flight, they were trying to keep the lights up for dinner service, but it prevented my toddler from being able to sleep and thus made for a difficult rest of the journey.

Pros: The crew was so kind and amazing. They definitely made our flight great!

Cons: The entertainment wasn’t working for most of the flight. We only got about an hour and a half of entertainment

Pros: Nothing really, seems everyone is underwhelming in this market

Pros: Courteous and attentive crew from baggage check in thru baggage claim.

Pros: Comfortable seating, pleasant food and entertainment.

Cons: Not being charged $1200 for a ticket that I already bought, but had been voided with no notice. And Virgin Atlantic staff not friendly or helpful in any way with this situation.

Pros: such a big difference in size of aircraft, very comfortable and great crew.

Cons: Food wasn’t great and not a lot of it. London to Orlando was good. Connection was good.

Pros: Courteous and attentive crew from baggage check in thru baggage claim.
