Close to juesh comunity A bit noisy
The location of the hotel
Good location No tea or coffee making facilities, no cafe or bar. It was impossible to get a cup of hot water for a lemsip at the hotel. Rooms were quiet cold, under floor heating in bathroom did not work. Had to request extra blankets.
The location was very good and breakfast just perfect! The only thing that I was dissatisfied over was that I got a room with a window in the roof.
Very friendly and helpful front of house staff who also spoke very good English. Hotel ideally situated for visiting all attractions. Spacious room and bathroom. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke (smoking is permitted). Pillows very flat and only one per bed.
The hotel staff was excellent. They were very friendly and professional. The location was great within walking distance of all downtown sites. Everything was good.
The location was excellent, near to everywhere but not too noisy The hotel room smelt of cigarette smoke, even though it was a no smoking room. The Hard Rock Cafe below the hotel were advertising a beverage in lights on front of the hotel, which every 30 seconds or so went across the window. Tnis was only on Saturday night and didnt effect my friends sleep, only mine
very central only very small roof window
Hotell staff was really friendly and helped a lot with any question we had Shower was not easy to use
Everything was excellant from start to finish. Great location, all the main sights were easy to reach. Very comfortable and clean, excellant breakfast. They even left a bottle of champagne in our room the night of my boyfriends birthday. I can't fault anything about this hotel, I can't believe people complain about it.
Helpful staff, spa was excellent and location perfect. Included breakfast was a great addition Room didnt get turn down service and bed linen wasnt changed even when card left on bed to request this
Brilliant. Staff excellent and friendly. Wide selecton of breakfast - cooked breakfast, fruit, cereal, breads etc. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed, pillows and duvet were incredibly comfy. Bathroom was a good size with a great rainfall shower. On top of this the location was brilliant; everything in walking distance. Room service charge of 200CZ for every delivery. I thought this was a bit extortionate considering I wanted something which was only 120CZ in the first place.
The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city centre and a step away from Namesti Republicky metro The breakfast became boring, not much variety with hot food and the boiled eggs were very hard - there was no option to have eggs cooked the way you like them. The room was standard, unfortunately there were chocolate wrappers to the side of the bedside cabinet and an old pair of slippers under the bed. This was a bit off-putting. Although the hotel is ranked as a five star, it seemed more like a four star. It is still a very nice hotel and I would recommend the hotel for city breaks or business trips.
Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff. Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
The welcome was the best I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in. Both the Porter and Receptionist made sure that we were alright, and I saw them treat other guests in the same professional manner.
Location and convenience No Bath robes and slippers in the rooms.
the service was excellent. The staff was always happy and attentious. the building and the room were first class. The shower was too short. Thats the only thing we have to complain about this great hotel
The situation, the quiteness, the praticality Aircondition (Functionning only on the prefixed degree by the Hotel)
Everything was fine, location is especially excellent... Breakfast room was small and crowded... Some staff was very helpful but there were also some guys in the breakfast room that were not polite...
The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off. Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!
I liked the attention of the staff the most beside the excellent room. No complaints
comfortable , but boring , unappealing and oldfashioned without the old charm. Friendly staff
Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was expensive as well as drinks, juice, coffee and snacks at the Hotel Bar
mostly location some of the service
Great hotel with a wonderful location. 24-hour bar and restaurant were exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent location ,very nice staff , comfortable rooms , good value for money
We stayed for 4 nights and everything was just wonderful. Most of all was the location (right in the center of the city) and very luxurious for it's price! We got a much better room than the one we booked and even a small problem with the a/c that was making noise, the stuff fixed it right away and everyone was very polite! Everything was perfect! Nothing bad, everything excelent, we will be staying there any time we visit Prauge
Clean, great location, nice facilities, nice staff, quiet
what great and in a great location.
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away. Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.
Quality of the room, reception staff friendly always wanting to help.Quality of food.Central location. Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour
location of the hotel 1- There is no available iron and iron board in the room, whenever you need it you have to call and they bring it to you and the come and take it back after 1 hour. 2- there is no much choise in the BF.
Very helpful and nice staff! Excellent location for shopping and tourism! Good breakfust Paying wifi access unless you're on a suite.
The location was great and the whole style of the hotel inside and out was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful i will definitley return to the Iron Gate on my next trip to Prague. Nothing
The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was spacious and beautiful. I love the frescoes! The location is perfect - just steps from the Old Town square.
Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Our suite had a separate living room, comfortable furniture, excellent internet connection. Breakfasts had a great selection of items. Staff were unfailingly friendly.
very nice hotel in the center of Prague. Very nice interior terrasse.Highly recommended
The location /cleanliness & service were excellent as was the buffet breakfast. The staff were also very helpful with local knowledge.
The position of the hotel is very good and affords easy access to restaurants and sites. Yes. The breakfast was not inviting and the service was indifferent.
small and central
Central location, comfortable room. Had to change room after first - had requested double, and it was really twin. Also lot of noise from street. Second room was fine.
The location of the hotel is great. No wireless internet in rooms
large, airy room. asked for a twin ( 2 ladies) but upgraded free to a suite which had a double bed. however. hotel immediately made up the bed settee for me so in effect we had a bedroom each. staff- nothing too much trouble the bath. it was huge but also you needed a wide stretch to climb into it. it would have been impossible for some people to use and there wasnt a separate shower so no alternative bathing facilities. also there needed to be a handle on the wall as climbing out of the bath was a leap of faith with nothing to hold on to
Everything! The hotel is beautiful! As we arrive by car there's no parking facilities.
great staff, great location, beautiful hotel, just wonderful! nothing!!!!
The hotel had a lot of charm. You live in the history of the hotel. But is also very comfortable hotel. New bathroom, good wifi etc... Breakfast was very good. The lighting could have been cosier in the room
location and Hotel were great!
opera, recitals and general sight seeing
From the Reception Staff, to the Staff in the Restaurant, all were courteous, warm and helpful. The breakfasts were first class and our dining experience in the Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant were delightful. Too many Americans who seemed to commandeer the restaurant at meal times, and the rest of us couldn't get a seat!!!
beautifull, charming interior of the hotel, especially Cafe Paris that unfortunatelly restaurant Sarah Bernhardt was under reconstruction
surroundings and friendliness of staff.
Hotel is in a great location and had a nice welcome from all the staff
Staff and Cleanliness No coffee and Tea facilities in the room
Central location and decoration of the hotel. Rooms very clean and maintenence very accurate. Good breakfast quality The furnitures of the lobby are out of date
The location was excellant, 2 minutes walk from Wenclas Square, 10 mins from the Old Town and St Georges Bridge and round the corner from loads of market stalls and another shopping area. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, they couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were very nice and finished to a good standard. They were very clean. The rooms were abit small and there wasn't alot of room to put things
Location, airport car transfer Shower leaked water all over bathroom, cramped room Sauna not built yet
The Stuff is friendly and the location is superb.
resturant ,location no lounge
The location of the hotel was truly perfect for getting to where you'd want to go. I'm not personally crazy about the heavy use of the colour 'mustard' in halls and common rooms.
The design and of course the location are marvelous The room is small, the bathroom is extremely inconvenient!
Not much unfortunately. lots... room to small. beds moved while sleeping in them, on wheels, very bad. beds way to small. lights near bed way too low, turned on accidently often. so noisy, such poor sound proofing. pillows terrible. water transfer from bath to shower head terrible. your hotel is a classic case of an architect gone mad, absolutely no sense of practically, and i should know being a builder.
design Staff don`t like to say "hello", bermen at the bar likes to say "no" and "prohibited". Rooms` cleaning is very bad. There`re very cold in rooms because they don`t have heaters inside. The breakfast is not veryable
location and the style was quite nice but as I will explaine below improvements are needed. The hotel had only been open a week and I don't think it was ready to take guests. Facillities were not ready such as the gym and sauna no little luxuaries in the rooms as toileteries, robes and slippers. The staff though plesant did not engage with the guests, I think this is due to language which made chit-chat impossible, so this hotel just didn't cut it for us, they will need tpo do a lot to attract the sort of clients that would be looking for a boutique style hotel.lack of communication, the fact that we only found out it had only been open a week before we arrived I would have cancelled it. Due to the style of the rooms and the fact that all the room interiors are black we found the cleaning aspect a bit of a let down as there finger marks remained on the black surfaces such as doors, wardrobe etc and these remained all week, which began to look unsightly. The cleaning staff really need to be on top of this and other cleaning products might need to be considered. There were no movie channels and nothing in english excep BBcCworld news and CNN plus the radio was not set up on the TV.
Great boutique hotel, fantasic location - main shopping street, round the corner, 10 min walk to Charles Bridge and Palace. Would have given excellent for services however, the hotel had only been open 1 month and a few things like internet etc were not up and running yet.
We've spent 12 days in Europe, starting in Prague and ending in Vienna. The Ventana was the best hotel we stayed at, even better than a Relais & Chateau hotel we stayed in. And it was reasonably priced for this quality. Highly recommended.
The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, eating and shopping. banks nearby, good range of restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Bar and Library tasteful, comfortable and relaxing. Buffet breakfast outstanding, food constantly replenished, coffee appears like magic, dirty crockery likewise. Rooms spacious and very well appointed. Rooms would benefit from provision of hair dryer and trouser press.
Good location Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff could have have larger breakfast selection, eg omlettes/sausages/eggs
The service was very god, and i was very quiet in the evening. It was in the absolut towncenter. The breakfast was very good.
Absolutely top class location next to the Old Town Square and all the attractions. Really spacious modern style suite with mezzanine floor and a big arched window looking onto the square, room 45. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends. Buffet style breakfast was very good, but could be improved with a better selection of cooked breakfast
Superb location right in the center. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a two floor spacious room that was really great. Breakfast with champagne and good variety. Friendly staff.
POlite staff. Tasteful decor. Good breakfast.
sillence and later chek out
Location, room/view and comfort
Comfortable,good location and Luxury hotel!
The location is very good. Rate locale as a 9 out of 10. Overall, this property is a 3 star at best, but with a great location. No access to coffee in the morning until after 7:00 am. $15 surcharge for room service which was very limited. Breakfast only.
the worst hotel i have ever been
The staff are very helpful and well-trained, providing excellent service. The room is very nice for its value, and the location is just perfect for everyone who goes to Prague for a leisure visit.
The most amazing hotel we have stayed In Nothing
nice hotel, good staff.
N/A We had a confirmation for booking two rooms, after traveling for 9 hours with children we got to the hotel and they told us that they do not have any reservations for us and the hotel is fully booked. Customer service was horrible, we were on the phone paying international roaming and being on hold to find out that they had found us a 2 star hotel with single bed's 30 minutes from Prague and told us everything comparable was sold out, we had to get a taxi and go to 6 different hotels before we were able to find a room and had to pay double the price.. I will never book through your service again. I will be leaving my feedback on every travel site I know.
The best hotel I have stayed at for service, friendliness of staff and warmth of welcome. Despite excellent reviews, it actually exceeded exceptations. My wife and I were upgraded to Junior Suite on arrival and presented with a bottle of champagne in our room when we revealed she was celebrating a 'special' birthday. Nothing seemed too much trouble for staff at hotel and I would recommend it unreservedly for a short break in Prague. Wonderful and memorable stay in top-class surroundings. Will not hesitate to return to the Pachtuv Palace at some stage.
Friendlyness of staff excellent, nut was let down on a confirmed booking, only for i checked on time we would never known it was not booked, Girl at reception forgot
Phenomenal young pleasant attentive staff, superb location,
Hospitable staff, and excellent location The hotel could do with a better breakfast room and new mattresses.
Location was perfect perfect!!! Great little restaurant for breakfast & mid day snacks!
Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff Breakfast a bit overpriced
the best think is this location, and using the wood in design, but the problem that it had a small windows the location
The hotel is in a brilliant location for all of the attractions of Prague and is great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
Location was great, friendly staff, and comfy big room that met my very high standards of cleanliness. Coffee was also great at breakfast. No elevator - although this didn't bother us too much.
Brilliant location, the reception staff were very friendly and very helpful, we had a superior double room with extra bed and the room was very spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel Walls and ceilings are very thin and you could hear every word said in the room above, but that did not spoil the stay
excellent location no lift
Excelent localization. Just few steps from main square. A little bit noisy.
The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located in a great area. We were warned that there is no lift and the stairs are very steep. You must be in good shape to stay at this hotel. The trip up the stairs 2 or 3 times a day was tough.
the staff i pretty helpful. the location is extreamly great - best possible for Prague city tour there where obvious problem with bed in the room - they repair it every day on my request instead of just change it forever
I just came back from a 5 day vacation. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of all the activities. I loved hearing the bell chimes and the signal given every hour from the Old Town Tower to the Charles Bridge Tower ... The room I stayed in was on the 1st floor (room21) it was big, spacious, clean, warm and cozy. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and always with a smile. Overall would highly recommend it and definitely would stay there again. The only things I can think of is the thin and a bit small towels which really didn't bother me much as they were still good enough plus I have to mention that the bathroom was really warm. And the other thing is breakfast ... which was on the simple side but nevertheless good enough to start the day (and I am not big on breakfast so it did not bother me and coffee was really good!
The room was very spacious. The location is wonderful - walking distance from everything. No air conditioning - but a fan was provided. Since we had to leave our windows open at night, it was rather noisy.
The breakfasts were great! Plus the view of the river was nice Eating in the bar because restaurant was not available
we were very satısfıed.
The facilites, the staff, the location, and every aspect of the President Hotel was beyond expectations. A great experience!
Location was wonderful. View from the room great. Reception people and restaurant staff of the highest level. Doormen pushed a livery service instead of calling standard taxis. The livery service was at a higher cost.
size of the room, location. breakfast a bit poor
I had a wonderful stay. If I have to go back or recommend a hotel in Prague, I would recommend this hotel. It was very quiet, clean and luxury. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. great and outstanding hotel! There was nothing that I did not like of this hotel.
The hotel room was excellent - I don't know if we had an upgraded room but the view of the castle at night was wonderful. The staff need to know that a smile works wonders.
We had an absolutely fantastic view from our river view room - the castle was much closer than it appeared in the website photos. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open for four hours at breakfast, giving us plenty of flexibility, and the range and quality of food was excellent. The shower over the bath was OK, but a walk-in cubicle would have been better. Staff appeared at the room every evening with chocolates and a weather forecast - a nice touch but I would have preferred it if they didn't let themselves in while I was in the bathroom. I'm sure they would have respected the do not disturb sign but I never think to use it in the evening.
This hotel is facing the Vitava River and one block from main shopping and close to old town square. The rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent. Free Wi-fi in rooms and lovely buffet breakfast.
good staff. Very bad management.
Location Unless you are a part of a Japanese or other Tour group, you don't count. Poor breakfast buffet. Bathroom extremely small.
We had a 4 bedroom room which is actually a whole flat with full kitchen, and big glassed terace with a dining table, we dough only slept in rooms. Hotel is 5 minutes of walk from astronomical clock (city center). Also there is parking garage in hotels basement accessible with elevator. WiFi was only available in the lobby but not in rooms!
Very good if you need a budget stay. Near to Charles bridge, old town square. Reception staffs could be more friendly with Asian tourists.
Staff was friendly and heped us booked some shows; excellent location - within walking distance to tourist sites They are constructing the shaft for the elevators so you are awakened by noise at 830am and construction dust as you go down the staircase. I also do not like the additional charges when we checked out.
We liked the location of the hotel, the view over the roofs of Prague and the rooms in the suit. Breakfast was ok with choice of bread and cereals. Staff were nice and helpfull. It was being re-built at the time which meant dust, noise and no elevators. But we knew that beforehand and it was not very disturbing anyway. The kitchen was invaded by ants and the few cooking utensils that were there were visibly unclean although put in the cupboards. This meant we did not use the kitchen at all. The floors were not very clean either. Of course some fresh vegetables and/or fruits would have improved breakfast.
change towels every 3rd and sheets every 6th day !!!!!!
comfort rooms staff unfriendly, people still smoking in halls ! eugh !
The hotel's position, in the heart of the old town was very convenient for all the attractions of Prague. The staff were very considerate and kind. The breakfast was good but lacked variety. Saving grace of the hotel was the restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff very freindly. The room 118 was constantly dusty and noisy due to the building work along the corridoor. The shower door was broken off it's rail which could pose a hazard to a child. No ani-slip mats were provided, making exiting the shower on to the tiled floor dangerous. The toilet door handle was missing leaving a sharp stump of steel protruding, again potentially dangerous for a child.
The location was good, the room was warm and clean. The room was far from what they show on internet. They had left an extra bed with a bear mattress in there what made it look even more loveless. There was a small kitchen but except fo two coffee cups and water glasses no kitchenware, not even a teaspoon. We had to ask for a water boiler. The staff in breakfast room was unfriendly, they took no notice of a guest entering and saying "good morning". The waiter in the restaurant was on the contrary over-motivated. All in all there seems to be a lack on professionality, a deficiency they could remove by working on it. No room service though this was annoucend in internet.
location was very good. The lift was being replaced and therefore we had to walk to our room on the 2nd floor which was difficult for my partner as he is Asmatic. The dust from the works was also a problem as the stair rail was so dirty as were the stairs. At time we had to step over wires going down the stairs..A disappointing stay as the main reason we chose this was because it listed that it had an elevator!
how quick everything was dealt with - check-in/out. and very good food.
Being in the Centre amongst all the cafe`s and shops was very nice.Staff very helpful and friendly The reception area doesn't do the hotel justice. It is confusing with the concert tickets being sold in the same area. The lift is very same and does look like it could do with redecorating. I thought these things let the hotel down.
Good service. There were some problems with the plumbing in the room we first got, but when we complained we immediately got another room. Quiet surroundings in spite of the very central location. The breakfast buffet was not so exciting...
The hotel staff were so helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was within walking distance of many sightseeing locations. Although the selection of food was very good, the breakfast was bordering on cold most days.
So near everything!!! Couldn't be more central No lounge bar to sit in the evening
The staff were so helpful and kind. There are two resturants on the first floor. Everyone spoke english. Our room was for 5 and it was huge! Beautiful door the size of a wall divided the two rooms. The furniture was a liitle dull, but the Erin was clean, warm and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice and we had a lot every morning.(they made us fat!) There's a nice restaurant on the ground floor and the waiters there were very helpful. I asked the hotel transportation to the airport to the night shift clerk. but it was not successful....but the morning shift clerk asked another transportation immediately. The service depends on the clerk??
Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly staff
Excellent location and spacious rooms. Breakfast was poor for star rating, limited choice, bread was dry, fruit offered past its best and juices nothing more than weak squashes.
The hotel is located close to all the most important places to see in Prague. Souvenirs shops are just on the corner of the hotel. Not really nice smell from the bathroom.
Staff friendliness No working AC in our Room and they provided Us with 3 fans that didnt help much.
The room was amazing, the decoration of the hotel, the colors! Everything Well, except 3 receptionists that knew English, the rest of the staff weren't easy to speak to.
Excellent location close to the river and Charles Bridge and an easy walk to Old Town Square. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Leonardo. When we booked, I don't think we realized how close to everything we really were -- just steps to the Charles Bridge and minutes to the Old Town Square. The staff was more than accommodating and even packed us a breakfast when we had to take a 4 AM taxi. Would HIGHLY recommend. The bathrooms were a little small, but that was expected and didn't take away from the overall stay. That was our only complaint!
I have rarely met a more friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location is five minutes walk from the Charles Bridge.
Room had excelent view of castle, close to all site seeing atractions very good location. Thay did not have enough cups for drinks at breakfast. Due to a flood in the basement the breakfast was poor our second day.
Excellent central position. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. No
Great hotel, great location ( close to all main attractions, but on a silent side street), fantastic breakfast and welcoming staff. All what you need to make your stay in Prague very pleasant. Could be nice to have bath instead of shower.
Very good location just near river Vltava and opposite the Castle
friendly staff with a smile, excellent breakfast and good accomodation, I enjoyed the stay, would recommend this place. only minor detail, would expect higher bandwith speed from their offered WiFi.
The staff, location, breakfast/food quality and the adjacent restaurant - absolutely outstanding! The staff deserves particular mentioning: polite, fast, friendly. All those aspects went above 5 stars, in my opinion. The beds/mattresses are in need of replacement. It may have only been my personal preference, but our mattress was quite soft and the bed rather low to the ground - almost dorm style. Any hotel of $250+/night we've stayed at, had more substantial beds. Again, personal preference applies here and call it a simple, non deal breaking observation.
The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I also liked the breakfast on offer and the comfort of the rooms.
Excellent in every way, including value for money. Staff deserve special mention.
spotlessly clean rooms, very friendly staff, excelent location
Unitas Hotel was an excellent choice. It was lovely. There was nothing really apart from the food at the buffet breakfast wasn't very hot. Also the hot chocolate wasn't very hot but it was still very nice
The hotel is very confortable and the rooms are practical. Very quiet atmosphere! Excellent breakfast! Great location within walking distance to most atractions in the centre.
The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was great and the location was superb - a short walk to many of the city centre attractions We had booked a double room but it was just 2 single beds pushed together. Not good.
The property has a cool history to it, however it has been fully reno'd and can be best described as a "boutique" hotel. It has been furnished well, and the room sizes for Europe are ample. Location is good, we were able to walk or metro to all major sights. The hotel gets quiet at night, which is great for getting a good night's sleep. The breakfast included with the room was also quite delicious. I really liked this property and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay in Prague. Europeans love firm mattresses, which requires some getting used to for North Americans. Also they have a coffee station in a hallway, as opposed to an in room coffee maker. So although there is free coffee 24/7 in room is just easier. Also, they oddly have actual keys ie made of metal for the rooms. Seems odd as the building was clearly reno'd in the air of key cards.
Perfekt location, The breakfast was not good.
Lovley large Suite,2 Large beds,2 Setties, 2 Chandliers! always very warm, light and bright, Bathroom massive.Breakfast substantial Just off Old Town Square and Powder Tower and just up the lane to supermarkets. The woman in Reception could have smiled once would have been nice always in a mood! Breakfast in restraunt Verbena opersite reception 2 floors down in basment no lift ok if you are fit!!. Room overlooked church very nice but also overlooked club on corner of lane closed about 3.30 in early hours then people outside till 4.00 o'clock every single day plus last day glass shop under room locked up and left loud beat music on all night!!!
Very Pleasent. We shall be returning
We loved this hotel! It is in an ideal location, right in the heart of the Old Town but away from the main busy parts. We stayed in one of the attic rooms which was large, warm and had beautiful views of the Tyn Church. We could easily walk to all the main sights and there are countless good bars and restaurants nearby - so many we were spoilt for choice! This is definately where we'll stay if we visit Prague again. Although the window was double glazed, there was quite a bit of noise. The area is fairly quiet so no rowdiness - just noise from dustbin men etc!
the location of the hotel was excellent the staff were very helpfull and friendley and the room was very clean and comfortable with clean towels every day we would not hesitate to book this hotel for any future visits to prague.
The location was ideal and the rooms were beautiful and spacious and the staff were very helpful.
The location was excellent, the restaurant was supurb and beautiful with loads of atmosphere. The staff was very helpful in our hotel stay and visiting praha. Bravo. Initially we were given a attic room that was small, airless and almost windowless. We requested a change and was given a tour and a choice of 3 rooms, we found the perfect one for us.
Friendly professional knowledgeable staff and the location was excellent The decor in the room we had was just a little tired - but the room itself was huge, it was comfortable and warm but just a little noisy at night.
Excellent location overlooking fairytale castle (sorry Tyn church), a couple of minutes walk from Old Twn square. Spacious, comfortable bedroom decorated in traditional style. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Helpful staff. Would definately recommend. Very good value.
location rude front desk, hard to find.
