The hotel is located only two miles from the Crook County Fairgrounds, home of the Crook County Fair and Crooked River Roundup-Rodeo. A perfect place to stay to be close to hiking, hunting, biking, fishing, boating, and the famous Painted Hills. The hotel offers Hot Breakfast, which is complimentary daily, an indoor heated pool, fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and free wireless internet. Cons: Noisy room: running water from other units was noticeable. Bed was a bit too soft; pillows were not very plush. Staff did not do anything to keep other visitors quiet late at night. Room didn't feature separate lamps for each bed.

Cons: We booked our room in the hopes of a swimming pool and hot tub. It was never mentioned on their website that it was closed for renovations. I would of never booked the room knowing this. I had one disappointed child.

Cons: front desk closes at night and you need a key to get into the main Dsk door. Also thought the elevator was going to kill me, jumped all over and you can hear the slack in the cables. Front desk staff seemed a little off not rude at all but kind of aloof

Pros: I always like staying here. The staff is great, rooms are clean and breakfast is great. The lady serving breakfast is really friendly and nice too.

Cons: Very thin walls(might as well make it one big room). Needed earplugs to sleep. Pillow cases were not changed (other people’s hair all over them). Very cold outside and door seal leaked cold air. Place needs upgrades for that price ( which increased from $90/night to $111 to $110 for 3 weekday nights. Price in no way reflected value.

Cons: When we checked in I was not told how the hours of breakfast, so we missed out on that the bed was not very comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub shower was unsafe with no safety bar to hang onto-

Pros: Room was ready when I got to town, around 12:30pm, traveling from the Salem area and I had allowed extra travel time but weather for the most part was perfect. Room was incredibly clean, loved the layout and the bathroom was great. I also really liked the outside door and being able to have my car parked right outside my door. The staff was great and the breakfast was perfect. I will most certainly book at this location again.

Cons: The property is kind of run down. The TV didn’t work and the bathroom faucet constantly leaked in the room I was given.

Cons: The overall smell was not pleasant, the bathroom door would not close all the way, bathroom was not clean and the poorly applied caulk around all bathroom fixtures was both unclean and unsightly. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, coffee, tea or orange juice.

Cons: The staff was lovely. I will say that We should have researched more. The location was not so nice, nor was our room. I feel like they should have at least compensated our pet fee for how filthy the room was. It was filthy. Although he did offer to move us, I just felt that it would not have made a difference. This was just going to be a place to hang our heads for two nights. Turned out we couldn't do it for more than one.
